The Club at Hōkūliʻa

The course is only fair shape with numerous brown spots in the fairways. Some of the tees had some sort disease which reduced the tee to dirt. The greens were very good but with the new construction and very high green fees, you might want to check out other courses. I was disappointed.

Amazing PUBLIC beach OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Highly recommend visiting here and having a picnic. A reminder that Hawaii shoreline must be accessible to the public. Enjoy!

Aloha hopefully this message reaches the right personal. I am a resident from Maui and came across an ad in a magazine regarding this homing property “Hokulia” it looked beautiful and was very interested, so I flew to big island and wanted too see the area in person, as I was entering I was NOT greeted with the expectations I thought of, from a young gentleman I forgot his name it started with a “K” was extremely rude and didn’t greet me with “Aloha” i said “hello I was wonder- and he cut me off all he said was “private property take a left at the rock wall” and slammed the sliding door and walked away I was completely baffled, never in my whole life have I been talked this way I understand this is a private resistance and non-members don’t have access but this completely changes my whole view of the property, never returning again

Incredible Golf Club with super friendly staff. It was an honour to play a Nicklaus course in such stunning backdrops. The course was tough but true. The greens were challenging as they should be.
