The Click Clack Hotel Bogotá

We visit Bogota on a regular basis and the Click Clack is our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, Gustavo and Sebas are waiting for is with a big smile and a warm welcome! Julian, Victor and the rest of the front desk team know our preferences and are extremely helpful in accommodating all of our requests. When it comes to personalized service, friendliness, and excellence few teams do it better! Big shout out to Victor and Sebas who are always attentive to our every need and make our stay so much more special! With regards to the breakfast, the staff are amazing, the buffet is rich, and the meals prepared consist consistently excellent! The click clack team makes every visit to Bogota so much more special! We loved our stay at the Click Clack! The whole hotel has so much personality. Everywhere you look there are clever signs and sayings, and unique decorations. We were able to book last minute and had wonderful communication from the hotel to secure an airport transfer. It was so easy to message our driver and find him at the pickup area. Our driver was very friendly and even helped me practice my Spanish. We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby and it was safe to walk around late at night. The room itself was great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows and a down comforter. We were able to store our bags for free the next day after we checked out because we had a few hours to explore before our flight. Highly recommend!

The quirky design and playful personality remind me of The Standard: full of charm and character. Our room had a waterfall shower, super comfortable bed, and I loved that they offered 3 types of pillows (soft, medium, firm). The breakfast spread is generous with plenty of variety, and their little touches make all the difference: a bedtime ritual with an eye mask and lavender oil was such a thoughtful surprise. It’s a hotel with personality in every corner.

As always our stay was incredible! The staff caries hospitality, they make our stay memorable every time. The rooms are clean and very comfortable (big rain shower) and the attention to details will surprise you and put a smile on your face, just like the staff does. Great breakfast, many choices! I'm absolutely in love with this place, unique fun and stylish. My only issue is missing coffee and tea making kits but the room servis for those items was cheap. I would still prefer to not have to call and wait. Absolutely loved their sleeping kit!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first trip to Colombia and my Spanish is not as strong as I would like, but the staff made me feel welcome and were always happy to answer questions. Special shout-out to Mariana, Sebastien, and the restaurant's breakfast crew for their kindness and attentiveness! Breakfast is incredible-- a delicious and relaxed start to the day!

My wife and I got away from the kids for one night to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing stay at Click Clack. The room was beautifully appointed, the service was top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. Special shout out to Victor and Michael! Their service made our stay especially spectacular. We would love to come back another time!

A fantastic hotel. Very comfortable and modern rooms. A very kind and attentive staff. The breakfast was a highlight for both quality and service. Amazing buffet combined with a hot dishes menu for selection. Michael was helped during breakfast us and was super nice!
