The Container Store

For trucks delivering to this location, follow dispatch and delivery instructions from the shipper. When you arrive, on the far left, you will see 3 docks. The 2 closest to the trader Joe's belongs to them. The 1 near the hand rail belongs to The Container Store. I was able to weave through the parking spots without jumping a curb or rutting up the flower beads and backing from the parking lot to the dock door. Good luck. According to the instructions you can't park until after midnight. But at 10 pm, the trader Joe's employees leave and I was undisturbed overnight. Update: Returned to this location, no one showed up till 5a. At other locations their are a dozen people by 5 am ready to unload. If you plan on talking to the 2 receivers that did show up bring a coat. It gets chilly. Never the less, their is no real way to get in this place during business hours with all the traffic. I recommend after 8p would work better. They lock themselves in so don't plan on any early morning bathroom relief.

We love our Elfa system! My husband was able to install this by himself, after he reviewed a YouTube video. The Container Store told us that they are available for assistance, but we did not require any. This has a modern and organized way to display our clothes. Getting dressed is quick and easy, now. We did have fascia and liners ordered with our system. We used the chrome wire racks. Be sure to sign up for their Pop rewards program to earn money back. We were helped out to the truck with our order and their staff was more than happy to set up the best use of our space for us. We are so grateful and highly recommend this service.

Upon walking into the store, I was greeted by Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and was courteous throughout my entire time there. I was looking for a small box to ship a cell phone and she showed me all of my available options. Kudos to Stephanie for her customer service!

I love it in here. It's so spacious, clean, and the interior decor is amazing. This is my new go to place to reorganize my home and office. Did I mention the sales all over this store. I love it!

Went to the store excited! I just got a new house and hoped to finish my pantry and a few closets. The employees there made me feel so uncomfortable by following me around the store the entire time. From the front to the back there was a person on my heels. I just left this is very shameful. They only followed me others that were not the same color were not be followed. I will not be back and advise other African Americans to avoid this store as well, unless you like being followed with no space.

Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure a difficult to find product was located for me. Her amazing customer service was much appreciated!

Another first for me today. I could get into some serious trouble spending money in the store. I love to organize things. I saw so many items that would make my life easier around the house and office. I was met at the door by an associate who asked if I needed any help. I told the gentleman I was just looking around and he proceeded to explain the layout of the store to me and where everything was located. It was very helpful. Very organized and clean and all of the employees I encountered were super helpful.

I love this place. We moved a couple years ago to our first permanent home, and i have been slowly riding and organizing as i go. I love the options. It's a bit pricey, but great quality. Don't wash the plastic containers in the dishwasher, though. I swear i had the heart setting turned off, but my bin still got really warped. Live and learn.

Love this store! I had an Elfa closet installed and it changed my life! Seriously, it has been amazing!

I think this store is incredible. I came here today, with the intent to buy a unique charging port that could both run through my bed and only had usb outlets. Rather than go on amazon I came here, because the amazon offerings can be questionable. Not only was the staff knowledgeable but the charging port device was easy to find, and at a reasonable price that actually undercut the amazon offerings. I will definitely be coming back to collect further supplies for my office, as well as telling my colleagues to give this place a try.

TCS is always a fun and enjoyable experience. Sure you'll pay a bit more but you'll also find stuff there you will find no where else. My wife used their design professionals to create a whole new custom closet. She found the designer enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. ELFA is the bomb.

We have an extremely small and weird shape master closet. We were in need of some organization in our life. Jessica was extremely helpful in helping us come up with the best plan to use all the space available in the closet. We had a great experience and purchased the closet.

If your customer comes to the counter with marked down items and the customer asks if the price on the sticker is before the markdown or after and you tell me, the customer that it is 90% off of the original price- then don't ring it up at sticker price and pretend not to notice that instead of 89 cent it has been charged as $4.47- there is a reason we had this talk about the price!!! Then don't act like I am the crazy one for making you reverse the charge! If you shop here be careful.

Numerous options for home organizing in this place. Happy and helpful staff. It is similar in size to Container Stores in St Louis and Portland Oregon. Not as large as the Nashville store but I am cool with that. Glad to have storefront version in Memphis. I really like the neon sign in the front of the store also. Quite pretty. Also, conveniently located next to Trader Joe's.

Love this store! I don't usually do reviews for stores but every time I go here the guy working the cash register is so friendly. Makes a day better to have a kind word. All employees seem eager to help. This my new favorite store in the area.

One of my favorite places finally came to Memphis! But I can't say I wasn't a little disappointed...this one is a single floor and is tiny compared to the ones in Nashville and Dallas I've been to. Worse yet, it seems like they devoted a full third of the already limited floor space to their custom closets. Don't get me wrong...I would love to be able to afford $5-10K for one of those beauties. I just can't help thinking I didn't see some of the organizing gadgets that I could afford. In any case, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
