The Cove by Renzzi

Just had an great stay at The Cove and I recommend it without any hesitation. The location is simply unbeatable. Being just a five-minute walk from Ocean Drive and the beach was an incredible luxury. Everything South Beach has to offer (restaurants, shops, nightlife) was right at our doorstep, yet the hotel remained a quiet haven for resting. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was like a true cloud. What truly sets this place apart is the quality of the service. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. You genuinely feel pampered from the moment you arrive. I would like to extend a special big thank you to Jessica at the front desk. Her smile, positive energy, and assistance made our trip even more memorable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, answering our questions about the area with great patience and excellent suggestions. This hotel has it all: a dream location, good comfort, and, most importantly, a wonderful team. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s very close to the ocean, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the prices were very reasonable. We also loved that they offered free coffee, a nice touch to start the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Andreas, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

I would love to give this hotel a higher review. The local is near perfect with shopping a food all within a short walking distance, and the art deco inspired design gave a great first impression. Sadly that’s about it. Our bathroom smell horrible and with no comforter on our bed our nights sleep was kinda cold. My wife was uncomfortable even showering in our room. The paint on the walls needing touching up from stains and chips and the floor was unclean. We asked to switch rooms to get out of the smelly bathroom but were told the building was fully booked. The customer service was hit and miss. It really depends on who is working the desk. As I stated above I really wanted to like this place but we’ll never be rebooking.

Outstanding hospitality and service the staff, especially Jessica. Amazing! Welcoming hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes to the beach cleaned outstanding value. I've stayed here at least a dozen times and every time it keeps getting better as they continue making updates to the hotel. I am so grateful to the staff of this hotel for always making me feel so welcome and comfortable.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this hotel — I totally fell in love with it and even extended my stay! Everything here is just perfect. Honestly, even in 5-star hotels I’ve never experienced such kindness and helpfulness. Jessica is an absolute angel — she’s always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The whole staff is amazing, too! And the price? Unbelievable. You won’t find a better place right by the beach, on the main street, with everything you could possibly need within reach. I 100% recommend this place — it’s truly a gem! 💖

Visited Miami and really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location with local amenities such as convenience stores, food locations, very cute brunch spots and so many more. Beach is so very nearby and short walk to many other locations. The room was great, very fresh and extremely clean. Cleaners come in to check if anything needs doing and are very helpful. Had all of what you need such as shower gel towels and a perfect mini fridge. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I loved the location and building interior was also very cute. I enjoyed the quotes on the doors and the organisation! Had an amazing time! Thank you
