Nice little hotel, not close from the beaches , 15 min walk, we felt safe traveling everyday from hotel till the beaches.|Make sure you are getting a flashlight on at night though. |Breakfast was awseome.|Nice friendly staff.|||The big down was the front desk. We asked around 9 am to get a taxi for 11:15am to the airport. She said yes yes I will get that for you. I went to double check with her at 11am to be sure. |11:15 obviously no one shows up. 11:30 still no one. That was very stressful...||Customer service = 0||Just be aware I you need a taxi don't count on them. Manage it by yourself||Overall great experience in that little hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are not only huge but also impeccably clean, featuring comfortable king-size beds. The cold air conditioning provided a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Stefanie at the front desk, went above and beyond. She not only assisted us in renting a car but also recommended incredible excursions.||The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious regular American spread. Meeting Paul, the chef, was a pleasure, as he consistently delivered fantastic breakfast experiences every day. The pool, meticulously maintained by Roderick, was a pristine oasis. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for another enjoyable stay.

One night to go, in our 14 day stay. Me, my wife and my youngest son fell in love with this place. We know Aruba very well, but we never stayed here before. If you want all the luxury money can buy. If you want golden door knobs and diament glasses to drink from. This might not be your place. But, if you're like us and enjoy the simple things in life, and don't seek happiness in materials, but in yourself, in others, in experiences, you'll love it here. The people are friendly, the service is great, the location is awesome, the place is cosy, and it has everything you need. We would love to come back here!! Coconut Inn, thanks for two weeks we'll never forget.

The pictures do not do justice for this inn. It was such a cute, nice and clean inn. The room was very spacious and they cleaned it every day. It had a nice little kitchenette with a stove top, sink, nice size fridge, microwave and cups/plates/bowls/utensils. Our room also had a little balcony facing the pool. The breakfast was very delicious as well and better then I was expecting. We would totally stay here again!

Very clean. The room, the pool, and the people are all welcoming. They included breakfast is well prepared. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach which makes it quieter at night and less expensive. But you can make your way to most anywhere on the island from here. We opted to take the bus instead of renting a vehicle which was fun. There are a number of restaurants close to us that we have tried and all the food is very fresh and well prepared. The food on the west coast tourist area is also good but double to triple the price. We would come here again.

There were not many options left when we were booking hotels. What attracted us were breakfasts and balconies.||The breakfast is good. Though limited choices and no vegetables, it tastes good and nice to get us ready for the day. ||Here’s the rest:||There is no hot water. The shower was connected to some machine in the bathroom . It takes time to get warm water for shower. It is warm but never hot water.||We wake up a few times at night as Rooster starts crowing around 3 am.||The room given to us smells bad with mold all over the ceiling. There was no enough light in the room and we didn’t know that’s mold till later we found out. |There is no ventilation in the bathroom. That’s why rooms get moldy. Even the rooms do not have mold visible , can have mold under the paint. The mold is biggest issue with this hotel as this is harmful to health.

During our recent trip to the Coconut Inn and over the last 8 yrs. lt's been a wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean, good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and they go over and beyond for their customers needs and l will name all the staff because they deserve to be recognized. Very clean and comfortable rooms for a family of 4. All around a clean place. Nice daily breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and friendly cleaning ladies. Safe place to stay. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Daily cleaning and towel changes.
