Where do I even start?
It began at the bar when ordering food. We pointed out that the online menu was completely different from what was being offered. The bar attendant acknowledged this and said it was a very old menu that hadn’t been updated due to staff being off. Frankly, that’s not acceptable. An outdated online menu is misleading, and staffing issues are not the customer’s problem.
When the food arrived, the disappointment continued. For the prices being charged, the portion sizes were an absolute joke. Poor value, plain and simple.
Then there’s the alcohol pricing. Two pints of Guinness and a middy of lemonade came to $39. For a bowling/family club, that pricing is disgraceful and completely out of touch.
This place has lost our business. We’ll be heading back to Jurien, where value and honesty still exist. They can change whatever they like going forward, but we will never return.
