I booked one year out for a room through bookonline.com (DO NOT RECOMMEND). Customer service from the COVE would not provide a refund until I made another reservation prior to getting the initial refund that they said they approved. It felt like a huge scam. Very disappointed in my mistake and their customer service and lost over 300 dollars. I already felt like I was scammed- how can I book a hotel before getting the initial refund......... BUYER BEWARE

We would like to inform you that your reservation was made through Expedia.com, and according to the terms of that platform, the reservation is non-refundable.
