We stayed at the hotel at the end of our vacation.
The rooms are large and spacious, with a stunning view. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower was great and relaxing.
There was a minor issue with the air conditioner dripping in our room, but the staff handled it immediately and efficiently.
Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, very rich and varied. For us, as a family with young children, it was a bit less convenient to eat at the low tables with sofas.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but there’s a nearby train station, making it very easy to reach the city.
The staff were very pleasant and always willing to help.
The concierge was particularly attentive, asked about our plans, recommended a play center for the kids, and even gave us a discount voucher.
One thing worth mentioning: the hotel was kind enough to allow us a late check-out in the evening for a small extra fee, which was very helpful since we were traveling with children. However, on that day, our room was not cleaned or tidied up.
I’m not sure if it was due to a misunderstanding between staff members or simply hotel policy. This became inconvenient since my sister moved into our room later and found used sheets and towels.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt that we received good value for our money.
