Food was great, service was great, bartender was always a step ahead anticipating any needs. Atmosphere is what you expect for a sports bar in a strip mall. We were just working in the area but wish we had a neighborhood watering hole like this near us.

Our family always enjoys an outing at Clubhouse! We receive the best service and the staff is very friendly. The grilled cheese are the kid’s favorite! We also used their catering service for our daughter’s engagement party and it was amazing! Everyone loved the food!

I like to patronize local establishments. However, burger was tasteless. My husband ordered fish and chips which were swimming in old oil. Waitress never returned to check on us. Hope the owner can make adjustments with their food. Good place to have a beer.

Trivia night is Wednesdays. It was fun. The staff was very friendly. They have several TVs with different games available to watch. I had the barbecue bacon burger. The burger was HUGE! It was one of the best I've had.

food is always very tasty, just a bit slow. Servers are incredible, have learned what I like and double check when i forget to order it the way i normally do. The selection of craft brews on tap is VERY good always!

Stopped in after birding at William Pond Park to catch the Buffalo Bills game. Vibe is chill and friendly. They have lots of TVs with multiple games playing. We skipped the breakfast menu and waited for the lunch menu which starts at 12pm. Wings were excellent. Ruben had good taste but was a bit soggy. Staff was hustling. Beers cold and perfect for the local strip mall bar. Yelp hours don't reflect that they open at 9 am on weekends.

Good food and service. 1st Tuesday of each month check out the big band that plays, no cover. Great music!

We used to love coming to this place for great reasonably priced food and live music. The waitresses are nice but too few. Waited over an hour to have our order taken and finally left very frustrated :l and hungry :(

Been here twice in last 3 weeks with my buddy and neighbor Mike. The food was pretty good for a sports bar. Our server the first time was Candace and last night Thursday September 28 was Teresa. Both times the servers were outstanding. They each were fun, friendly and very attentive. They both really added to an already good vibe. Loads of TV's and good viewing layout although the sound was very uneven between tv's and couldn't hear the broadcast for the Packer game. We expect to become regulars here because of the food and the servers. Hope they can sort of the audio issues. Really a fun place !!! Ron K.

Stopped in here for lunch on Sunday afternoon with my mom and grandma. There is a large interior space with low top tables, high tops, and bar seating. There is a full bar. Multiple televisions. It was pretty empty at 2pm, I'm sure things are different when there's a game playing. The food we ordered was delicious! Definitely exceeded expectations. All three of us ordered sandwiches: Ruben, turkey avocado croissant, and the French dip. The fries and coleslaw as sides were good. Sandwiches cost $13-$14. My only complaint is that I wished the French dip was bigger! Service was friendly and quick. I'm looking forward to trying other things at this spot.

This is a great bar with really great staff. It's obvious that the employees enjoy working here, and with each other. Food is very good for a sports bar. Reuben and BLT with avocado are my favorites. Important: Get the tater tots instead of fries. I particularly enjoy coming here for the Cunha Big Band once a month. All in all a delightful, relaxing, good time . . . with good food. What more can you ask for? It's swingin'.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, I was visiting a friend of mine, when it came time for lunch. With limited options in his neighborhood, my friend suggested we walk to the Clubhouse Bar & Grill as it was only a couple of blocks from his house. Having been there only a handful of times, I was never impressed; as the bartender I had always encountered was often unfriendly, and never made me feel as if I was either important, much less welcome. Fortunately, on this day she wasn't working and when we sat ourselves at the bar, we were greeted with a friendly smile by a very attractive bartender (Merritt) who asked if she could get us something to drink. While we took a few moments to examine the numerous beers on tap Merritt brought us their food menus. With approximately 5 other patrons sitting at the bar and @ 20 more scattered at 6 tables in the restaurant, she never missed a beat! There was never any shouting at the cook, or confusion with the customers. A very welcome change from my previous visits! As always, our food was delicious, but made that much more enjoyable with the calm, friendly atmosphere that can only be attributed to Merritt!

Wow, club for sure. My girlfriend and I stopped by for beer and music. Got a lot more then that. Turns out it's a white boy only crowd. Bar tender wouldn't stand up for my Hispanic girlfriend. Turned into a practical old school

Came here for the first night while I was picking up some food from next door. I went for happy hour and food is required to get a drink no problem. The service was great. . Day 2 brought a friend to enjoy this nice environment. We thought it was great. Had good service and got to try the steak quesodilla which was amazing the tortilla was piping hot and it was flaky crispy. The cheese was melting and the steak was flavorful. Love. The fries was good too, it was crispy and steak cut fries was meaty. . Day 3 brought some more friends over. Had the steak cut fries too. Had some drinks and then it was near closing time. It seemed like we were rush to pay the bill right away when we try to figure how to split it amongst ourself. Then water was not given when asked for 3 times. But 4th time was the charm. Service was kind of slow but its understandable it was under staffed and busy night. Also the drinks were spilled a little bit due to uneven table by accident, had to flag for some napkins to wipe it down. . Overall the first 2 nights was good. But last night the service was kind of meh. Anyways the food i had tried was good. I like the happy hour deal and the environment. The vibe here is cozy and the patio is just fancy. Ok. Got to say first impressions are lasting ones. Came here on a recommendation of my nephew. Said the food was really good. I would say it did not disappoint at all. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and my wife had a burger and fries. Food was great, and we really enjoyed our server "Teresa" or "T". Made us feel welcome. Took a bit of time to get initially served and my wife's top shelf marg was a bit sour, but they fixed it for her right away.place is busy. Seems like a lot of locals, good feel and vibe to it. The food prices are more than reasonable. Super value for what you get. I am a fan and will be back. Big focus on the food. Way, way better than your typical "bar" food. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Great food and exceptional service! Sports bar, nothing fancy! Have had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, combo pizza and various salads. Excellent crispy fries.

If I could give this place -0 in stars I would! Went there for breakfast this morning, or should I say we tried. We waited 30 minutes to order our food. That should've been a clue, after we ordered, we waited an hour and never got our food. We got up and left. After we ordered no one ever came back to our table. No wonder they were closed down! We thought it would be nice to support a neighborhood restaurant. But never again!

We originally came here, because some friends recommended the wings. They did not disappoint! We got half garlic and half buffalo. The garlic wings were sooo good, cooked perfectly, with the perfect crispness. The buffalo were good too, they weren't quite as crispy, because they were a little saucier. We also got the club sandwich, which was huge and very good, and also the bacon, avocado, sourdough burger. They forgot to put the bacon on the burger, which was disappointing, but by the time I realized there was no bacon, I had already taken several bites, so I didn't want to say anything. Overall the food was delicious and I can't wait to come back. They also have a bar and lots of tv's for watching sports.

Last night the special was Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was delicious. Love their ribs too. Always seasoned perfectly.

I'm so down with their AYCE breakfast on NFL Sundays! I wanted to try a sports bar that we've never been to and fortunately, we came on the right day and time. For $12 you can get bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, potatoes, and made-to-order omelets. Good food that stays hot in the chafing dishes, and refilled when food runs low. Chef is cool and very accommodating to any requests. The female servers were friendly enough but slow. Or rather, disinterested in doing their job. This is a good sized restaurant/bar and it was less than half full. They stood around a lot, avoiding eye contact with patrons, and drinking their Starbucks. Needless to say (but I'm gonna say it), service could have been better. But 5 stars for the food and chef!

I've been a regular here for about 4ish years, maybe 5? The staffing has been consistent throughout my entire Clubhouse Bar and Grill career - which I like because a) I hate change and b) I LOVE the regular staff (Wendy, drew, Andrew, becca, Candice, Ashley and a couple of others). In addition to AMAZING and friendly staff, I also LOVE the regulars that come in often. I've formed many friendships with the regulars outside the bar environment and have experienced many wonderful memories with the regulars at and outside the bar scene. Everyone is extremely friendly and I've always felt welcome, accepted and respected by everyone here. Not to mention the friendly folks occasionally buys me a drink. There's always that one obnoxious newbie the comes in and makes a minor fuss but that happens at every bar. I choose to outweigh newbie lameness to the superb service I get and the friendly chats with my fellow regulars and staff. The menu is rad AF. My go-to food orders are always the grilled chicken wrap, teriyaki chicken wings, Sriracha fish tacos (without the tortillas because Keto diet), sliders or the bacon cheese burger wrapped in lettuce. The pizzas and salads are hella good as well! The food is great and I love that this bar is so flexible with dietary needs etc. however, vegan options are limited but if you make request, I'm sure some vegan needs can be met. My drink of choice is always the same. Vodka soda with lime (keto, duh). The bartenders know my order by heart and have my drink ready at the bar before I even plop my ass in the same loner corner seat as usual. Of course this occurs on a day that it's not crazy busy. Plus free wifi! You can up vote cute kitten photos on Reddit while waiting for your order. Now onto sports. There's, like, a dozen TVs with different sports on them any given day of the week, and season, there's ALWAYS sports on. This is your go-to place for sports year round. Not to mention, the bar tenders are always mindful and flip the channel to a different sport channel upon request. The bathrooms are always clean. Maybe there will be a small piece tissue pepper on the floor but 99% of the time, the loos are pristine. Upon reading previous comments, yeah the bathrooms can a bit musty in odor but keep in mind the design of the bathrooms and how old they are. The bathrooms are ADA friendly, as well as, all entrances and exits. I'm not a super picky/snobby person. I come here often because I know the friendly staff and regulars, the sports, etc. this place gets busy on major sporting nights, events and holidays so show some patience when the bar and kitchen are slammed. Every 1st Tuesday is the live jazz band, every weds (or tues?) is trivia night. the juke box is powered through AMI or a similar company so you have control over the juke box. The bar tenders will play great music from their devices on slow nights. Also, clubhouse is great for special/catered events for weddings and such! Witnessed 3 amazing wedding receptions here so far! My future wedding reception will be held here! All in all, I LOVE this hole-in-the-wall place, a mom and pop owned business, the sports, great company, friendly staff and the tasty food and music. Please come by and pay this place a visit. They offer great happy hour menus and game day breakfast/buffet menus! I refuse to drink and dine at any other place because I won't get the same authenticity from staff and fellow regulars. I'd give this business a 10 out of 5 stars.

It was my second visit and it will be my last. On my first visit I thought the service was a little slow. The grilled sandwich I got was dripping with grease and the fries were barely warm. Shame on me for thinking it would be better on my second visit! We sat for half an hour before our order was taken. There were several people at our table. Their orders came slowly, one or two at a time. After half an hour everyone had their order except my husband and I. The waitress never stopped by to check on our table. Apparently she was busy having an argument with the cook and chatting with other customer. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, we left. No apology. They didn't even seem to notice. Of course, I can't comment on the food because we didn't get ours. Judging from other reviews, this neighborhood bar has some pretty loyal customers. I'm not going to be one of them.

This place is amazing. The Bartenders and the cooks are incredible. Been coming here a few months now and this has been becoming my favorite spots to catch The game have some drinks I'd give it more then 5 stars if I could . Ps the food here is Top notch. I've never had better Wings in my life. The cook Heath and his Brother are the best. Them boys get down in the Kitchen and make some great meals . Love this place

This hidden gem is truly a surprise. My first visit I met the friendliest staff one can imagine. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend the best authentic Reuben sandwich you can get on the West coast and the homemade potato salad is delightfully sinful. The beer is cold and the selection is tasty. I'm a big fan of the Clubhouse. It's definitely on my list and I am usually here 2 nights a week. So far, I've not experienced anything on the menu that has disappointed me from the delicious appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas and side items. Don't let the exterior fool you. The only thing inexpensive here is the final bill! Cheers!

This place is a decent blue collar kind of place- but sometimes you are just looking for that laid back casual place. A blend of people, and pretty good, reasonably priced bar food. Burgers, salads, calamari, etc. Full menu until 10pm, and appetizers until 11pm. Happy Hour deals :) Not as ghetto as some "sports bars"

Looks like a hopping sports bar - just okay for lunch. We saw some pretty good reviews on line for the food here, so came for lunch. It looks like it is a terrific place to knock down some beers and watch a game -- particularly the Oregon Ducks, judging by the wall art. As a lunch place, it was just okay. For example, the black olives on the nachos were the sliced kind from the can.

I have been here if you times before. So I figured I would do a review. Every time I come here I have a blast. The atmosphere is fine, inviting, and there's always something good on TV. They have several TVs here so you can watch your favorite sports team while drinking a cold one or eating something off there menu. Every time I come here I get the Philly cheese steak and french fries which is awesome :-) it comes out hot fresh just like I like it. The bartenders are always fun and they have lots of beers on tap along with any liquor you can think of. There's always a spot here for you come by and check them out when you're in the area.

Beer is awesome. Longboard. Food not so much. Aside from the pizza, a total disappointment. Tasted like sub par reheated frozen bar food. For the price, not worth it.

Steve is my Favorite bartender! He takes his time to craft the most delectable cocktails and treats everyone with respect. The rest of the staff is super friendly and the food is amazing! Go here if your thirsty

I came here to watch the Oregon Ducks, apparently this is not a Ducks bar, despite all the Oregon paraphernalia on the walls. The bartender refused to put the Oregon game on audio. We are leaving in the third quarter, I will not be coming back. Becca was an awesome waitress. The owner should know that staff are catering to Notee Dame fans instead of Duck fans. Next time I'll go to Mark and Monica's or the Pine Cove.

Best food and atmosphere around! Lots of TVs if you are looking to watch sports. If you've never been to the Clubhouse, check it out. Full bar. Lots of table seating. Good crowd.

Went to this spot to see a friends band for the St. Pattys day weekend...the place was packed, we ordered some appetizers...excellent service , especially for as busy as they were and a lot of Tvs tp watch March Madness...its an Unassuming spot in a strip mall...Not a lot of Parking But what else is new...We will go back for more entertainment and a great deal

Food, service and atmosphere was awesome, several TV's with any sport you wanted to watch. Why I gave it 3 stars and not 5, I went outside to answer my phone, one of the cooks was also outside, buzzed hair and gray beard, spits right on the walk way by the front door. So disgusting, with COVID. If he does that outside can you imagine what he does in the kitchen?

Love this bar. So cool to hang out in your own neighborhood where you can run into people you know while having a drink and eating great food.

Been here a few times. Service is excellent. Recommendations: -House made chicharones which come to the table still crackling from the fryer with a spicy siracha ailoi dip. -French Dip, the au jus is rich and flavorful. -Garlic chicken wings are fried nice and crispy and coated in freshly chopped garlic. -Every beer I've ordered out of the tap is ice cold and fresh. Lots of TVs with any and all sports running. Don't be too shy to ask them to put your game on if it's not. Clean and cool with a lot of room inside (the outside makes it appear deceptively small). Great refuge on a hot summer day.

I've been coming here for a long time, the club sandwich was my go to when I ordered food. Came here 2 weeks ago with my dad and had a horrible experience. First thing was I ordered iced tea, it tasted like burnt plastic, I told the waitress and she got us some sodas. Then I ordered club and noticed it was made differently and only had one sliver of ham and a couple small pieces of turkey. I ate a little over half and it just didn't seem right, I asked the waitress if there was a new cook and she replied no, asked why and I replied it seemed different. She continued with a rude response saying that was the first time she had heard and said I must like to complain. Let's just say they lost a customer

Meat pops.... yea Meat pops... just order this if you cool with swine. Great atmosphere staff is on point, good place to come in and watch the game on one of their many screens. No other activities like darts, but that's okay because I have a meat pop in one hand and a beer in the other.... my homie had the Club Sandwich, the waitress asked him to open his mouth wide so she could gauge if he could handle it... I laughed but when the sandwich arrived I shut up! Overall a good spot for food and drink with a bit of sports on he tube....

Two hour wait for subpar food. If the wait is going to be that long at least check in on us? Worst service I've had in a minute.

The food is AMAZING!! The nachos are huge and could feed at least 2-3 people and the bacon burger was awesome! Definitely coming back here! $7 Hennessy shots but the shots are huge too!

If you are in the mood for a laid back sports bar meets neighborhood bar, this is your best bet, especially for the Carmichael area. There isn't much else around and a bar that serves tall pints in awesome steins can easily become anyone's friend :-) This is a sports bar after all and there are flat screen TVs galore so if there is a game you want to watch this place has plenty of tables, a full bar and lots of channels I was told. There are also A LOT of off nights where you may stroll in here and there will be 4 other people total, two of which are completely waster cougars trying to play dice the game at the bar but obviously having way too much trouble adding ha ha Clubhouse, is definitely not club like at all. But it is easy, no stress, no hassle with a full bar with draft beers at $4.50 and mixed drinks are too bad either. Just watch out for some not great liquor recommendations from the the bar tenders here!

Carmichael needed this real bad. This place is great. Chef rocks, bartenders actually know how to make great margaritas, brand new interior, lots of TV's, spacious, great music acts, best sports bar i've been to in sac and it's right in Carmichael.. *Disclaimer: too much good stuff here, you might get in trouble with the Mrs. for staying too long.

A pleasant surprise... It's a sports bar, of which I typically not a fan of, but they've got a bit goin on to help separate them from your standard sports bar! Its bigger than it looks from the outside, plenty of tables, plenty of tv's, free wifi, jukebox, live music on some nights, full bar, with quite a few higher end bourbons, tequilas, etc. We didn't eat here, but the food looks and smells really good! I think we'll be back in soon to try out a pizza! Guinness on tap, and all their draft beer's are available in 16, or 34 ounces! That's a big mug yo! The bartender may actually be the friendliest bartender in California, and she was genuinely friendly, not the typical bartender friendly, know what I mean?
