We recently spent four nights at The Corner Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The reception staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.||The lobby was a beautiful space to relax in, especially in the evenings when we enjoyed a drink. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks on arrival, which we could use at any time during our stay — such a thoughtful touch. There were also jars of sweets and refreshing lemon water available in the lobby, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.||The overall décor was modern, stylish, and had a calm, moody vibe that we really liked. Our room was a good size, as was the bed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. We used the TV mainly to screen mirror our phones, and we loved the control panel that allowed us to play music through the room’s speakers — a great feature!||The only downsides were the water pressure, which was a little weak, and the shower temperature, which fluctuated between very hot and very cold — it took some patience to find the right balance. Also, the beds were extremely soft, so if you prefer a firm mattress, this might not be ideal.||Overall, though, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

The Corner Hotel is 10/10. The hotel is stylish and welcoming. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Immediately you are relaxed and feel at home. The Bar Staff, The Reception Staff and the lovely breakfast staff are just the nicest ever!! The rooms are perfectly equipped and spacious. The beds are really comfortable and we had the best four nights sleep as it is so quiet. I will be back in the Spring with my daughter to experience the hotel again. The Italian opposite and just be so well located to explore Barcelona.

I stayed at this hotel early October for a long weekend with a friend. What a lovely hotel. The hotel is a great find. The room was lovely, the communal.areas and bar were so stylish and clean and breakfast was lovely. Not sure if it was the time of year but the hotel wasnt over crowded. The location was perfect and close to all the sites. The lady behind the bar was lovely, welcoming and a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Google
It’s a good hotel with perfect location in a busy but not too touristy neighborhood. Room was clean, really well designed, with a great view, comfy bed, and it was also quiet. I could hear some transport a bit, but didn’t bother my sleep. Tea kettle, cups: all there! Rooftop with amazing view! Super friendly stuff, check in - check out: smooth. Pity I only stayed one night 🩵

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at the Corner Hotel Barcelona. I took a group with me to stay before a cruise, we had a total of 30 guest. The hospitality, lobby area, breakfast and rooms were thoroughly enjoyed. Rooms were clean and stylish. Evelyn, Lidia and Lucila were very helpful in the check in /check out process. Also in communication the days prior to arrival to keep the group in order. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

Being able to check in online in advance made it much easier upon arrival at the hotel. We were quickly and kindly checked in and assigned our room. Water pressure and temperature were fine for us for the 6 nights we were there. Our room was a nice size with ample clothes storage. Breakfast food and beverages were fresh and varied with the staff working there being very friendly. Had appetizers one night from bar and dinner from bar another night. The staff was very friendly and prepared food fresh. Enjoyed it both nights. Natalia (not sure of spelling) at the front reception desk was especially warm and friendly and akways smiling. She helped husband with his phone and laptop so he could log into the wi fi. She also provided good restaurants for dinner. Two small areas that could use a bit of help were the erratic wi-fi service and floors in room being a bit dusty-- especially in corners and under bed. We dropped a couple of items and when picking up, encountered quite a bit of dust. The hotel is located in a nice area that is close to many restaurants and markets, and not far from any of the major sites to see. Very quiet area and peaceful at night. Located at great corner to easily flag down a taxi if needed. Enjoyed our stay here. Would stay again if in Barcelona and would recommend it to others when they visit.

Google
I was a little nervous about visiting Barcelona because of what I read in terms of pick-pocketers and robberies. This hotel is located in a VERY SAFE part of tower and it’s so close to a lot of bars and restaurants with excelllent ratings. The hotel staff is friendly and the roof top bar has great views. We loved our time here would definitely stay here again. Room was actually quite large!

Google
I have been staying at The Corner Hotel in Barcelona for the past five years and have generally appreciated its convenient location and comfortable rooms. However, I must say that this year I have been somewhat disappointed with the quality of the breakfast, which has not met the high standard I have come to expect from previous visits. I hope this is something the hotel can improve going forward.

Yelp
Overall, it's a decent hotel in the decent neighborhood. We like the beds and the quiet location. The room was really small and the view was non-existent. Subway is a 7min walk but it's the subway line where you need to transfer to another line to get to any tourist attraction. Breakfast was good. Will I stay there again? Probably not, we will look for more central location next time.

Yelp
We had a amazing stay here 2 weeks ago (October 19th-21st) ! The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was a very long travel day and we were able to check in an hour and a half early after a short wait. They also upgraded our room and provided us with an anniversary surprise! Our room was very spacious and clean and the facilities were beautiful. We definitely recommend the Corner Hotel.

Yelp
This is a modern hotel in a great area of Barcelona. It's off the main tourist haunts, has easy access to transportation (bus a block away), and in an area with many shops, restaurants and markets. The lobby is a co-working space, with lots of room to spread out, strong WiFi, good food and a bar. The daily menu is the usual relative bargain - a little less food than many restaurants, no starter - a main "specialty", drink, desert, and coffee. The roof terrace and pool is large and nicely furnished. Open in winter, though the pool isn't heated, it looks great. Standard room, a tad small, is well appointed and ultra modern - it even has USB power outlets and HDMI input to the large "smart" TV. Fine place.

Yelp
I am in complete and utter love with this hotel. Probably my favorite hotel in all of my travels. It was our last day in Barcelona so we decided to splurge and boy am I glad we did!! We requested early check in bc we were beat from our early flight and not only did she help us, she hooked us up with a complimentary upgrade (probably bc we looked like we got hit by a bus). Lobby was absolutely incredible! Loved the aesthetics of the whole place., had a New York vibe. They have a rooftop pool which was too cold to enjoy but nevertheless amazing with an unbeatable view. We had room 603 and our balcony view was also breath taking!! The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! Had the best sleep of my entire trip. It felt like I was truly treating myself! Bathroom has a minimalistic design, very clean with sensational water pressure. At night, they had a live performer in the lobby with an incredible voice. We had tea, a fruit salad, and a hummus platter for 16 euros. Great place to wind down to end the night. They also had affordable and delicious breakfast options! Their cortadito was A1!! Great location away from all the touristy madness however still in walking distance of great restaurants, lively bars, and dessert options! I can't recommend this place enough!

Yelp
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is extremely friendly. I arrived before check in and the receptionists promptly offered to hold my luggage while I went out exploring. Check in was very smooth and the room was fantastic. Super clean, with a bluetooth stereo system in the entire unit - bathroom included and a nice heater in the bathroom and heats up even the mirror! The best is super comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean and well decorated. The rooftop pool is incredible and you must go take a dive in it! You can also have great views of the city through the balcony and the rooftop. You can even see the MNAC from there! Highly recommended.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED The Corner Hotel. Located in central Leixample, it is int he perfect location: Close to attractions, metro station, and great restaurants. But it's also not in a spot so touristy that almost feels circus-like. It's perfect. The staff was great and attentive. Their english was excellent and I also heard staff speak in a variety of other languages. Our room was cleaned every day, no matter what time we left our room. The hotel itself is nice and modern with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. The mini bar was stocked and the prices were actually decent. We had breakfast there once and it was pretty good. Lots of delicious pastries, homemade cake, cold cuts, couple of tapas, mini sandwiches, fruit, cereal, yogurt, sausage, bacon, and eggs (scrambled and fried) Coffee was from a machine and could do capuccinos, espressos, etc (coffee was ok) (18€). The bar downstairs is cute and I had a yummy cava one night. Looks fully stocked. It was too cold for the pool when we went and we had a few rainy days. But their rooftop pool looks beautiful and fun!

Yelp
Our travel agent Candace from Platinum Travel booked our stay here in August. We had a beautiful room with 1 king, extremely comfortable bed. Loved our bathroom too, except there weren't any face cloths offered. I did love having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower. Check in was easy and we arrived before 10am from Washington, D.C.. We very much appreciated getting in our room immediately so we could freshen up before heading out to our first tour. In the lobby there were several candy dishes every afternoon. There was also a different cold drink offered every afternoon; alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The hotel had a rooftop pool and bar which we enjoyed the first afternoon. But,.....our favorite part of this hotel was the most awesome offerings every morning for our breakfast that was included with our stay. I will let the pictures say everything. Loved this location too. We walked over the city by using a simple map that the hotel gave us. Definitely would stay here again.

Yelp
Boutique hotel in a convenient location in Barcelona. The rooms are super modern, cozy, and the curated playlist sets a nice ambiance in the room. Convenience: Most attractions were no more than 15-30 minutes away by walking. The beach area may be a little further. Food: The breakfast buffet was okay (~$22 USD) -- if you're looking for a relatively healthier option in the immediate vicinity and craving American, you can find cereal, yogurt, eggs, turkey bacon and more eating at the hotel. Staff: Cleaners did an amazing job every day. Restocked towels, bagged up dirty laundry on the floor, and tidied everything up. We checked out to head out to Seville and I left my European converter at home, so the front desk allowed me to borrow one. Gym: A little weird, but you have to walk 10 minutes to Duet Fit, a local gym they have a partnership with. The upside is that if you're pretty active, it's a comprehensive selection (classes, heavier weights, etc) than traditional hotel gyms.

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights while meeting up with friends. I was pleasantly surprised. It's a cool place modern and well proportioned. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We didn't eat any food in the hotel, but we did order plenty of drinks and cocktails at the bar. Everything went down well.

Yelp
Very nice hotel in L'Eixample. We stayed here our first few days in Barcelona. Not a touristy hotel, which is nice! We heard all these suggestions "stay in the Gothic Quarter" but once you walk through the Gothic Quarter you may change your minds it is nothing but crowds of tourists. L'Eixample is much nicer (pronounced "ay-champ(think French") la". Walking distance to Mikkeller Bar. Not a bad walk to get everywhere else. If you stay here go eat at Vinitus on Carrer de Consell de Cent. It was one of our favorite places we ate in Barcelona. We went twice during our time here! The Corner has some kind of partnership going on with Seagrams and it is New York themed right now, so if you are American just be ready for the New York theme. Overall the place was clean, friendly, quiet in rooms and very pleasant. We would stay here again and very much enjoyed the neighborhood.

Yelp
Beautiful and clean hotel in a great place in Barcelona. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were more than willing to hold our luggage while getting our room ready so we could visit the city. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff did a great job. We did not use the pool because the water was a little too cold by the time we were able to get there at night. The views from the pool were magnificent! We found a wonderful breakfast spot across the street and ate there several times during our stay. I thought the price of the breakfast was too expensive. So a few words of why the average rating. We were there is the heat of the summer and our room air conditioner kept cutting out! The hotel is fairly new and it turns out that the windows in our room did not close properly. The seal would come apart when the air was on causing it to cut off. Poor design and needs to be fixed. The hotel was sold out so there was no where to move us. Each night we were there we woke up sweating and had to open the window to get it to reseal in order for the air to come back on and cool the room. Would you really want to have to do that during the middle of the night? I think not! We were also traveling with our older kids. Even though we made reservations a month in advance, the put us on different floors. I thought this was poor planning on their part.

Yelp
Great boutique hotel with a fun and friendly bar! I stay there when in Barcelona on business. Had a long day of travel and an Old Fashioned crafted by Cesar took the edge off. Modern, clean and perfect location!

Yelp
Great staff. Super friendly! And very helpful. Great front desk staff. The bartender is a true mixologist, Federico will take care of you. Monica is adorable and is also very well informed and able to assist you. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. We will be back!

Yelp
Great place to stay. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Raul). Rooms are updated, nice and clean. Roof top pool is a nice area to hang out.

Yelp
Positives - We stayed here last week for our honeymoon and we thought it was an all around awesome place! Great location, modern aesthetic, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! Also the hotel lobby bar was terrific. Only negative - The rooftop pool and bar is great, but it was sometimes difficult to track down a server to place a drink or food order. There didn't seem to be a staff member assigned to the bar, so you had to either call down to the lobby bar or wait for someone to come by. It's such a nice, big space - they should have someone designated to just the rooftop. We can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I stayed at The Corner Hotel over Thanksgiving and loved it. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful, especially to a non-Spanish speaking guest like myself! I will definitely stay there again! Thanks to all the staff. You were great! ~Lisa

Yelp
Loved the Corner Hotel!!! Great clean hotel! Professional friendly staff! Wonderful safe non touristy area! The only small issue which can be easily fixed and I don't feel it's a deal breaker since everything else is perfection was.... We were in room 506 which was across the elevator. The elevator was not a problem, the problem was that the housekeeping room/closet was across from us next to the elevator; and starting at 9am you hear housekeeping going in and out because of the sound of the door opening and closing. Also there's a beautiful round table in the room and wood floors. But the problem is, again starting in the morning, you can hear housekeeping moving it to clean. It's heavy piece so it makes a horrible sound when you move it and almost vibrates. The noise from this unfortunately travels through rooms and even through floors we realized. Again these two issues are minor compared to all the pros of this place especially if you don't sleep late. Unfortunately we do sleep late so it bothered us.
