Service is “old-school” excellent, high-quality food with culinary care and skills, quiet space, although a little bit difficult to find for first-timers, it will turn out to be worth the time if you like a socially friendly and slow-paced environment for conversations and cuisines served in between. Can still feel the good old days of Hong Kong when people cared more about service than just business ogres making quick money in their dens. (I included the seasonal menu for your perusal✌️)

This Chinese restaurant is located inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel, making it a very convenient and easy-to-find spot, even for tourists. The restaurant is quite small — I would say there are fewer than 20 tables — but the staff are very attentive and provide great service. The food was excellent. We ordered a variety of dim sum and dishes, and the overall quality was very impressive. The standout for me was the dessert that looked like a mini pineapple bun — it was adorable and bite-sized, making it both fun and delicious. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Invited by my old Hongkongese friend. HK style bbq, beancurd roll, peking duck served two ways, veggies were all so delicious. Definitely not a tourist destination so it was quiet and nice. :) Liked their service as well. Want to go back for all you can eat dimsum for next visit! p.f. Google sometimes gives you a total different location so just find Hyatt Regency.

Haven't visited this restaurant since the gathering restrictions were imposed. Came with a friend to go for their all-you-can-eat dim sum session. What a great deal! Ended up having almost all the dim sum on the menu and drank four bowls of soup. The new restaurant manager Teresa Cheung was very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel restaurant. Lunch buffet offers a good selection of dim sum. Steamed dishes are in general better than the deep fried ones.

We come to The Chinese Restaurant almost exclusively for their special dim sum set menu. For one fixed price of $388, you get unlimited dim sum off their menu. All of their dim sum offerings are very high quality. We usually order the daily soup and one of each of the dim sum dishes and, after that initial round, if there are any particular dishes that we loved, we order more! Then we move into the starches and vegetables. The service is good and fast, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. This dim sum offering is a total hidden gem in Hong Kong. And I hope it stays that way so we can keep getting bookings!

The Chinese restaurant of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Typical creative restaurant naming by Hyatt Hotels. They offer a good value all you can eat Dim Sum from 10am to 12noon. Nice selection with most of the standards. Not a huge menu, but certainly plenty of choice. Good, relaxing experience in a nice environment. Service is friendly and prompt.

Cozy place and good service. Their booth seats are spacious and with high privacy so you can enjoy your nwal and chit chat with your friends freely. Dim Sum taste good and the presentation is also very decent. The all you can seat set might be a little bit pricey but worth to try.

This restaurant is located inside the Hyatt regency Hong Kong. For some reason the service here was bloody awful! They put us in a private room in front and never came to check on us afterwards. It was extremely frustrating to have to walk outside and grab a service staff to come take our orders, replenish tea, or do anything! Is completely unacceptable for a high-end hk restaurant. My family is not from hk but my in-laws are so I notice a significant difference in how service staff treat the two. I am extremely disappointed in this Hyatt and I won't recommend it to anyone. Aside from the staff behavior, the food is good but overpriced. You can get the same quality for much less outside of a hotel.
