The Concord Hotel & Suites

The hotel is almost big and has a good layout. The rooms are a good size and generally clean, though unfortunately, the sheets on our bed didn’t feel very fresh and we found some spot on them. Parking is available, which is convenient, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room itself was a bit cold, which made it less comfortable, and breakfast was fairly normal, nothing special but decent. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

It was a good hotel once||But now due to traffic and poor roads reaching here takes time and if you want to have some conference here, the guest would skip it due to above issue.|Atmosphere is ok, not bad|Rooms are reasonable ok but bathrooms need upgrades |Cleanliness will get 8 ot of 10 marks |But the frustrating issue is their Indian food,||Indian guests choose this hotel for availability of Indian food and close proximity with Diamond plaza, but now the food quality has deteriorated |Mostly the Indian food they made is either not properly cooked or tasteless|The morning breakfast is always very cold (cold prantha, cold chapati, cold puri)|And weird combination like puri with Aalu Baingan||So in short, if your priority is Indian food then this is not the right option

The stay was great and relaxing!! Very nice rooms!! Very very nice food!! Very friendly staff!!. I will recommend and come back many more times!!

A great stay with amazing staff, I was here for 1 night after landing in nairobi and it’s the best hotel in the city which I’ve been too. I highly recommend the stay, good food and rooms are large and nice. 10/10 for me for the hotel

The highlight is the staff - they are helpful, kind and a joy. Location is walkable to diamond plaza with many restaurants and shops. Beds are big and nice. Restaurants serve a variety of foods. And live jazz music which was the best!!!

We eat often at this place. We are there almost every week to either swim, or for sauna or steam bath and to eat. We really like the indian restaurant upstairs. I once forgot my gold ring in the bathroom down stairs. I called and the reception we found it. Another time i left my lipstick on the table and they kept it for me until i came to pick. Authentic Indian food!

We visited in July 2025. Pathetic service. The staff is quite undertrained. The communication is not proper. Umami restaurant is very horrible. We had to wait for dinner for 3 hours as the service was dead slow. There was one manager just roaming around, least bothered about what is going on. The waiter/chef didn't take the order properly and came with wrong orders. This is after waiting for 2 hours. It was also taking then 1 hr to get back to us and tell that items are not available in the kitchen. Didn't expect this at all. Would not recommend this hotel. Not worth it at all. Also, the bathroom faucet was coming off, the cosmetics stand was broken. They have not even bothered to repair it. Even 1 star is high for this place, but unfortunately can't give lower rating than 1 .

The service is very prompt and the rooms are quite spacious. The bathrooms just work. However the water seemed yellow tinted and hot water pressure wasn't adequate. They rooms on the upper stories have a good view of the city. The receptionist is extremely helpful and well spoken. The staff is very polite and mostly speaks and understands English. The only language barrier I faced was a little bit in the 24x7 restaurant. But the staff was quick to get someone who spoke English well. In the Umami restaurant too, the staff was extre helpful and got us food AFTER closing time because our arrival was delayed due to factors beyond our control. The ataffw as requested to give us a room with a bath tub and they were more than happy to assist us with all our needs. 5 stars across the board for this place!
