Hotel is good. Location is great (except for accessibility). Service is also good. The biggest issue is accessibility. Road is in pathetic condition. You've to take either gypsy (or SUV only) or cable car. Food is not that great but okay.

The staff was polite and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The management seemed disorganized, and the property itself lacked basic upkeep. Even the restaurant wasn’t functioning properly no proper menu, very limited food options, and yet the prices were unreasonably high. With such poor management and facilities, it really doesn’t justify the cost. Not worth the money.

It is located near the skiing point. Good rooms with great views of the Himalayas.

If there was negative rating option I would have given that. 1 star rating in giving here is, to be honest, too generous of me. Problems: 1. The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed - Stained/torn carpets, cobwebs in kitchen area, layer of dust on all surfaces. 2. Found mouse in the room and in their main kitchen. 3. The toilet was not smelling horribly bad when we checked in. Air freshener was empty, toilet roll was almost done. 4. There were dead insects/flies on the carpet. I asked the person to clean the room and wipe all the surfaces and he just did bare minimum he could do. He just cleaned the carpet a bit. 5. Food was mediocre. The lentils and rice was not washed and you could feel that in the taste. They improved on that after telling them. 6. Entrance to the hotel was smelly with cow-dung and puddles of mud all over. Overall, for the location of this hotel, if they had done even a little bit of maintenance it would have been an awesome place. I’m surprised how it has 4+ rating. By the way, I went during off-peak season.

Except for the location the basic necessities of heater are not available.No ac just room heater ectremely outdated which will not work in night as they save diesel.No phone in the room pathetic condition.Not worth the amount.The heater was not available for both morning and evening .

I recently had the chance to stay at a beautiful hotel located in a stunning natural setting. The property was designed to blend in with the environment, providing a luxurious and memorable experience. Every aspect of the stay was top notch, from the on-site programs, delicious food, and the opportunity to observe the local wildlife in its natural habitat. The highlight of the stay was definitely the swing by the pond, the sunset cruise, and the pool. All of these activities were made even more enjoyable thanks to the fantastic team who attended to our every need. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to go back!

I had booked hotel for my family vacation. Mr Kishore has really take care of us during our visit. Location of hotel is really nice The resort is old and looks it, however the entire area and landscape is simply breathtaking! The rooms are very large and spacious but are in drastic need of repair and renovation. Management doesn’t seem to be interested in investing on it. The staff is very warm and helpful. The food is very good. Enjoy treks around the place and eat maggi from the little shacks all around. A great place to refresh / reload.

It was a bad experience for our family. We have paid the amount in advance which was on higher side, but when we saw the rooms not in good condition, bath tub was not working and others. We have booked for 2 nights but due to this reason we liked to move to other hotel. We have told them to pay us for the 01 days but still they have not refunded the amount. We are daily call them for our hard earn money. It has been since 04 months now we haven't received the money from the hotel as promised by them
