During a morning rush, drive thru is long and dine is long waiting times as well. It seems they are always understaffed. They also seem to not have a system. Instead of going in order on when the tickets come in, they seem to do whatever. I have pulled up to the drive thru window multiple times and they have not started my drink yet. They also sleeve the cup and cover up the specifications of the drink order. Ive had to catch/correct them on which milk they use multiple times. Some employees are good but most seem to not gaf about their job. Its crappy that this is the only one on this side, but quite frankly, the time it takes to wait in line and get my drink, I could drive to alamoana and have my drink also.
