The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne

When I arrived, I was immediately met with blaring music from the hotel’s patio and an overall lack of cleanliness. There was an outdoor bug light full of dead insects left sitting on the tv table, and a broken bathroom shade that left the window exposed — directly at eye level with guests sitting outside on the patio.|Since the front desk was unstaffed, I had to use the hotel’s app to request help. Unfortunately, I was stuck going back and forth with an AI chatbot that didn’t understand or address the issues. After some time, I finally reached a staff member who was kind and understanding. I informed them that I’d be leaving due to the unacceptable room conditions, and they assured me I would be refunded for all unused nights.|However, the corporate office later charged me for the first night, claiming they didn’t have time to clean and rebook the room — despite the fact that it wasn’t clean when I arrived.|Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against staying here

I absolutely loved my stay at The Sonder Wellborn. The cottage-style space was easy to find and had such a cozy, “home away from home” vibe. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples—definitely not a family-style setup, but that’s what made it feel so peaceful and personal.||Getting around town was a breeze thanks to the Circuit transportation system. I was able to visit nearby grocery stores and bars for just $1 a ride, which made exploring both easy and affordable.||The bar in the back was a hidden gem—quick service and strong drinks in a chill atmosphere. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, and since I visited during the week in mid-April, noise wasn’t an issue at all.||The shared fridge is on the smaller side, but since there were barely any other guests in the house during my stay, it wasn’t a problem. One small note: the carpet could use a deep clean, and it would’ve been nice if they offered complimentary snacks. Still, the beds and comforters were extremely comfortable, and the whole space had a welcoming, laid-back energy.||Overall, I gave it 4 out of 5 stars—but I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. Bright spacious and clean with a comfy bed and great shower. We were happy with the “mini litchen” - the bar fridge,microwave, dishes and sink saved us a couple of restaurant trips. |Location was great - steps to downtown Orlando and an easy walk to the Kia center. |We took advantage of the well born brunch once and would have tried their tapas if our hours had meshed. |Great stay - will look for Sonder in future.

Had a great comfortable stay. Comfy bed, decent sheets, hot water, very spacious. Lots of parking, which I was a bit intimidated about when I first got the parking instructions when I booked the place. Had a sign at the corner that explained we could park along the fence outside of our room and that was easy and smooth. Area is nice, close to KIA center. Would definitely visit again!

I cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sonder Wellborn! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quiet, charming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with stylish and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. I honestly can’t wait to stay again—this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a top-tier stay, Sonder Wellborn is the place to be!

It was perfect for my wife’s birthday. It’s like having your own apartment in downtown. Small kitchenette with the basics. We attended an event at the Dr Phillips Center, an easy walk. The Wellborn bar is on the property with great food and drink's. There is Inside and outside seating.

Super cute, great location and the restaurant was awesome! Really loved the charm and the ease of getting in and out. Staff was still friendly and available even if not a traditional hotel service. Bed was comfy, tub was great and enjoyed it so much!

The location was ideal. The bar at the restaurant was ideal for a few quick drinks before heading into town. Keyless entry is perfect. Nice layout to the unit I was in. I previously would stay at The Embassy Suites, I know have a new location for when I visit family in the Orlando area.
