The Concord Hotel & Suites

I checked out of this hotel Sunday March 23rd, 2025. I stayed in room 508. I went to out my bags d9wnstairs so the bus could load them. Once I put them down I caught the elevator back up to retrieve my purse. Then headed to the bus to leave for the airport. After clearing customs and getting to my gate I decided to purchase some food. This is when I realized that 500.00 US money was missing. I emailed the hotel but I am on.my way back to the states. I know the housekeeping lady did it because she was there when I came back to check my room. I had a towel and a pair of water shoes black that were in my room and she had already placed those items in my her personal bag. She was shocked when I came back for the check but I never checked my purse. The hotel was great and the food was good but this made it a horrible experience for me. If you stay here please be aware some of them are thieves. I sent an email but I am sure there will.not be any resolution.

Very nice place to experience the nairobi.|In reception, Rosaline was so helpful and so kind. She did the best for my group. Always smiling and energetic.i am sure in the future she will be a manager in the hotel industry.||Belboy is so helpful also. They are so smart and in less than second come to assist you.||Certainly, I will come back here with other groups.||Thank you for everything.

Stayed there for 3 nights.|Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, great restaurants with amazing food. Very friendly staff and hotel has great amenities.|Total value for money.|Excellent location very peaceful.|Would surely recommend staying here.

Ok hotel. Better to stay in hotels near the airport. It's location is not good. Vegetarian food options were not there at all. Only bread butter with tea.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently stayed at the Concord Hotel Nairobi, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by exceptionally poor customer service. From the moment I checked in, I encountered a lack of warmth and welcoming attitude from the front desk staff. My requests for assistance were met with hesitation and a clear lack of interest in resolving my issues. During my stay, I experienced [mention specific issues, such as room maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, etc.]. When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. The hotel's customer service fell far short of my expectations, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect, attentiveness, and professionalism from hotel staff. Until the hotel addresses its customer service issues, I would caution others to reconsider staying here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are up to the mark. The staff is really gentle help you with what you need. |One of the staff Ian from concierge helped me big time. I’m really thankful to him as he went beyond his work duty and helped me out.

Incredible staff and very clean! The location is excellent. Sharon in the reception was amazing, exceptional! So was Margaret. Thomas, Margaret and Redempta deserve a mention too in the restaurant.

Food was great. Ambience excellent too. Highly recommend
