I stayed at The Corporate Hotel, Park Street, Kolkata, and it truly stands out as one of the best options in the area. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Park Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing, food, and transport. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the service throughout the stay was smooth and professional. The in-house restaurant is decent, offering good food without needing to step out after a long day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its quality, prime location, cleanliness, and great value for money. A solid choice for both leisure and business travelers.

This hotel was booked by my office at the last minute. The cost was around 5000/- per night, but my experience was far from satisfactory. From outside the hotel looks okay descent.. but from the moment I entered the room, it was clear something was off. :The room had a terrible, musty smell.. clearly a long-standing issue since there was an empty air freshener bag hanging, which served no purpose. This made it obvious that the management was aware of the issue but chose to ignore it. :The room looked dirty and poorly maintained. The walls and bedsheets had visible stains, and there appeared to be mold or water stains on the walls. :There is no window but just a sealed glass panel on the wall (can’t open)which made the room feel even more claustrophobic and suffocating, especially with the unpleasant smell. :The only slightly redeeming factor was the bathroom, it was small but at least clean and functional. :Breakfast was average; I didn’t have any particular complaints about that. Overall, this room was absolutely not worth 5000/- per night. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

I stayed at the corporate accommodation for 7 days, and honestly, it was an absolute nightmare. The service was pathetic and the staff were unbelievably rude and arrogant. They had zero sense of hospitality. Room cleaning was a joke all they did was straighten the bed, without bothering to change the bedsheets or blankets. Basic hygiene like sweeping and mopping was completely ignored. Even after repeated requests, their attitude was disgusting, as if they were doing us a huge favor by letting us stay there. The food? A complete disaster tasteless, unhygienic, and barely edible. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

It is a nightmare!!!! Too wet all the floor, super dirty bathroom. I can’t even sleep due to its musty bed!!! The smell is terrible!!!! Please don’t stay here It is not worth 4000!!! Here is my reply: "I have never complained on any social like this hotel" After check-in room, the room were totally a mess, I requested to change room, you say no. You asked someone there to dry the room, but it didn't work, I told them TOO DIRTY FOR anyone to stay there "dirty wall in bathroom and outside" , mold on the bed! I travelled a lot, and this hotel is the worst! THEY SAID BATHROOM CLEAN OMG, it was not. Idk your standard of cleaness!!!! THE SMELL OMG!!! YOU HAVE A WRONG STANDARD OF CLEANESS!!!! EVEN STAFF WENT THERE TO BRING FAN, CLEAN AGAIN, BUT STILL TOO DIRTY FOR ANYONE WHO STAYS!!!!

The most worthless hospitality seen in kolkata..Due to my work purposes I have check-in many hotels in kolkata and other city's. One night I have asked for some rice,but they said sufficient rice they are provided,No more rice they can't give me.The food quality was like street food.Bed smell get from lift.Staff behavior was most rude,very arrogant.

Hotel is good but food service is very costly and staff also not good, while we order fish then received one piece only
