The Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel

The hotel wasn’t large but 10 out of 10 in all aspects! I booked a package on their website and it was of really good value. I got airport transfers and massage at their old town branch (they drove us there) also vouchers for food. I ordered dinner from Malao Malao, they were reasonably priced, very tasty and flavourful. Breakfast was just as awesome! Check-in was very smooth and their staffs were all very attentive- provided friendly and very warm services, arranged everything perfectly for me. The room itself was very spacious, very clean. View is good too- you can see the river, and possibly a little sunrise. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was impeccable! It is a bit of a car ride from main attractions, but this area is probably just better- very quiet and safe, peaceful.

Lovely, quiet hotel just outside of town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and really nice. The restaurant has great food and is really accommodating for special dietary needs. A boutique experience with easy pool lounger access and fantastic breakfast cooked to order. Felt very safe. 7/11 across the road so very handy. Highly recommend.

I loved my 5 day stay at Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel. The staff is beyond excellent, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast was good and I only had dinner one time in their restaurant but it was in the top 2 of meals I had in all of Thailand. If I get the chance to go back to Chiang Mai, I would 100% stay at this hotel again. Room was great, only constructive criticism I can mention is that the bathroom was too dark.

Fantastic stay! The service was impeccable, we truly enjoyed the stay and got to know the staff. Opt for the included breakfast, it was well worth it! Beds were very comfortable as well. Outdoor space was great, as was the pool!

Excellent staff! They made the stay with their top notch service! The beds, rooms and outdoor spaces were great, as was the breakfast and laundry service. Highly recommend a stay here. My family felt safe and comfortable at all times, and well taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chiang Mai Riverside. It is a very well-run boutique hotel with good amenities and great service from the staff. We liked coming home from a long day in the city to the quiet of the property, and the attentiveness of the staff to all our needs and requests. Our special thanks to Kwan who was great at remembering our personal preferences for breakfast, and who also went out of her way to assist us when we could not settle our bill at a local restaurant due to incompatible e-wallet platforms and absence of a credit card option. Welcome drink is so sweet coconut 🥥 the room is so beautiful , there is living room and pantry. The Dining table is decorated and prepared with beautiful. All utensil , electric strove ,microwave, big refrigerator are available. Seperated bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is balcony,our room facing swimming pool and Ping river. We love this hotel ! Opposite got 7/11 . The location is good , not far from town. We don’t have chance to have meal with hotel so if next visit ,we won’t miss it! The hotel same owner with the old town hotel in town ( near by Wualai Saturday market. The hotel got limo service to any place and also got rental with driver to day trip. Their cars are superb ,new and all EV ! Impressively highly recommended .

Exception service and gorgeous rooms! Highly recommend for comfortable stay while you explore this beautiful city! Location is quiet, and away from the bustling city noise. Everything is close by. City is about 20 minutes. Night markets are within 10-15 minutes.
