The Cliff Hotel Jamaica

Ocean cliff is one of the most stunning hotels in West End Negril. We had our wedding weekend here and it did not disappoint. The hotel offers beautiful waterfront views, tropical foliage and cottage style rooms. The staff are warm and welcoming. You feel like you are in paradise when you are there. Picture perfect. Can not wait to go back!

The customer service at Ocean Cliff was top notice! Everyone was friendly and made sure your stay was comfortable. For example, our group rented out the whole place. It was raining each day, and the staff made sure everyone person and room got an umbrella to be comfortable walking around the resort. ||The spa services are also incredible. I got two massages and a facial while there, and it really added to the relaxing experience. ||Highly recommend!

We stayed at Ocean Cliff for our wedding last week with all our friends and family. Our group rented the entire hotel which created the best possible experience - beyond fantastic and better than I dreamed. The pricing is also extremely fair. Heather and the staff were fantastic and very attentive. The food was the best we've had in Jamaica (and this was very important to me since I'm a chef - I even gave the chef a hug at the wedding!). Drinks were great & bartenders even more fun! The rooms were beautiful, clean and cool. The spa was fantastic (best deep tissue massage I've had!). Cleaning and maintenance for small issues were quick and done well! And the biggest thing for us was how they adjusted and fixed every possible issue due to the rain during the wedding! We were so impressed from A to Z ! We've been told by many guests that it was by far the best vacation they've ever been on and want to do a reunion trip back to Ocean Cliff in 5 years - so we will definitely be back!

Once again the OCH never fails to impress! I have stayed here numerous times and have always felt comfortable. I chose to travel solo to spend a relaxing birthday with myself. Views for days, rooms always clean and comfortable. Property is well kept and nice and quiet~ perfect if you just want to unwind and chill. Perfect for solo travellers or a romantic getaway. Staff is always warm and professional; Manager Heather is top notch and is a customer service queen! I will definitely be back! <3

I sit here reminiscing on the trip my girlfriend and I just returned from and I am still in awe and at a loss for words. We were greated by Vernon, who was such an amazing host along with a staff who were always pleasant and attentive to details. As good as all this was it was just the cherry on top. The rooms were immaculate and the grounds were pristine. The views were majestic from every angle and social media worthy without a doubt. With all that said, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the natural salt water pool the most. Take it from me, watching the sunset from here will be the highlight of your trip. It was romantic, therapeutic, and rejuvenating. Our future wedding destination? Stay tuned 😉

This was the first time the resort has offered an all-inclusive experience for a wedding that booked the entire property for a few days. This was personalized service, attention to detail, and all around bending over backwards to accommodate to their guests. As a travel professional I was very impressed, and it took an extensive amount of time to come up with something negative about this property. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but after a day's worth of stunning views, scrumptious food, and consideration to keeping smiles spread across our faces... I could care less about the bed. The cottages allowed for good privacy. The showers were clean and had decent pressure. They provided water bottles every day to replace in the fridge, a much-needed addition considering the heat and humidity. The drive to the property was longer than expected but that has nothing to do with the resort. Be mindful getting there on Fridays or weekends as there may be traffic. And potholes. Lots of potholes.||This was a clean resort. The food was consistently impressive. You have access to the sea and can jump off or climb down to the ocean. The pool is smaller and secluded. This privacy was appreciated. This is a calm vibe and has one of the most spectacular sunset locations to see (Aside from Rick's). This is not a beach front property. It's not a big known brand. It's not a business I've ever seen at any travel conferences. Thank goodness, this jewel of the property is the hidden gem everyone is looking for. Without the all-inclusive, it's understandably out of budget for some travelers. Now that the property has opened its range of services, this is the hot spot to book. ||There's a certain experience that a traveler has when they are truly relaxed and are at ease. I saw the effort, the teamwork, and the thought process behind everything. A wedding is no easeful situation but at the end of the day saw a trustworthy and dedicated team that created a memory so special and perfect that there are no words to further describe it. Cliff's deserves recognition for staff's efforts, its unique cliff views, and drool worthy kitchen eats... because of this experience, I recommend staying at the Ocean Cliff Negril.

I didn’t want to leave…. Gorgeous property. Rooms were very clean with a lovely balcony and a fantastic hammock. The bartenders were extremely friendly. The morning fitness classes were great. The food was very good from Zest and the Jamaican High Mountain Coffee in the room was phenomenal. I wasn’t sure how I would feel without a beach and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the outstanding views and clarity of water- I never missed the sand! This is a very beautiful calm resort. A perfect place for restoration and relaxing. Many local businesses will send a shuttle to pick you up if you want a night of activity. We enjoyed Ivan’s restaurant and went to Rick’s Cafe for one night of high energy sunset watching. I would recommend this resort without hesitations

Wow - what an amazing place!!! My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Cliff Hotel and stayed in Villa 1. It was magical. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, and simply lovely. Kenton (and others) who cleaned our villa kept it impeccably neat and made us feel so special. The views are spectacular, the pool amazing, and the food was outstanding. We took advantage of the morning activities and enjoyed yoga, pool cardio, and tai chi. We also had several spa treatments - all exceptional. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. I have to say that most impressive, however, was the staff. The people who work there are truly what made our stay exceed expectations. They all made us feel like family and it was pure joy. I could name them all but, for fear of accidentally leaving someone out, I won't. Thank you to all of you! I enthusiastically recommend a stay at the Cliff Hotel!
