The Collective Palm Beach

A really nice vibe at the Collective - although it was quite noisy. Our pizza was quite black at one part of the crust, which I must admit I was surprised about for the price of the pizza. (However, the pumpkin, feta pizza was really tasty and big enough to feed 2 of us) The sweet potato fries were delicious and a really decent serving for $16. The free birthday drink for one person in our party was very much appreciated. The girls who served us were all super friendly and helpful. There are very strict booking terms for booking a table and a $25 per person charge may be charged for a reduction in numbers. (Not sure if they would charge this, but something to be aware of if you are going to book). Also, it was super busy, so I wouldn't try to eat there without a booking. Since there were 7 of us, the ability to book via an iPad at the table from the 4 different eating places worked out really well. Overall, it was a good venue for our birthday get together and we would happily return.

First time and Freya made it a great experience, she made perfect recommendations and checked on us to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend the pork ribs, the prawn pizza if you like a cheesy comfort food style of pizza and great drinks and atmosphere.

Delicious food and great service. We had dinner at the Palm Collective and loved it. We did eat early as we were told it gets busy and by the time we finished the place was very busy. They have a number of option to choose from on the menu too which was great. Fantastic night out and highly recommend.

This was my first visit to The Collective and what an experience it was. From the moment we arrived all staff were friendly and very attentive. We ordered cocktails which were amazing! Loved the variety of food and ordering from the i-pad was super easy! We got to choose different options and every dish we ordered was fresh, tasty and could not be faulted. We had a visit from a young man called Kent who came to check on our dining experience, he was friendly and super helpful. Was nice to have someone check on how we were enjoying our night and to see if there was anything else we needed. I would definitely return to The Collective again.

What a great place! The Collective was a recommendation from friends and they’ve just gone up in our estimations 😂 The food was SO SO good… and we ordered from each of the menus, which were equally delicious! My kids inhaled their meals (adult meals) without whinging, and my eyes were bigger than my belly - but the food coma was so worth it! Service was fast & really good - Noemi was exceptional! Highly recommended!!

Such a great concept, a must visit if you are in the area. 4 separate dining options but all combined in the one venue. Big space with plenty of tables and chairs downstairs, then a roof top bar with more tables available. Cocktails and beer on table with an extensive menu that has something for everyone. Good place to come and grab a feed and drink after the beach or for a catchup with friends.

The variety and quality of the food are outstanding, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. My wife and son both have dietary needs, and from the very first visit the team went out of their way to sit down with us and make sure everything was safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. By our third visit, they already had our dietary requirements noted on the booking before we even arrived — incredible attention to detail. We love trying new restaurants and usually never go to the same place twice while on holiday — yet we came back here three times! That says it all. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were simply exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone — there’s something here for everyone. And don’t miss the buffalo wings… they’re the best I’ve ever had. You need to go!

Palm Beach has been opening fabulous restaurants in past few months, The Collective is one such place. This restaurant is open 7 days a week, the weekends to midnight ! They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner - the food variety and speed of service is just the best !

I honestly wish every restaurant had this same concept! Lets start from the beginning - reservations are very easy to make online and I would highly suggest making one as the two times Ive come it has been pretty crowded. There isn't a parking lot but lots of options for street parking. Upon entering you check in with the host and are escorted to a table. There is tons of seating including an upstairs patio. Now the good stuff - what makes this restaurant stand out? The fact that it is 5 restaurants in 1! Yes you heard that right. In the mood for Italian...they've got that. In the mood for Mexican...they've got that too. Wanting Japanese...yep its there as well. This is like a dream come true for picky and indecisive eaters alike. You are handed a menu with several pages. Each page represents one of the five restaurants with full menus from each. Heres where it gets great - you can order off any menu or even all! For example you can get an appetizer from one, entree from another, side from a different one, and dessert from a new one as well. AMAZING!! Also the waiter/waitress is the one that goes to all the locations to order and bring your food so you just stay seating awaiting the goodness. Now the reason it didnt get 5 stars is because both times I came after I got the food the server basically vanished and I couldnt even get water refills. However for the first half of the meal they have great service. I am already excited for my next visit!

One of my favourite places to eat on the Gold Coast.. numerous food choices. Quick service, awesome staff all within a great atmosphere puts this at one of the top spots for me..

Great concept. Several different types of kitchens ranging from tacos to Chinese to burgers to Italian and a bar to top it all off. This is a collective of foods from around the world joined together in palm beach. The price is going to run you around 20$ plus there is a 3$ service fee for dining in. I guess it's like tipping in the states. Atmosphere decor is going for a green house or garden type feel with grass lawns and plants all along the walls. Very open concept. Hipsters paradise. Food is pretty good eh. I had the tostados which was like flat crunch tacos. Those went down fast. I also had the pork belly nuggets. The sauce made it awesome. Anything with maple syrup I'm in. Service is friendly, I came when there is only half filled so plenty of servers to watch over us.

Being ex-hospo, when ever a manager handles a complaint well I'm super appreciative. I picked up this fire moscato sangria on Saturday night and admittedly complained as I assumed there wasn't enough alcohol content. Damn I was wrong after being corrected I found my self real tipsy, don't worry guys I paid my respect as this was the most delicious watermelon drank i'd ever had Expensive but delicious

Great variety & atmosphere. Would highly recommend for afternoon drinks followed by dinner.

Good food and really friendly, helpful staff the two times we've been here. Dog friendly area out the front with water for the dogs.

Honestly very good the wait was a bit long but the servers and ways to order was very good but some of the food was a bit greasy but overall very great restaurant I do recommend

Loved this place and its concept! Just take a seat and get lost in the different menus from the 5 restaurants on site.. and choose whatever you want, it's great to mix the different cuisines from around the world! Great vibe and cocktails too!

Excellent collection of restaurants ... I think we ate from 3-4 of them through entrée and mains... everything was excellent...

A few months ago I ordered using the app for the collective. The app didn't work. So I rang up and was told I couldn't order delivery over the phone. After a long discussion I managed to get them to deliver the food through order over the phone. However the delivery boy verbally abused me for ordering over the phone and told me not to order again! Despite the terrible service, the duck pancakes I ordered were delightful and were rather redeeming. I would give the restaurant 4 stars if it wasn't delivered with such bad service.

very cool. great selection of restaurants and awesome concept combining just one bill. food was very tasty.

food was amazing, came quickly, barely had to wait. staff were pleasant and had a large range of food options. however, it was a very unorganised setting and everything was everywhere. but besides that, a very top notch establishment. would 100% go again.
