I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty and generous - one serving was more than enough to fill me up. I arrived just after they posted 'closed' on the board, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their service and food were so good that it completely eliminated any second thoughts. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more!

Great place to stop while passing through Ugie to grab a bite to eat and cup of coffee. The food was really good. Grateful for place like this when you're passing through a small town. Plus they have the most adorable fur babies to play with while you wait for your food.

Wow! They clean the place every day. You leave your room and come back to a fresh room. This place is well managed.

I highly recommend this place as a pitstop. The chef overheard that we were vegan and offered to make us vegan wraps (as there are no vegan options on the menu). The food was delicious, the people are friendly and I also bought some cool bath bombs.

We had been told about The Cock and the Cat and were really looking forward to giving it a try during our recent visit to Ugie. What a quaint little spot! Do go, it’s worth the visit and you’ll be supporting local! Service was good, the food was great and the menu had so much for us to choose from. Have a look around while you’re waiting for your food and even give the gift shop a try as you’ll definitely find something! I’ve tried their pizza’s (at the clubhouse) and they’re a winner too!!

Very sweet people and spot. Lovely food and taste fully presented. And very well priced. Definetly worth dropping in if your in the area or passing through.
