I’ve been staying in hostels for over 15 years, and I can honestly say the mattress here rivals those in five-star hotels. It was incredibly comfortable and soothing to sleep on. I stayed in a 12-bed dorm, yet it never felt crowded or claustrophobic thanks to the big rooms with spacious beds and breathable privacy curtains. Free coffee and refillable drinking water are provided. The male bathroom is large, with four toilets and four to five showers, so it’s very convenient.
The only major downside was the reception experience. Upon arrival, I greeted the female receptionist with glasses and mask, but before I could say anything, I was abruptly interrupted with “Check-in is at 2 pm,” after which she continued her work without further acknowledgment. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent facilities. This only applies to this one rude person, the rest of the staff was attentive.
