I’m not sure who Amy Marshall is, but it seems you may have issues with her as well. I’m the person who did business with you and recently picked up my remaining unsold items. I did however have an account and pick up appointment.
From the start, my experience has been problematic. My login information was incorrect, and despite multiple emails requesting assistance, I was repeatedly asked if I was entering it wrong instead of being provided a usable login. Eventually, the communication stopped altogether.
Given the way concerns are handled at this store, your reply to the previous review unfortunately isn’t surprising. It’s disappointing to be treated this way as a consignor, especially when I trusted your business with MY items so that YOU could also earn a commission.
I won’t be recommending this location to anyone. At this point, I’d rather donate my items to Goodwill for free than continue supporting a business that treats clients this poorly.
