Very friendly, clean and amazing place. I ordered the HK Cappuccino and London fog chocolate. Both very tasty! Def will be going back 🤩

I've tried their sweets several times, and each visit is a different taste 😉 . Very well-made bonbons, they look like marbels, I'll have to taste their chocolate bars next visit.

I recently visited The Chocolate Lab and picked up some of their chocolates along with the Dubai Hot Chocolate—and I have to say, it was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had! The flavors were rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. Even though the chocolates aren’t overly expensive, they taste premium and full of flavor. Every sip of the hot chocolate felt luxurious, with a smooth, velvety texture that made it truly unforgettable. If you’re a chocolate lover, this place is a must-visit!

The look of this shop is absolutely phenomenal and whimsical. However, the taste of the chocolate didn't live upto how gorgeous they looked. I felt the chocolate tasted mediocre. I did enjoy the experience though!

I got a drink for my mum but didn't have enough money to pay tax so the nice lady paid the rest for me so I could buy it this place is also very good and the chocolate is yum

I walked in here and was offered a sample chocolate and was greeted by two amazing employees. I got a mango soda and the employee recognized that I am Muslim and don’t eat gelatine and she confirmed the ingredients for me and ensured that this was gelatine safe. Truly an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning.

A received a "Fun Egg" from my wife for Easter. A chocolate egg covered in sprinkles with candy inside. The chocolate is smooth and rich, and the extra candies are nice and fresh. My wife bought the treat and said the staff were very helpful with making sure the product was handled carefully, as the exterior could have lost sprinkles if the egg was roughly handled. Having a sweet tooth, this was a great Easter treat.

I've been their regular since 2018 when their only store was in the Chinatown, and tastes are so unique and visuals on chocolates are absolutely amazing. But, if you want to get ordinary tasted and cheaper chocolate, please choose another brand/store.
