Taylor is absolutely amazing ! I recommend her to anyone & everyone who has ever asked where they should go to get their hair done. The first picture is what I came to her with. I was sooooo embarrassed to get my hair done professionally after and incident at a different salon and then box dying my own hair a few times. It was quite a process and she set the best expectations for me to have to achieve the platinum color I had always wanted ! 10/10 recommend !!

Denise Reeder/Ohr is the BEST hair stylist I've ever had the blessing to connect with. She asks what your vision you have for your hair, listens and then completely transforms your hair with her touch of absolute perfection! She is hands down the most kind, gentle, honest, funny and beautiful soul you'll have the pleasure of calling your stylist. I'll ride with her till my hair falls out😉🤭🤗 The salon is always so clean, the environment is welcoming and always good energy.

Paige has done my lashes for over a year now and she is amazing! They always look great and her prices are really fair. I am so happy I switched from my old lash place to The Cove! I have had way better of an experience since changing. Kim does my hair and she is also the best! Again, really fair prices and I always leave happy with how my hair looks. Definitely recommend The Cove to anyone for any service you’re looking for!

I went for a spa day for my birthday. I got a 90 minute massage with Tyler & a manicure & pedicure from Lida. I had a great day & everyone was very kind & I was super relaxed. Tyler really helped me with my back pains & almost had me asleep during my massage, I highly recommend her. She was kind, funny & professional. Lida did an amazing job with my nails & I felt very comfortable with her. I’ll definitely be back!

I went into the Cove Day Spa for a massage with Tyler, she did AMAZING. The best massage I have gotten in Columbus by far. She was extremely kind, bubbly, and attentive when it came down to the massage itself. I will be coming back here as a regular!

I go here because Lida is my nail tech and she’s the best! She fast, thorough and always kind and professional. The day spa is always clean and the atmosphere is nice.

I have seen Candace as a monthly massage membership for probably six years, and there’s no one like her. She roots out the problem spots and works.em.out! She’s awesome at deep tissue and has such an amazing, relaxing touch. Plus, she’s a wonderful person. Vicki has been doing my nails for several years now, and she is excellent. She has tons of colors that never chip and does impeccable work. She is very accommodating to her clients. She also makes me laugh :)

The ambiance was great. Tyler was very nice and personal. She made sure I was doing good throughout the massage and after. I just had a second appointment with her and she checked on me about how I felt from the first appointment to my second appointment. The room was very clean. Everyone is nice and friendly. My first appointment was August 30, 2024 and my second appointment was September 28, 2024. I definitely plan to return.

Booked a deep tissue massage with Tyler and was hands down one of the best experiences I've had. She made me feel comfortable and worked out all my problem areas and in addition left no area overlooked. I will definitely return to book with her again. She is the perfect solution to any chronic shoulder and neck pain!

I had a massage appointment with Tyler. I drove 18 miles to get to said appt and was told she apparently texted me to reschedule to the next day at 10 am. When they saved my number, it was saved with one digit wrong. I get that things happen but I received an email just yesterday from cove day spa to confirm my appt for today... if you're going to cancel on me, don't you think it's only right to actually confirm I read a text? Or calling me? Extremely unprofessional to send just one text and not even check for a response to cancel. I literally drove 18 miles... complete waste of time. Don't recommend this place

Amazing place and so glad I found Lida! I met with Lida for a pedicure and from the get go she was extremely friendly and kind. She didn't rush and paid very close attention to my nails. She listened to any concerns I had for my nails and did an excellent job working on my cuticles and feet. I've tried a couple places around Hilliard in search for a great pedicure and I've finally found it. I was able to book online and I was happy they sent reminders. Lida at The Cove Day Spa is amazing! You will be happy you made an appointment with her.

Tyler gave a great massage my shoulders were in absolute knots and she was able to work out all the knots. She was also a very delightful person.

Got my nails done with Lida!! She was so quick and my gel nails are so cute. I'll definitely be back and parking is easy too

Just got back from waiting 30 minutes for a facial that was supposed to begin 25 minutes ago. Not happy at all with this service and professionalism. I finally left. Won't be back!

Wonderful service by Tyler however salon area the ladies are very nasty and I was stared at the entire time while waiting for my ride. They continue to ask me if I was still waiting. I'm from out of town and I've never been treating like that in my hometown. Whispers, looks, and unfriendliness did not go unnoticed! Not only Dealing with a lot of pain in neck and shoulder area from stress now dealing with judge mental staff that honestly has no room to Judge. Never again will I be back!

The Cove was host for my daughter's 11th birthday party and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the group of 6 girls. They made each one feel special individually as well as on the group. The facility was beautiful - clean, relaxing and calming. They are getting ready to expand and it looks to be an amazing addition once completed. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend The Cove. Thanks to Jami and Her staff!!

This was my first time getting my hair dyed in a salon. I had Paula, and she did a fantastic job! She helped direct me in choosing a color for what I wanted, she explained a lot of what she was doing as well and left my hair looking shiny & healthy! Very happy with my experience.

I was very pleased with my service today by Marissa ! She did a wonderful job ! Her work is amazing and not to mention she's a quick worker in a good way , she don't mess around ! Finding someone who can do blonde ..well isn't this easiest job , and she rocked it ! The salon is very nice and clean . I will most definitely be back and will spreading the word !

Cassie is wonderful & the only person I allow to touch my brows. I have been coming to her for awhile now & couldn't recommend a better person. She has also done a dermaplaning facial on me & it was great as well! Highly Recommend!

I love this place! The staff made me feel very comfortable. I've switched all my services to the Cove. I highly recommend the laser light lipo. I can see results after 2 visits. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and her recommendations for me are working! Thank you ladies. Btw, their spray tan is a customize airbush. Much more than the usual stand up spray tan.

Had my first ever facial done by Liz and absolutely loved my experience. I left the spa glowing and rejuvenated! Will definitely be returning :)

I had my first Brazilian done here through a Groupon purchase and after this experience, I am surprised I tried again elsewhere. When I got home, the area looked like I shaved 7 days ago. She missed a whole area and the overall experience was the worst possible. After the wax, for at least 5 days, the area felt bruised and was painful. I should have known when I walked in..there were many booths and rooms and I was literally the only customer there. Also at the counter there were two girls there talking amongst themselves and neither thought it was necessary to greet or let alone acknowledge me. It was already a bad sign and now I know to never return.

Not the best nor the friendliest. My massage wasn't relaxing at all... Must be why they sell groupons.

Got a male brazilian here a few days ago. AMAZING!!! One of the few places in C-bus to do male brazilians. Jeni was so comforting the whole time through. Highly recommended...

I went to the Cove on Saturday, April 18, 2015 and the service was excellent. I had the Ionic Detox Foot Spa and the person who served me was wonderful. She asked if I wanted some water and served me in a nice glass glass. She was friendly and talked with me the appropriate amount. She also told me about an upcoming open house where I can get special deals on services. She didn't have to do that. I was greeted almost immediately upon entering the Spa. I am glad I do not take the Yelp Reviews to heart and not try this spa. It is a wonderful spa and I am returning on Tuesday for another Ionic Foot Detox for only $20.00 plus tax.

I had an airbrush tan done and it was wonderful! Couldn't tell that it was airbrushed. Can't wait to get another one.

I travel an hour to see Jamie for my Brazilian every 5 wks! She is amazing, I have referred a lot of my girlfriends to her and they're all so pleased and happy to have found her as well. Great atmosphere, kind and makes this uncomfortable experience so easy and worth it! Definitely check this place out, you won't regret it!!!!

I followed Jamie (the owner) to this location, she used to work at Alvera Body wrap in Dublin years ago. I've been going to her for almost 4 years now for my Brazilian waxes. She was the 1st person I tried and I've never gone anywhere else! Even though I live all the way in Gahanna I make the trip out there. 3 or 4 of my girlfriends go to her as well. She's super friendly and we always chat during my appointments. They have specials/open houses they email their customers about every few months or so too. Last one you could buy a Brazilian for only $25! I haven't used the other services but they do hair, nails, massages etc. My girlfriend bought her bf a massage though and he did say he enjoyed it. Go and check them out!

Most unfriendly group of people I've ever met. Will not got back here. The lady who cashed me out actually did not say one word to me. No hello, no goodbye. No KMA, no thank you for your business nothing. I won't tolerate rude behavior for my money. I could understand if I was unpleasant, but I tried to engage her.
