The Click Clack Hotel Bogotá

Our stay has been truly wonderful. Every detail is carefully planned and explained by the extraordinary team at the hotel and the restaurant. Excellent service, location and overall experience. Everything you need is close by. The Kitchen restaurant has been on point with everything. We were lucky to count with Mario, Esteban and Edgar throughout our whole stay. They made sure to guide us through the best recommendations. From front desk, to the housekeeping, and all the little details in between, they truly make you feel at home. The Click Clack is the definition of amazing hospitality.

We worked through a travel specialist to book our trip. We gave him a wish list of amenities that we wanted in a hotel, and trusted him. We were pleasantly surprised and loved this hotel. Pretty eclectic style with lots of detailed sophistication throughout. We stayed in the suite on the 9th floor. The views of park 93 and city skyline were wonderful to see while getting ready for a night out, or waking up to a new day. The staff are super helpful with recommendations, tips and tricks. I must have asked 100 questions, and they were answered with smiles. Jennifer and Yessica helped us book a last minute tour. Sebastian and Gabriel helped us sort out the Tembici so we could enjoy the ciclovia on Sunday. Carlos set us up with a great daily breakfast experience in the click clack kitchen. I’d love to come back and visit again.

Excellent experience. Cool vibe with a great playlist. The staff were exceptional- they go out of their way to make you comfortable - special mention to Sebastian, David, Iza and Carlos. Great uniforms!!! The room (&bed) was very comfortable. The food was also really good - difficult to think of a problem- maybe the addition of a kettle in the room would be nice. Highly recommended

This place is great…especially the vibe! We had breakfast and Michael was our server, who was so awesome. The hotel found out it was my birthday and he brought out this ridiculously good cake w a candle and jumped right into singing me happy birthday…in English. It was so thoughtful and appreciated. We are upstairs last night and the views, atmosphere and food were also fantastic.

After two weeks travelling around Colombia we decided to spend 2 days relaxing here at ClickClack. Good decision. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. They kindly gave us an upgrade, without us asking. The room was amazing!!!! So many little touches to make it special. It was a special birthday for me while I was there and I was given a few treats. What a nice touch! Special mention to Camilo at the door (you will go far in life) and to the breakfast service staff. Thank you for an amazing stay. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Click Clack! The whole hotel has so much personality. Everywhere you look there are clever signs and sayings, and unique decorations. We were able to book last minute and had wonderful communication from the hotel to secure an airport transfer. It was so easy to message our driver and find him at the pickup area. Our driver was very friendly and even helped me practice my Spanish. We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby and it was safe to walk around late at night. The room itself was great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows and a down comforter. We were able to store our bags for free the next day after we checked out because we had a few hours to explore before our flight. Highly recommend!

We visit Bogota on a regular basis and the Click Clack is our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, Gustavo and Sebas are waiting for is with a big smile and a warm welcome! Julian, Victor and the rest of the front desk team know our preferences and are extremely helpful in accommodating all of our requests. When it comes to personalized service, friendliness, and excellence few teams do it better! Big shout out to Victor and Sebas who are always attentive to our every need and make our stay so much more special! With regards to the breakfast, the staff are amazing, the buffet is rich, and the meals prepared consist consistently excellent! The click clack team makes every visit to Bogota so much more special! I had a great time at the brunch for my birthday celebration. Nice flow of drinks and the food was tasty!! I want to overly thank Michael for his friendliness, service and clear love for his job. He definitely enhance the experience
