The Cove by Renzzi

Visited Miami and really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location with local amenities such as convenience stores, food locations, very cute brunch spots and so many more. Beach is so very nearby and short walk to many other locations. The room was great, very fresh and extremely clean. Cleaners come in to check if anything needs doing and are very helpful. Had all of what you need such as shower gel towels and a perfect mini fridge. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I loved the location and building interior was also very cute. I enjoyed the quotes on the doors and the organisation! Had an amazing time! Thank you

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I especially want to mention Jessica — she was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Really appreciated her support during our stay. Would definitely come back!

Not sure why there are negative reviews or comments about this place.. It was clean, cozy, great location… all staff was extremely nice and helpful especially Andres.. He went above and beyond for us.. Even helping us with parking and letting us text him with questions when he was off shift.. Great guy.. 10/10 experience.. Will book again next year

I worked two days of two hours each and they didn't want to pay me. They told me that it was of no use to them because I was very slow to learn in just two days of two hours of training (Jessica - the Argentinian trainer) At check-in they take a photo of their ID with all the passenger information and save it on a phone. And they manually type in the entire credit card information. That can't be done!! Apparently they don't really know the rules or laws regarding that. The rooms can only be accessed with a code, they don't even have keys. Anyone enters through the door and there is no security. They are a disaster as a hote. They don't even have an elevator. If you go to the second floor it is only by stairs, imagine if one comes with heavy suitcases.....It is better to ask for a copy of your stay to avoid surprises. Good luck if you stay there!

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to everything and easy to access. The staff are extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Andres in particular was very kind and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, the fridge leaked from the inside all over the floor overnight ,on my shoes my food got destroyed no compensation they can never reach management/ owner it’s so hard to get anything resolved with this hotel.Sink stopped up. Holes in the wall..One wash cloth for a multiple day stay and couldn’t get any more…. I’ll be nice and say the location is great if they can get the customer service in check do some maintenance this hotel could be almost perfect for quick convenient stay…

To be honest, I wouldn’t choose this hotel to stay at again. It wasn’t very comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast, and the coffee in the lobby doesn’t have any sugar options. Also, and this is super important for me, they don’t have an elevator. The location is okay. Florencia, the front desk agent, was excellent. Very nice! 💗 The room was kind of small.

I truly loved this hotel,the place is so laid back. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a cool vibe, omg and it smells so good. I also want to mention that you are close to everything that you may need and want. I want to add that the room I had was small,I don't know if all the rooms are this small. But who cares ,you come to South Beach 🏖️ to eat and drink and to enjoy the beach ⛱️ and people watch.Lol
