We stopped in for Sunday brunch and it was absolutely phenomenal. The specialty coffee menu is impressive, and the cayenne mocha was a standout. For food, I ordered the turkey sandwich with pasta salad, and it was so good I grabbed another one to-go just so my fiancé could try it (he loved it as much as I did!). The atmosphere is welcoming, and while the setup is a little different (you order at the counter) it was seamless and added to the charm. Everything from the service to the flavors exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable brunch experience.

This place was fantastic. Great vibe, great service. We took our three kids and they were already asking to come back before we had even left. They loved the cinnamon toast and my husband especially loved his cold smoked salmon bagel (the cucumber salad was the best part!!). We can't wait to return.

Went in last Saturday, definitely be prepared to wait for a table but it is so worth it! We got 2 entrees 2 drinks, and 2 desserts and each one of them were fantastic and would get again! THE CINNAMON ROLL get the cinnamon roll!!! The best we’ve ever had!! Mimosas, salmon, citrus rosemary cake, sangria, strata all were fantastic too! 10/10 would go again, recommend!!

First time here and will definitely return. Ordered the breakfast burrito with avocado (no ground beef) and it was delicious - so fresh and the green sauce on the side was so flavorful with a little heat - loved it! Beautiful art on my hot pumpkin latte which I always appreciate.

The front service was very GenZ and not all that welcoming but other than that, the experience and food was top notch. The coffee and bloody mary was some of the best we've had in all of Saint Louis. The food was delicious and fresh. The portion size is a bit small but not terrible, acceptable due to the high quality. We had the classic breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito with a side of the hash browns with the chimichurri cream. Its a little pricey to be our new regular spot but we will definitely be back.

I picked this spot for a lunch meeting. I was so bummed out that it was way too loud. Foodwise, I loved that I could do soup & salad and I was here on a rainy day, so I definitely got the three cheese cauliflower soup. It had good chunks of cauliflower in it. I will definitely get it again. That in mind, I am trying to focus on my protein intake and the salad that I picked with meat, unfortunately did not have very much in it at all, the salad was delicious, perfect dressing to lettuce ratio. Someday in my dreams this venue will be exactly the same, but bigger. Loved the vibe and the people.

The Clover and the Bee is the fast-casual sibling of Olive + Oak down the street. It's in a charming old neighborhood and is an adorable, whimsical spot-- feels like the kind of place you'd go with a friend to debrief after pilates or grab a quick brunch with your parents. We only got drinks: Americano ($3.50) Strawberry basil latte ($5.50) They use locally roasted coffee beans. I didn't catch the name, but I always appreciate that and also their fair prices! At most places, an americano can be $4, and a flavored latte easily hits $6+, but here it was lower without sacrificing on quality. There's a takeout window if you're just grabbing drinks, and seating on the patio. Service was a bit slow, but nothing terrible, probably just the weekend rush.

Popped in on a Sunday morning which was risky because of brunch hours. We were able to be seated at a high top table within seconds! The place was packed so if you have a party larger than 3, I suggest preparing to wait. We tried the breakfast burrito with beef and added avocado and honestly, I could do without the meat. it didn't add any flavor but the avocado was perfect. The biscuit is salty with a nice crunch but soft on the inside. The jam really pairs well. The green goddess salad was delicious!! Who knew blueberries would tie a salad together? Chefs Kiss! The banana pudding latte was well presented but the flavor was a bit bitter. There was some sort of purée in there bottom of the cup to give the pudding flavor but it wasn't enough for me. The airy, floral ambiance makes Clover and the Bee so cute and relaxing.

A group of 6 of us stopped in on a Friday around noon. Having seen how crowded they were THEN, I don't think I'd want to come here on a weekend! The flavor of the Bloody Mary was FANTASTIC though the lack of accoutrements was a bit disappointing. I had the Stone Ground Grits and everything about the meal was delicious, including the bread. I brought some home for later and it warmed up really good! The service was fine, for ordering at the counter, and having it brought to your table. I felt like I got my money's worth here.

Clover and the Bee has an adorable name and interior--including their restrooms which have the prettiest wall tile! I love coming here for brunch and have sampled their 3 cheese cauliflower soup, avocado toast, strata, and roasted sweet potato salad. The sweet potato salad is my absolute favorite thing on the menu. The honey cumin vinaigrette was perfectly tangy drizzled over tiny peppers, avocado, broccolini, and fried chickpeas. The avocado toast was also quite unique with pepitas, golden raisins, and the most AMAZING rosemary honey. I don't drink coffee so I didn't try any of their drinks this time, but next time I'd like to sample their lavender lemonade!

The salad I ordered was generous and delicious. Airy, open room with plenty of seating. Noise level a problem for conversation which diminishes my enjoying my meal with friends.

Candles, liquor, charcuterie. That is about all you need in this life. And, guest what? Clover has all 3. You walk into a dimly lit, moody room beautifully ordained for a date night, happy hour, or even just solo evening and are immediately greeted with grace and enthusiasm. I kept it simple with a lillet highball. Light, refreshing, and crushable. A great low ABV option to get the evening rolling. The charcuterie was amazing. The crackers had some herbs to add some extra flavor. The cheeses were awesome and the jam was a great addition also. This place is a special little spot for anyone in need of a good date night spots with some light snacks. It was wonderful!

Clover and The Bee is a total vibe for the holidays right now. I love this place anyways, but after seeing some pictures of their holiday decor, I knew I had to check it out. I came in during cafe hours, so I can't speak on the actual bar pop up experience. I will say, the atmosphere made me want to come during the evening! Find a table, order at the counter, then take a seat and wait for your order. I wanted to get some work done, so I ordered an iced latte and a gingerbread boy cookie. Definitely hit the spot while getting my checklist done. WiFi is strong. I'll be back soon !

I came here for the first time with my fiancé and one of our friends for lunch and we had a lovely meal! They had been before but it was my first time, and I was delighted by my meal! The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was very pleasant - we ate outside just before the rain started and enjoyed the outdoor seating! To drink we all got the house made lemonade which was super refreshing and delicious! I had the roast sweet potato salad and my fiancé and our friend both got the pastrami sandwich - I tried a bite of the sandwich and I definitely will be getting it next time! The salad was flavorful and filling, a great choice with lots of great veggies and crispy chickpeas! Overall, I'm excited to come back and try more of their menu and also hop next door to their pizza restaurant for a dinner sometime!

I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant on Yelp! A friend and I were looking for a yummy lunch spot and I remembered seeing it when I went to another spot next door. The decor is extremely cute. I love that you order at the counter and then find a seat. The food menu has so many options! I got the soup and salad combo and it was delicious. The ingredients are fresh and perfect for lunch. The cauliflower soup is insanely good! I regretted not ordering it but I stole some bites from my friend. You can park behind the building or there is tons of street parking.

A friend wanted to celebrate her birthday here. The only reason I gave it a 4, Instead of a 5 Was because it was hard to chat due to crowd (Saturday), & Salt was only thing I could taste With the Biscuit & Gravy. My friend shared her bacon, & It was perfection. Great decore & features. Latte was beautiful, & yum. My friend's chia Had a totally different 'flower' on top. Beautiful. Sweet treats were all fantastic. We sampled the gf cake: An explosion of amazing flavors. Would totally order again. The chocolate chip cookie was soft & crunchy. Lovely. The chocolate crossisant was just what I was expecting. Cinammon roll had a luscious amount of incredible icing on top. I thought it was a scoop of ice-cream when I 1st saw it! If your hungry, the grits was LOADED. Birthday girl had to take 1/2 home. Another friend got poached eggs with her breakfast, & They were adorable! Great town. Location in midst of walking district. Cute neighborhoods all around. More to do than what we all had time for...was the only sad part of the experience.

Okay but this biscuit was HUGE. The service was so great. The guy that took my order was such a character and honestly service can make or break my reviews since they have an opportunity to put a bad taste in my mouth before I try the food, but I was not disappointed here! It was a hot day for brunch and this place was PACKED. There was a waitlist, but there are so many cute shops in webster groves, it's really not an issue to keep yourself busy before it's your turn. I think the only note I had for an opportunity was to add hooks under the high top tables since there were no backings to chairs. It was just a bit awkward placements. Okay so the biscuit was steamy, moist, and crisp on the outside. Just about everything you want in a biscuit. It would be nice for a variety of types of biscuits, but still delicious. I couldn't finish it- it was HUGE!

We decided to try this place after a recommendation. It is a very cute place, but a little tight to navigate. The staff was friendly and kind. I would have liked seeing the staff smile more behind the bar, but I know they were busy. Our lobster grilled cheese with a refreshing side salad was amazing! The cheese to lobster ratio was on point. We also enjoyed a delicious Irish coffee. I will definitely go back on a weekday where it might not be so busy.

Located in the heart of Webster Groves, Clover and the Bee is a bustling spot. It's a restaurant with a dash of literary reference. You can opt for a quick bite at the walk-up window and sit on the patio, indoor seating and they also have a seated dinner with table service. The standout is the Lobster Grilled Cheese. Are you kidding me? Beyond the food, Clover and the Bee pays homage to literary reference. The restaurant's namesake poem, "To Make A Prairie," To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee. The people who work here are extremely kind and helpful. Our server recommended the Philly Cheese Steak and it was AMAZING. Seriously, it was the best I've ever had. Been here multiple times before that and had breakfast which is also delicious! The design is so cute and the overall vibe is relaxed but also really nice at the same time. It's hard to describe but it's one of my favorites!

Holiday pop-up bar was fun and festive. We couldn't see menu ahead of time and several items were seafood but the items we chose were delicious. The prime rib sliders were amazing. Hoping they do this in years to come!

The inside of this place is adorable!! There isn't a ton of seating inside but our wait was very short. You order at the counter when you're ready and the servers were super friendly. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the brown butter latte and the three cheese cauliflower soup. There's plenty of street parking as well as many lots behind the surrounding stores and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back!

I had been wanting to try The Clover & the Bee for a while. This is a great brunch/lunch spot. We went on a Saturday around 1pm and waited about 25 minutes for a table. We walked to some of the cute shops in Webster while we were waiting. You go up and order at the counter after you get seated. The decor is super cute. I got the cheese steak with the house made cheez whiz. My mom got the tuna salad sandwich. Both of our sandwiches came with chips. The cheese steak was good but could have had a bit more flavor. The staff were all very friendly.

Perfect brunch/lunch spot. Bright and welcoming atmosphere. Not a large dining area and can get busy so I recommend getting a reservation. We had 4 people and were able to walk in Saturday 11am and find a table tho. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. Incredible sandwiches. Service was friendly and attentive.

Saturday visit during Brunch hours, both the Breakfast and Lunch menus are available. This is a cute small'ish cafe in Webster Groves that offers indoor and outdoor seating. Clearly this place is popular, but I arrived at a decent time to grab an inside seat for 1 without a wait. Entering the cafe, you are greeted at the door and seated with reusable utensils and cloth napkin along with a menu. The instructions are to order at the counter when ready. I went with the cauliflower soup and chicken Bacon Ranch cold sandwich. At first taste of the soup, it's amazing! Layers of flavor with chunks of cauliflower and a creamy base. The sandwich is huge and enough to take home 1/2. Surprisingly, it's a chopped sandwich which allows for a mix of ingredients in each bite. The bread was the perfect mix of soft and firm to hold up under the ingredients and a great flavor. A wonderful meal start to the day!

The service and ambiance were phenomenal. Our server Gavin was polite and attentive. He gave several recommendations and even made my favorite drink called the Hot Totty the wasn't listed on the menu. They serve smaller plates so I wouldn't recommend going here if you are wanting a more hearty meal but for shareable plate style dining this is the perfect place! Highly recommend.

The Clover and the Bee is located in Old Webster Groves . It's is a nicely decorated place in a nice part of town. It's. order at the counter and your food is brought to you. It's expensive and portions are very small. I bought a chai latte, a very small portion of avocado toast, a very small side hash brown patty (dry and not tasty) and a very small slice of an olive oil cake. All of these items were a smaller portion than at any other restaurant that I have been to. My bill with tax and tip was almost $35. I don't feel it was worth the price, but other people do because it was packed and it usually is.I will not likely return due to the price and portion size. The flavor was ok, but not outstanding.

Everything about this place was such a pleasant experience! We were immediately greeted by a friendly host. The restaurant was pretty crowded so we had a short wait, but our table was ready in almost no time at all! The inside of the restaurant is very cute and trendy. I especially enjoyed all of their Christmas decorations. The food options on the menu all have a really unique and creative twist. We ordered a lavender latte and a brown butter latte. Both were impressively delicious. I'm always on the hunt for the best lavender latte, and I must say that this one ranks up there! Extremely flavorful! Our food was wonderful as expected. My boyfriend ordered the Cheese Steak and said that it was the best cheese steak that he's had in St. Louis. I ordered the Farro Bowl and added grilled chicken. It includes red wine pears, kale, almonds, pecorino, and a brown butter sage vinaigrette. This was light yet very filling. I can't wait to come back and try other menu items!

My husband and I were looking for a breakfast option. I've been by a million times and always wanted to stop in. We arrived at 9 AM on a Monday and there were a couple tables still available. You order at the counter, and then find a table. I wanted to eat outside, but there was construction very close on the street. We both ended up getting the classic breakfast sandwich with avocado and bacon. It came out wrapped in foil, and the bun was dripping with butter. (In a good way!) it was a good size sandwich and very delicious. Halfway through eating our sandwiches are drinks arrived at the table . I had ordered the pumpkin cold foam chai, iced. It was really good. My husband also ordered the berry thyme brie danish. It' was on the savory side, which was surprising yet tasty. All of the employees were very friendly, restaurant was clean, and the decor was very pleasant. I will definitely be back!

We love going to The Clover & The Bee for breakfast! The best time to go is during the fall when you can sit outside and watch everyone walk by! Their food is delicious I had the biscuits and gravy with a poached egg, my husband had the breakfast sandwich and the baby had a muffin! Their walk up window is great if you are just walking through Webster!

Had brunch with a friend on a weekend morning- a great experience! You order at the counter then get a number to take to your seat, the line moves relatively fast even though it was really crowded. I got a latte, breakfast sandwich and oatmeal sandwich cookie- all of which was so delicious. The food comes quickly. They also have a take-out counter facing outside for those who are wanting something quick and on the go. The decor is beautiful inside. Great vibes, always love coming here!

I was really looking forward to going here to try the breakfast burrito. (I'm on a mission. Mike at F&B Eatery on Hampton had the best I ever had but that place closed and now I'm lost.). Anyway, I saw this place listed in the Breakfast burrito catergory in the recent Feast poll and had to try it. We arrived around 8:45 and I was glad. We were able to pick our spot. This place was really hopping by 9:30. Once you get a table you go up to the counter and place your order then they deliver it. Our drinks came out first. My friend wanted a cherry Danish but she is also a grits snob so she had to get those and bacon. I had a dirty Chai and of course a breakfast burrito. I had asked if the pico de gallo was hot (because, if you read my reviews, you know I'm a wuss when it comes to heat.) That being said, I was told, "not at all". I reiterated, "good cuz I'm a REAL wuss when itàa comes to hot stuff. The cherry Danish came out first. It was so beautiful. The problem was that it was really tough... like next to impossible to cut tough. The flavor was really good. Then the grits and bacon. The bacon was cooked perfectly. But the star of the show was that order of grits. It was listed on the menu as a side of grits but that doesn't come close to describing the creamy, melt in your mouth cheesy grits. These were phenomenal! Then came the reason for the visit. The breakfast burrito! So, I realized after looking at the menu to create this review that I wasn't asked if I wanted ribeye or avocado. I just GOT avocado. The pico was on the side as I requested... thank goodness because it was really hot. Without the sauce this burrito had no flavor I was really disappointed. The burrito is why it I rated it the way I did. Would I go back? Yup! I'm STILL CRAVING those grits!!!

On March 21st a dear friend (from grade school !) and I thought it was a good idea we have brunch at Clover and the Bee. I have been there before a few times and it was wonderful all around. I ordered the avocado toast and she ordered the Grits with the poached eggs as stated on the menu. Well.... I've had the toast before and loved it. This time it was so small, lost on this large white plate, about 2 1/2" by 5". My friends grits were very plentiful, thank goodness, because we could share. No one would be full on the toast. ($12.00) The menu says grits with 2 poached eggs for 10.00. However the bill said $5.00 extra for the eggs. All in all, kinda disappointed but glad my friend's dish was a good choice.

What I cannnn say is everything was delicious & the ambiance was so floral and happy. It was such a great experience and can't wait to come back! We always have the best breakfast at Clover & the Bee! The food, the service, and the ambiance are perfect! When you arrive the hostess will seat you inside or you can grab your own table outside! Be prepared to wait on the weekend for a table, but you can walk up to the outside window and order a coffee while you wait. Once seated inside you will order at the counter and servers will bring your water, drinks, and food to your table. 10/10 would highly recommend this cute little neighborhood spot!

Finally got a chance to try out clover and the bee for brunch . I was scared away by the reviews that talked about the wait but we were easily able to be seated for a table of 2 outside with no wait around 12:30 All the food options looked delicious, we got the gazpacho, grits, and classic breakfast sandwich and they were all delicious and highly recommend all of them. The gazpacho has mint in it as well which made it refreshing sitting outside on the patio in the summer and the grits and sandwich were perfect. Also got a nonfat iced caramel latte after learning the caramel was made in house and it was amazing as well, didn't want it very sweet so they adjusted the amount of syrup for that Also this is a great place to come in the evening as well. We've stopped by before a couple times before going to dinner in Webster groves or at O&O pizza next door and they have a great selection of natural wines. My favorite is trying the orange wines Can't wait to come back here!

This is a perfect brunch spot in Webster grove. They were packed for Sunday brunch but they were efficient to get people in and out. We were seated in 20 mins. We tried the stone ground grits and cold smoked salmon. Both were delicious! The grits were creamy and the salmon was fresh. Highly recommend both dishes! We also tried their biscuit with homemade whipped butter and homemade jam. I tried the cayenne mocha, it had a good spicy kick to it. We also tried the brown butter latte as well which was creamy and buttery. This place is definitely worth stopping to grab a bite.

Not pictured - brown butter latte, side salad, mint tea, and an accidental cold brew with skim milk (thanks!) I loved this place! It seems like all restaurants find it hard to balance modern flavors/ presentations with good value but this place knocks it out of the park. Strata is highly recommended -- you're not making anything as good as this at home! Sleeper hit is the brown butter latte, their pastry chef cooked this flavor up and it is phenomenal. Totally blows other coffee shop lattes out of the water. Don't walk, run to this place!

Went here for lunch recently with some friends. The food and ambiance were good but their service was minimal. First of all there is not table service, you have to go to the counter and order your food and drinks and pay at the counter. At the counter, there is a tip jar and places to leave tips on the credit card receipts. Having waited tables and bartended for over 20 years, I really think this type of counter service gives real hard working table servers and bartenders a bad name. I tipped them 20% just like I would have any other place but I will certainly think twice before ever going back there again.

This is THE brunch spot in St. Louis: @clover_stl (on Instagram) -Order the strata. Eggy and bready with a slice of ham on top. It's sitting in a pool of cheese sauce that you will be licking off the plate. -Order the grits. The amount of cheese they add to the grits is unholy! The texture is smooth and creamy. The best grits we've eaten in a long time! It comes with 2 poached eggs, tomato ragu, and crusty bread. -Order the hot chocolate. It comes with a giant homemade marshmallow that slowly melted into the drink. No shame in using my fork to pluck it out of the mug. It was the perfect way to end brunch. -Skip the sides. We ordered the hashbrown with chimichurri cream ($3). I would have moved more than a drizzle of chimichurri. We also ordered the sausage ($4). It's served as a rectangle thick patty. The texture and appearance was different than expected. -I can't wait for warmer weather so we can enjoy breakfast or lunch on one of their two patios. They don't accept reservations, so expect a bit of a wait on the weekends. There is some street parking or check out the lot behind the restaurant.

We planned to stop by to pick up a coffee when we were in the area. It looked like a pretty busy place. Outdoor seatings were all occupied even though it was just half past seven on a Saturday morning. They have an Order& Pickup window which is a very nice concept. I decided to walked inside to take a look, and I couldn't get my eyes off the mid century emerald green upholstery sofa against the floral wall. I decided to sit down and got myself an iced matcha latte and an avocado toast to share. My partner got a pumpkin latte. Even though latte art should come secondary to taste, I was a bit disappointed when I was served a bad latte art.... My matcha latte tasted like milk with a very light aftertaste of matcha. Glad the avocado toast saved the day. The bread was buttery and soft. Creamy goat cheese and sweet apricot made a delicious add to the avocado toast. Service was quick but... not friendly. Overall, nice decor but I was not impressed with service and beverage.

The clover & the bee was delicious! This is my second time coming & I got something different each time. Any of the lattes are so good, & there are multiple sizes you can choose from. The inside is super cute decorated! It's a little loud inside so I don't recommend it as an intimate spot. You order at the bar & they bring the food out to you! Super convenient! Highly recommend this cute restaurant!

The Clover & The Bee is one of my favorite brunch spots in STL! Everything on the menu is delicious and the counter service makes the atmosphere very laidback. They don't take reservations - get there early! MY FAVS: Cold Smoked Salmon, Chopped Salad, Slushy White Sangria

This is what brunch dreams are made of! Grab your besties and go here ASAP. The Strata is my all time favorite, there are many delicious things but I always find myself circling back. I dance every time I take my first bite. I get a little prosciutto on the side. The local Greek yogurt is also great, delicious honey drizzle and although skeptical of how the basil would work it did!! They have a cute coffee window if you need to just grab and go. I legit spent my birthday here alone, eating brunch jamming and drinking mimosa because I love it so much it was essential in my self care and celebrating my day of me. The service is amazing, everyone is so nice and accommodating... good for small groups, coffee meetings, brunch or just dining by yourself. Such a cute atmosphere and decor inside. It's also located on a great street where you can explore shops near by. See you soon Clover & the Bee!!

We came here for a nightcap after enjoying dinner next door at O+O Pizza. Manny and Griffin took amazing care of us. We really enjoyed the vibes and the espresso martini was delicious. We will definitely be back again!
