The Collective

Had a great experience in store today! I always take advantage of the consignment part of the store and always have made a great return. I decided to take the time to shop the store and all the offerings they have are really awesome! Can’t wait to come back when I can spend more time in here. Always friendly staff as well, can tell the owner takes pride in the business!

Love, love, love The Collective!! Such a wonderful women owned boutique and vendor shopping spot. Every time I go into The Collective, they always have something I want to buy with them constantly updating products and bringing in different items. Five stars all around for not only the cutest environment, but the super friendly and hospitable owners and staff. I was a vendor here and have had one of the best experiences with my merchandise being in a store. Super organized, wonderful communication, great social media presence, and the support of other small business owners not only from the store owners, but from other vendors in the store is so uplifting. I definitely recommend checking it out for a good retail therapy session or if you want to be a vendor in a storefront!

This is the second time I have gone here during “store hours” and they have been closed. Their online says 4 pm for Sunday but when you get there the sign says 3pm. We pulled up at 2:30 today and they were already closed….

I absolutely loved this place! Yes, some of the consignment items were priced a little high in my opinion but we still found some good deals. The best part of this trip was the staff. The ladies were so sweet and kind. I’m used to being ignored in little shops like this but that was not the case. They still gave us our space to shop but we had great conversation during our visit. Will definitely be back.

I called yesterday to ask about gift cards. I was told they had gift cards and I said I would be down to get one. They said great! So i went in this afternoon. I was going to purchase one item and a gift card. The clerk rang up my item and said she'd be right back. When she came back, she said "We don't actually have gift cards, but we're working on getting gift cards." I told her i was told yesterday that they did have gift cards. At that point, a very loud, huffy, and rude woman standing behind me said "can I just pay for this and go?!" The clerk said "yes!" And left me standing there to check out the rude woman. I left. I won’t be back.

Was treated like I didn’t belong as soon as I walked in. I asked for a price and was told “it’s expensive “

the clothes are super cute and affordable for the most part, although the staff were very rude. she repeatedly came and asked if i was done in my dressing room and when i said i was still trying my items on, she would rudely sigh and say okay with an attitude. i heard her and one of the other staff at the counter pointing and whispering in my direction. it was not an enjoyable experience. wouldn’t recommend if you are bothered by people being rude.

I purchased an art piece and some household decorations for my wife from here. The staff were very helpful and understanding. This store is beautifally curated for a variety of home decor and fashion styles. We definitely will be returning.
