THE COFFEE CLUB - Holiday Inn Sukhumvit Soi 11

My breakfast at this restaurant was one of the standout meals of my holiday, with the kitchen turning out dishes that were fresh, flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. However the experience stumbled right at the start when the first waitress "a larger woman with dark skin" approached our table. Her attitude felt unwelcoming...she took our order with an impatient expression and shot us cutting looks, creating discomfort instead of hospitality. After that, she vanished without checking on us or our meal, leaving a poor first impression that lingered. Fortunately another waitress took over and the mood shifted immediately. She was warm, attentive and genuinely hospitable, making my family and I feel properly looked after. The contrast between the two was striking, showing how one staff member's approach can shape the entire guest experience. One incident to highlight where a nearby guest spilled a drink on himself and two staff members reacted instantly. One brought tissues and moved his food to a fresh table while the other cleaned the spill quickly. Their speed and coordination impressed me, reflecting great teamwork and attentiveness. Overall breakfast went smoothly with consistently excellent food. Without that initial encounter, the visit would have been nearly perfect. Suggest management to address the service inconsistencies to ensure every guest gets the warm welcome the rest of the team provides.

I stop by here every morning before work. It’s just part of my routine now. The coffee’s great, but honestly, the real reason I keep coming back is Som. She’s always got the best vibe. Super kind, funny, and always smiling. Khob khun na ka Som, you make mornings way better. Jing jing, you’re the best! ☕🫰

We really enjoy Coffee Club for its excellent food variety — there’s a solid mix of Western and Thai dishes, and they even offer healthy options, which is a big plus. However, we’ve found the service to be quite slow, and unfortunately, the staff rarely smile or show much warmth. It’s not a very welcoming experience, and that’s something they could improve on. Still, despite these service issues, we frequent here every now and then because of the food. Overall, it’s a great place for the food, especially if you're looking for variety and healthier choices. But if service matters a lot to you, just be prepared for a slower pace and a less friendly atmosphere.

Been here a few times. Great beverages and plenty of healthy options for food. Champagne attended our table and she was very, very attentive. Made sure our table was clear of dirty dishes and we had everything we needed. With outdoor seating, it’s important that other staff members do the same for customers sitting outside. But the cleanliness factor is low. The window sills have never been cleaned.

The new breakfast menu has a good range of choices, the food and the healthy drinks were truly good, service was super attentive, and the food was served quite speedily. We are regulars and the Coffe Place has very much stepped up and improved. Loved it!

I absolutely loved this 24/7 café. It’s rare to find a place that combines great coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service — at any hour of the day or night. The interior was decorated with plenty of seating and a calm vibe that makes it perfect for working, reading, or just relaxing. I have tried something different everytime I have been there and all of them were absolutely delicious. I suggest their coffee, cocktails, sweet potato, coconut pancake for sure!!! Whether it’s early morning or late at night, this place feels like a safe and peaceful escape.

I went here 3 days in a row as the food was great, the tables were perfect for using a laptop and the air conditioning was amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming and the service is incredibly quick. What more could you want!
