The Coast Lodge, Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast

Great location. Very old fashioned hotel but it suits the place. Spotless clean. Big spacious family room with big ensuite, two double beds, two couches and big coffee table which was perfect for kids to colour and play games. Staff are all so lovely and so helpful especially Charlotte who served us at breakfast. Will definitely return

We stayed one night in The Coast Lodge. Our host was extremely kind and friendly and the room was superb. We had an amazing view over the ocean and the room was clean, cosy and extremely spacious. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly wish for - cereals, fresh fruit, organic yogurt and honey, crepes, scones and a full Irish or any combination you liked. We will most definitely be back- it beats Trump’s place down the road hands down!!

What an absolute gem on the coast 😊 The pizza 🍕 was simply amazing—one of the best I have ever had, made with so much care and flavor 🥰The place is run by a wonderful young couple who manage everything themselves. They are not only talented but also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special 🤩You can really feel their passion in both the food and the atmosphere. Wishing them all the success in the world—they truly deserve it!

We stayed two nights at the Coast Lodge. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and we were even lucky enough to get a room with a view on to the ocean. Beds are super comfy, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need, including tea facilities and a bottle of water. |The owners and all staff are super friendly and welcoming.|Great breakfast, with a good variety of cereals, fresh fruit, pancakes, scones, and warm food. Excellent cappuccino and hot chocolate.|Great location to explore county Clare - it’s about 1h to Loop Head, 20 min to the beautiful surfer town and beach of Lahinch, 30 min to the Cliffs of Moher or the Burren. But there are also lots of smaller beaches to explore in the area.

A beautiful place right by the sea. The staff is very kind and attentive. We had dinner there and the pizzas were excellent. Breakfast was perfect, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy.

We stayed here for two nights and had a room with seaview. View is great and the room is nice (could use some work, especially the bathroom), its clean and the bed is good. From here you can make your trip to the Cliffs of Moher. The restaurant, which is below the room, can be crowdy, and you smell the backing in the room and the hallway. The breakfast was good and has a variaty of choices. Tips: a cooling unit in the room and a locker.

We love this cafe for it's lovely takeaway food. Pizza is top notch - hence the awards - they even do gluten free. Glorious views from the front garden which is spacious with lots of picnic tables. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Great ocean view room with good amenities such as hand lotion. Window opened to bring in fresh cool ocean breeze. Bed was very comfortable, with neat animal photo above. Breakfast was included, and was very good. Not far from the Cliffs of Moher. The worst thing: the shower. Some box mounted on the wall heats the water I guess, but this did not work unless you flip the switch on the outside of the bathroom. Controls were a bit odd.
