The Claridges

I love a good meal and service. The place has a Dior wallpaper decoration for the inside seating and an al fresco seating for the outside. A lovely place and good food. We had the lamb chops and the Adeje style chicken for starters, both of it was quite authentic. For main course we had Tagliatelle truffle mushroom pasta (which was a bomb) and Don Pepe Pizza( a kicker). ||The food was good but what stood out was the service by “Beauty”. The name resonates with per personality as well. We were there for my birthday dinner, she surprised us with a lovely tiramisu cake and it was something I just love.

This is the second time my husband and I have visited Sevilla at The Claridges in Delhi. Once again the ambiance, food, service were outstanding. Aman took incredible care of us. This time there was a lovely addition of live entertainment from a singer called Linda. She was excellent, the musical choices were perfect. Thank you for another lovely evening.

I am so glad I decided to stay here for my friend's birthday. The hotel has the sweetest staff members and plenty of amenities, which are so good for the price of the room! They even gave us a complimentary birthday cake on short notice. The hotel is definitely very classy and elegant and so much better than any other commercial hotel property.

Had a superb stay. Front office was very helpful . Special mention of Vishakha and Nisha . They were very polite and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend everyone that they should definitely go to Claridges and experience their new room. Also mentioning the food at all the outlets is delicious.

My husband Shashwat and I stayed here back in late January for only a 24-hour stay as Delhi was our first day in India and we wanted to make time to see the Taj Mahal before heading south for the week. From the airport pickup to coordinating our day trip to the Taj Mahal, the Claridges provided top notch communication and service. Our driver Kalam was very professional and friendly, and provided us with the best service. The property itself is gorgeous in this bustling city. Would stay here again!

It was my Daughters 18th Birthday celebration on 5th July ! ||To be honest we were not sure about the Venue : Lutyens Restaurant and the hospitality standards of service and food . We had never experienced their hospitality earlier. ||Still our belief about “ the hotel “ living upto our expectation stemmed from a personal experience of banquet services at the “ Vice Roy & Maharani “ on occasion of my “ Marriage Reception “ in 2003 ! ||Post that we had frequented the property to savour great food at “ Dhaba “ Restaurant and Pickwick restaurant , many times with my parents , Family and friends . Each time we loved the food quality and service at these restaurants.||However now today let me say this : |we had a fabulous experience yet again ! |It was truly one of the great memories for us as family at Claridges , Lutyens restaurant . ||Right from start it turned out to an experience of high standards . ||First of all I would like to mention - chef “ Guru “ was spectacular ! ||He delivered a spectacularly made of order cake design. He exceeded the expectations of my daughter for her 18th Birthday cake and that cake design , taste will be witched in our memories life long ! Thank you Chef Guru . ||Next to chef “ Anamika Singh “ with her team of chefs n kitchen serving “ excellent “ starters , main course dishes ( again made to specifics of Kashmiri cuisine as per our request ) . We loved the food served to us ! Every guest savoured the delicacies and had all praises for kashmiri dishes specifically. Take a bow Chef Anamika and team in kitchen. ||Then thanks to Mr Soinudeen , along with Mr Abhishek and Ms Kabita and others restaurant staff who served my family , guests with sharp guest management skills , warm smile and very polite conversation pitch , no matter the demands of guests. ||Would also like to mention Mr Om ( Manager on duty on the night of celebration ) , toom high level of personal interest to cater to 20 plus guest and family members . Thanks to his efforts everyone felt social. ||Last but not the least Thanks to Mr Kamlesh who helped weave together brilliantly the whole experience and planned , coordinated prior to the day of celebration. He repeated engaged with me to seek out finer detailing of sitting, food detailing , coordination across cake , food etc. Kamlesh was a thorough professional in his style of engagement with myself all throughout. ||Overall , must say each family member, my guests who attended , loved the experience and celebrations . It turned out to be grand and memorable for my Daughter , along-with us all ! ||Thankyou for making it Grand with excellent Cake design , superb dinner menu , topped up with superlative standard of courtesy to leave us all with Royal experience of your hospitality ! Informs is not provided properly for the amenities available at the hotel and when we reached at the golf simulator its gate is locked.|Our washroom is not properly cleaned.|Charges by the hotel is taken inadequately, service at the restaurant is very slow and the food committed to serve are finished at 9:00 pm where the dinner is to be served minimum till 10 pm|Even when we asked for a pizza they delay serving for more than half an hour. It’s only come when we escalate the matter. When you are charging 3100 for a dinner then why this happens we don’t know.|Hygiene is also not maintained. Veg and non veg are kept besides and no one monitored that the utensils are exchanged by a non veg eater for taking veg food.|Really a very bad experience at the hotel of this category.|Taj group has its own glory but it’s faded in my mind in this visit.|We have left the hotel in 18th night only where we booked for the checkout at 19 at 11.00 am. We have not taken the breakfast and when we asked to the reception for giving us the take away they denied to serve the same.

Went to the dhaba for lunch with family. Absolutely delicious food! Loved every bit of it. Gorgeous vibe and decoration, great service, good music. Definitely recommended!
