The Coach House Brecon

We loved the Coach House. The location is great (only a few minutes walk to the centre of Brecon) and the room was very well decorated, comfortable and clean. Both Kayt and Hugh are amazingly friendly hosts and took care of all our needs (including catering for our lactose free dietary requirements). The breakfast was delicious - all freshly made and very good sized portions. Overall a fab place to stay and one I would definitely book again.

The room was sizable, light and airy where you can sit and relax if you wish. There is every little extra you can think of, going that little bit extra to ensure any visitor enjoys their stay, good examples being the small fridge with fresh milk along with an array of beautiful soaps and shower gel.|Kayt provides a first class breakfast, with the hot option cooked fresh to order, with you leaving the premises being very well prepared for the day if exploring Brecon and the surrounding countryside.|This is a place we will definitely return to in the future, a first class place to stay and very close to the centre of Brecon.

Spent a few days over New Year 24/25 at the Coach House, Brecon with two other couples. I cannot fault a thing about the place!||The welcome received on arrival was heart-warming, informative and helpful, as was the advice given on the various walking options from this fantastic base location. The rooms are warm, clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfy, too. There was an excellent array of drinks in the room, and even a cheeky chocolate bar or two for guests to enjoy! The attention to detail and execution was quite exceptional.||Special mention must be given to the breakfasts which were utterly magnificent. The quality and presentation of the food was outstanding - the absolute equal of a high-end hotel, if not better. I'd return just for the breakfasts, but the walking possibilities are almost endless, so burning off that indulgence isn't a problem.||All in all, I'd unreservedly recommend the Coach House. An outstanding example of a hospitality venue done properly.

Lovely stay at The Coach House. Friendly welcome, impeccable cleanliness, lovely room and delicious brekkie. We loved our stay. ||Brecon (the town) disappointed slightly with a lack of really good restaurants/ bars but in terms of exploring the area, it is a great location. ||(The Hop & Gin bar is worth a visit). ||Very glad we found The Coach House and would definitely go back.

Beautiful! Highly recommend. Kayt was a wonderful hostess . Attention to detail top notch. Rooms were beautiful spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely comfortable bed , lovely bathroom, with big fluffy towels. Lovely toiletries too. |Loved all the wee treats in the room too, home made banana bread was delicious. Lovely coffee bags! |Breakfast definitely deserves a 10/10 all freshly cooked to order and delicious. Plenty of tea coffee and fresh orange to accompany a beautiful menu. |Free parking also available.

This is a B&B next level.|If a six star rating would exist, they would deserve it.|Expect a very warm welcome, a superb breakfast, a clean and cosy room, ...

The Coach House is a wonderful place to stay. We had a gorgeous room which was incredibly comfortable and breakfast each morning was delicious. There are lovely | little touches around which make it feel very luxurious. Kayt is a great host - efficient, friendly and kind. We had a lovely time and we will definitely return.
