The ivory tower was the perfect place to stay over our wedding weekend! Great photos for getting ready before heading to our venue! 10/10 service and great location!! We loved using the complimentary bikes and beach chairs! Everything was so clean and modern!

Prior to our Christmas Eve 2024 arrival, we received detailed and precise communication from the property managers. The clear arrival instructions made our check-in effortless. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with amenities, including plenty of plush towels, a Nespresso coffee maker with an ample supply of pods and creamers, cozy robes, and well-written instructions about the property and surrounding area. The queen bed was comfortable, earning a solid 4 out of 5, along with the linens and pillows. The spacious shower was spotless and stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. The property’s location is its greatest asset. It’s just steps away from the beach and a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the renowned city center grass amphitheater. We also appreciated the on-site concierge service. Olivia, in particular, went above and beyond when we had issues with our door lock and needed additional coffee pods. However, there were a few downsides: The path lights in the courtyard were not working, which made it very dark and challenging to navigate at night. Notified staff on day one without resolution. The $650 “Resort Fee” felt exorbitant, especially for this time of year. Beach chairs are not available and too cold to use the pool. We did use the bikes one day. Honestly, this fee would deter us from returning in the winter months. FYI..the room was quite small, with no indoor seating other than the bed. While each room has an outdoor area with a daybed swing, the space was too shaded and chilly to use during this season. We would have preferred that this “footprint” had been incorporated into the interior of the room. Next visit we will have this knowledge. Overall, The Court is a beautiful quaint stay in a great location!

We have been vacationing at Seaside for over 20 years - at least renting a cottage for a week for a family vacation each year - and never had tried the Court (renovated and rebranded not too long ago.) Previously, when just my wife and I, we had booked a small cottage. For this weekend stay, I checked the Court through the Homeowners' Collection and the rate was good, especially compared to other "luxury" hotels in the area (Watercolor Inn and the Pearl, for example.) Our stay was fantastic with the most attentive concierge service I've experienced since our "hotel with butlers" days. They even helped us park, which if you've been to Seaside, can be a problem. The room was small but nice and comfy. The only small problem is we found the exhaust fan in the roof of the shower in the bathroom a bit noisy. We were able to fall asleep nonetheless and had slept well. The Court is right in the center of things so you'd think it would be noisy, right? Not the case. It's a quiet sanctuary devoid of passing foot traffic. And conveniently, the Black Bear Bread Co. cafe adjoins the Court (lines are long there, however). Another plus is the Court is one of the shortest walks to the beach in Seaside. The only caveat for the Court is the rates seem to fluctuate greatly. I researched a future booking and staying at the Court would have been more than renting a small cottage. For those who have not stayed at Seaside, there are five primary booking methods. For the Court, you must use the Homeowners' Collection website. We normally use Sandpiper to book cottages although we have used Homeowners too. We have found VRBO and Air B&B to be more expensive. We have had bad experiences with the Cottage Rental Agency in the past (the original booking site for the town) and won't use them anymore. The only other tip I have for those booking in Seaside is to look VERY carefully at the interior photos for cottages. Some owners do very little to keep their property up and not many have renovated since they were built 30 years ago. So, again, the Court is a great way to have the Seaside experience (along as the rate is good), with everything fresh, new, and luxurious. Shopping tip: We purchased the two "the Court Seaside" beach towels in the room ($36 each). Seaside towels in the shop are $45-$48. Important note on the rate: for the Court, two chairs and an umbrella are included for your stay starting the day you check-in. (So, get there early - even if your room isn't ready early, you can still sit on the beach.) The chairs and umbrella are extra when booking a cottage. Lastly, you receive a "the Court" woven tote bag as a gift and yes, you can take "the Court" bath slippers home with you. We'll definitely be staying a the Court again sometime in the near future.

The Court wow!!😄 lets talk about the area imagine close your eyes think fishing town meets Paris I was saying to myself am I still in Florida the court is located in this enclave of downtown Seaside you have to drive slow because you can miss it once you get in parking is tight but they do have there on parking we were greeted by Olivia who was so helpful and helped with our luggage she was super chill we go through the gate omg!!🤩 you have a open area in the middle surrounded by the rooms we had the private bungalow with private entrance we had chairs when you walk in it looks exactly like the picture very clean light and airy with windows all around it is small but very cozy and plus the windows make it feel bigger and no smells in the room the bathroom was gorgeous!! Light marble you can fit about five people in that shower plus you have wrist bands that give you access to the beach and on the outside this is the cool part you are surrounded by people's homes like you just look over there is this person gorgeous 😍 house it is wild and some have no fence so you walk down the walk way from your room and you are standing in front of someone gorgeous house just right there it is very much intertwined with the community i love it 😀

We couldn’t have been happier after leaving our weekend at The Court. The location is perfect. In the heart of everything, steps away from the best coffee shop/bakery, and a very easy walk to the beach. The rooms were adorable and very clean. I loved that we had a private spacious porch. Little amenities such as included beach towels, a big thermos to fill up with ice/water to take to the beach, lots of extra towels, all just made the experience that much more enjoyable. Having cabana man chairs included was a HUGE plus! Easy parking right outside of the property. Customer service was fantastic, always asking what we needed. My only complaint is I selfishly wish they allowed children so I could come back with mine! Lol I guess this will be my husband and I’s new couples escape! We can’t wait to stay again! 10/10!

We had the most amazing stay at The Court! We stayed in room 3 and it had a large swing on the private porch, which we enjoyed in the evenings and one morning while it was raining. The decor was bright and welcoming and the room and bathroom were very clean. The service here is 5 stars. The morning it rained, the staff left an umbrella on everyone’s porch. They are located just steps from basically everything Seaside has to offer. A Black Bear Bread Co. just opened right next door so we went every morning before the large crowds came. The room rate comes with access to the beach via Coleman Pavilion and you can get 50% off chair and umbrella rental at Cabana Man. It also comes with 2 bikes and we thoroughly enjoyed those. You also get a parking spot and access to the pool and gym. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying here!

Great weekend at the Court. It's the perfect location with walking distance to everything at Seaside. The room was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Everything was brand new. I loved sitting out on my private patio in the morning and sipping Nespresso before getting on one of their bicycles and touring the area. Great hospitality . Anything I needed, someone was their to provide it. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful new property right in the heart of Seaside. Perfectly adjacent to all the shops and restaurants, just across the street from the beach. Gorgeous room, ours had a nice private outdoor hanging bed which was just a perfect way to spend the evening hours. Reserved parking space, concierge to answer all our question and free access to bikes to explore!

Yelp
The Court gave us an amazing 5-star experience! This boutique hotel recently opened and it used to be an old motor court back in the day. There are only a handful of rooms and I believe most rooms sleep 2 people so the staff is really able to give special attention to each guest. The fee for the stay includes a parking spot, 2 bikes, access to the beach via Coleman Pavilion, access to the pool up by the gym and access to the gym. You also get 50% off beach chair/umbrella rental at Cabana Man. The location could not be beat. We didn't have to drive anywhere while we were there. Dan greeted us when he arrived and he answered all questions we had throughout the week. We had so much fun riding our bikes around Seaside and parking them on our porch. We had a huge porch swing and really enjoyed it in the evenings and one morning as a storm was passing through. When it rained, the staff placed a big umbrella outside each room. Now that's service! The rooms are bright and clean. We will absolutely stay here again!

Yelp
Overall we had a lovely stay. It was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't expect there to be no bathroom door, not ideal, and not that we went to watch tv but to note it is not lined up with the bed making it difficult to watch at all. We took our honeymoon in June and to my surprise, by no fault of The Court, Seaside was much busier than I had ever seen. But, with our room being on the road just behind the town center there was noise all night long, people talking and cars driving by. There was also noise from the coffee shop right next by at 6:30am, but it was convenient to have Black Bear right outside and is in walking distance to everything you'd want in Seaside.

Yelp
The Court was a nice hotel. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. Private parking was great! Free bikes and beach chairs were awesome! Only complaints were there was no actual door on the bathroom only a curtain and the porch swing didn't function properly.
