Lovely hotel with great style and thoughtful touches||We really enjoyed our stay at The Corner Hotel. The hotel has a lovely feel—stylish design with lots of dark wood and a pretty cool vibe. There are nice little touches, like iced water and sweets available in the reception area during the day, which made us feel very welcome.||Our room on the 6th floor was excellent: spacious, quiet, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. It was a great place to relax after sightseeing. The only real letdown was the shower/bath—the water pressure was really lacking, which was disappointing for a hotel of this quality. Even just to take a bath, it took about 40 minutes to fill!||The rooftop pool area was a definite highlight and a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide range of options. We especially appreciated the high-quality coffee machine and the availability of alternative milks like oat and soy. The yoghurt and cereal options, however, could be improved—they were a bit limited and didn't match the quality of the rest of the breakfast spread, especially given what you can find in local delis and supermarkets nearby.||The hotel's location is in a quieter area, which we loved, but it's still within easy walking distance of all the main tourist spots. There are also great local restaurants—I'd especially recommend Mog & Soma, as well as Pho Han Oi if you want something a bit different.||We did have one negative experience: due to a 24-hour flight delay because of a storm, we needed to extend our stay by a night. The evening reception staff member we spoke to wasn’t very helpful—he just told us to use the website to book and to leave a note requesting the same room, which wasn’t what we needed when already feeling stressed. In contrast, the staff on duty the next morning were brilliant, confirming we could keep our room and spending a lot of time helping us sort out our airport transfer.||Despite that hiccup, we’d definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to family—looking forward to another stay!

I really love this hotel. Really good location, the staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The roof terrace with pool is like a needed medicine in the late afternoon after walking the streets in the heat. Breakfast was really good, a really nice variety and lots of healthy options, all freshly prepared. The Italian restaurant opposite the entrance is amazing also. Really authentic Rome cuisine. The next time I visited Barcelona I’ll definitely try to book this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained. The service was excellent; everyone working here was very polite, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention a Venezuelan gentleman from the staff who was incredibly kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a truly pleasant atmosphere

This hotel was a very nice and cute stay near many locations in Barcelona. Adele at the front desk provided amazing customer service, getting us checked in early after a very long international flight. He was welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. We’re very appreciative of everything he did for us!

We stayed in a Superior room for 4 nights in April. The room was a good size, had a very comfy and enormous bed, and was kept immaculately clean. Tea/coffee & water were provided on arrival, but not refreshed during our stay, The wardrobe was a little small for 2 people for 4 nights, with only 10 hangers. Breakfast looked lovely, but no vegan options provided other than bread & fruit, which did not justify the expense, so we didn't try it. However there are good artisan bakeries & a supermarket nearby so we could easily find other supplies. The hotel lobby and rooftop area are superb. The decor and ambiance are great and the staff are fantastic, very helpful with great attention to detail. We enjoyed evening drinks in the bar, and especially the live acoustic music on Thursday evening. Location is away from the busiest area but well served by public transport. We found it very easy to get about with a Hola card, and enjoyed exploring the quieter neighbourhood and local eateries. Plenty of choice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing 7 day stay here! Extremely friendly staff, clean and well tended rooms & common areas, relaxing rooftop terrace and nice touches all around. The hotel is very central without being directly in the commotion. We would stay again.

Oh my god, what a beautiful hotel. From the outside walking in, The Corner sets the tone. I had just come from Sitges—sun-soaked, still jet-lagged from my SFO to BCN flight—so I was in need of comfort.|Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff (Paolo, you legend) was amazing. My first room wasn’t up to par (cleanliness issues, a light fixture coming off the wall, and stray hair on the bed). I showed Paolo photos and videos, and he immediately course-corrected without hesitation. The new room? That’s when I understood what The Corner experience really is. Even though I’d booked a standard, it felt elevated.|The design is intentional—an analog, almost steampunk-meets-Dolly-Parton-western aesthetic with modern touches. The sound system alone deserves its own shout-out: it can either rock you into party mode or lull you to sleep depending on your vibe. Add in the glorious bed, the well-stocked minibar, and yes, the towel warmer (heaven after a shower)—and I was sold.|The rooftop pool sealed the deal. Erica welcomed me with warmth (and a compliment, thank you), then made me a custom non-alcoholic drink because I don’t drink. It was so good I told her it deserved to be on the menu as “The James.” The next day, Sanjit (on literally his second day at the hotel) blew me away with his knowledge of local gems and recommendations. Above and beyond service.|Post-checkout was equally impressive: I panicked thinking I’d left my insulin injector behind. Paolo once again sprang into action, only for me to later realize… jet lag had me confused, and I had it with me all along. Sorry for the wild goose chase, Paolo.|Bottom line: The Corner is where you want to soft-land after travel before diving into BCN. Between the staff, the design, the rooftop, and the service with a capital S—this hotel doesn’t just host you, it takes care of you.|Be amazed.
