We were booked with a group so got room 9 that was a king bed but very small otherwise. There literally wasn’t room to open two suitcases and one weird window far above the toilet tank 🙃 we asked to move. So we were put in a two twin bed room and unfortunately the air conditioning would t stay in and the rooms really struggled to cool down. No tv, no elevator. I appreciate their green initiatives with glass bottles for water. Their breakfast was the best we have had in tour. Great coffee and amazing gluten free baguettes made with cassava flour and banana muffins that were excellent. They also made our friend an amazing chocolate birthday cake upon our arrival. Service was very good as was the coffee and the location is great and within walking distance to the river. Biggest problem is ac

Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Lovely room with terrace on the 2nd floor. Excellent breakfast, quality ingredients and well thought out options. Superb coffee. The staff and owners are genuinely interested in your plans and are happy to assist and make recommendations. Only slight niggle was the smart tv. Highly recommended though and we would most definitely return.

Great spot in downtown Kampot, a short walk to many restaurants as well as the waterfront. Complimentary filtered water in glass bottles, ceramic glasses, a fridge and large format, refillable soaps were #EcoExpat appreciated touches! Breakfast is wonderful, rooms are cozy, we took one with a balcony as we like to sit outside for sunset. Thavy and team go above and beyond with sightseeing ideas, restaurant suggestions and simply being wonderful hosts.

Excellent boutique hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. Great service. Location was good. Room was well appointed in a historical building. I don’t think there was anything to complain about. If I was in Kampot again, I would not stay anywhere else

I stayed here for a couple of nights with a group of the building is historic and quirky with lovely design touches. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful and the freshly cooked breakfast was the best I have had in Cambodia. It isn’t grand or luxurious but totally authentic and I would definitely go back again!

The staff was amazing! We appreciated their eco awareness and attentiveness. The breakfast was elaborate and delicious. So many areas were walkable. Loved our stay here and hated to leave!

I'm so pleased with this hotel's staff. They are super attentive and friendly, all with a smile. Whatever you ask they will try to accommodate. It's family run and they have great recommendations on things to do nearby.

Excellent location, except amongst other heritage buildings. This is a boutique hotel. The furnishings and artwork become a big part of the Indochine experience one might look for in a town like Kampot. Very clean, great breakfast, and the staff were excellent.
