The Cliff is the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. We spent a week here, doing absolutely NOTHING but relaxing, and it was magical.||STAFF: The staff was super attentive and amicable. Andy served up great meals at Zest, Deno took care of us at the pool bar and O'neal provided great conversation at the cliff bar. Deno gets an extra shout out for also ensuring our towels were properly laid out on the chairs and our cups were never empty, with the help of Stephen behind the bar serving up smiles and drinks. The ladies at the spa were professional and provided top notch services. If we had time, I would have gone back to the spa for more. Last but not least, Champs was a CHAMPION! Our favorite taxi drivers who ensured timely services and pick up. Probably why he's names Champs :)||EATS: Zest was delicious, but other restaurants were not too far. Although the Cliff is a bit away from the main town, this place was magical. Taxi's to other places are frequent and cheap ($5-10). Friendly drivers (with red plates) are available when needed.

We had an amazing time at The Cliff Hotel. We had first booked an all inclusive that turned out to hbe awful - so we called our travel consultant (Matt Bell) who switched us to The Cliff. It was 5 star amazing. The rooms are spacious and the decor is modern and gorgeous. The bathrooms are beautiful and the staff was unreal. As for Steven at the bar (he was a trainee but made the best pina coladas I've ever had). You can get a massage next to the beach which was incredible. Ask for Captain Mike to take you on a semi private snorkeling trip. Make sure to go to Boobie Cay for the live lobster picking lunch event. Restaurants like Push cart, Ivan's and Rockhouse do not dissapoint. Everything in Jamaica is colorful and vibrant but The Cliff is luxury all the way.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful boutique resort!!! The staff, including the managers, are SO friendly and they make you feel like you are included in their family. We enjoyed the managers happy hour. Our room was SO big, it was a pleasant surprise. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home and loved the huge fan in the room. Both my husband and daughter spent a ton of time on the large balcony, my daughter loved the hammock. The daily coffee and tea in the lobby is a great add, perfect if you aren’t ready for breakfast but want to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. This hotel isn’t on a beach but you totally have access to the ocean, you can jump in from the cliff or take the stairs down into the water. The grounds are stunning and we loved hanging by the pool. The bartender by the pool was great and so thoughtful, it started to rain and he moved our things into a covered area. Every time we wanted to leave the property, the front desk staff was happy to call us a cab. We can’t wait to come back to our newly designated second home in Jamaica!!!!!!

The property and staff were amazing. Very clean and well maintained. The property is romantic, perfect for couples. We had an issue with our original room which the front desk staff was quick to correct and move us. The restaurant at the hotel was AMAZING. Seriously some of the best food we’ve had and great portion sizes for the price. Richman the bartender had us laughing every night we were there and provided great service and delicious drinks. Overall fantastic location that allowed us to fall in love with Negril!

We stayed in one of the seaside cottages with was so spacious and beautifully designed and surrounded by the gardens! The hotel is now one of my favorite spots in Negril and I will return!

If you’re considering a relaxing, adults-only escape in Jamaica — Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril is the dream. My husband and I stayed here for a short but incredibly sweet staycation, and every moment was beautifully curated for rest, luxury, and connection.||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with complimentary welcome drinks and a free massage — yes, free! It set the tone for a truly indulgent getaway. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which really made us feel like we were coming home (only with better views!).||We stayed in a seaside cottage, and I honestly don’t have the words for how peaceful and picturesque it was. The ocean was right there, and every evening we sat on the porch just soaking in the sunset. There’s something deeply healing about the cliffs in Negril, and Ocean Cliff delivers that experience with understated elegance.||We also took advantage of their cliffside spa, which is open to both guests and day visitors. I had a facial that left my skin glowing, while my husband had a pedicure with the sea breeze rolling in. The sound of the waves in the background? Absolute bliss.||One thing I love is that even if you’re not staying overnight, you can purchase a day pass or a spa pass to enjoy the stunning saltwater pool and resort amenities. It’s a perfect option for those who live locally or are staying elsewhere in Negril but want to treat themselves.||Every element — from the calming design of the cottages to the personalised service — shows how much care goes into the Ocean Cliff experience. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning when we can return.||Highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic, serene escape. A true gem in Negril!||Follow @thecountryeditxo on Instagram *

This place is magical!!! Every single staff member made my family feel like family. I’m obsessed with at least 15 of the staff. They are incredible. The rooms are perfect (spacious, cool, clean, comfortable, luxurious). The views of the pool and the water from the cliff is breathtaking. The food was delicious. The massages were outstanding of this world. The exercises classes were fun and challenging. I want to come back asap. This place is a must.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Negril with your bestie if you are looking for chill vibes and luxury on a budget! Here's what I loved about this hotel!||1. The infinity pool is an ocean-fed saltwater pool which I loved! And the grounds are very serene and chill with amazing ocean views!|2. All rooms have a furnished balcony- pick a 2nd floor room if you want ocean views or upgrade to an ocean front room!|3. When you book your massage at the outdoor spa, ask for Winsome! She gives the best massages ever!|4. The restaurant Blue Mahoe serves both traditional Jamaican dishes and American cuisine and is a farm-to-table restaurant!|5. You can have a beautiful floating breakfast in the hotel's infinity pool!
