The Cove Rotana Resort

I had an amazing experience at The Cove Rotana Resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the stunning views to the well-maintained facilities, every aspect of the place exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was at the reception, the restaurants, or by the pool, I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere of the resort is so relaxing and enjoyable. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

The resort has breathtaking scenic views, making it a fantastic getaway destination. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, but unfortunately, the water heater wasn’t working, and the AC underperformed, which made the stay less enjoyable. Room service was extremely slow, which was disappointing for a resort of this caliber. However, the food at Basillico restaurant was absolutely amazing and highly recommended! With better maintenance and service improvements, this resort could truly live up to its 5-star reputation.

Excellent food, and amenities. So many fun events were planned by the hotel for the guests. Loved the swimming pools and specially the water polo game organized by the hotel. Since it was the Christmas season it was a fantastic time to stay in at the hotel. Although I believe they could upgrade the drinks included in the all inclusive package just by a little bit! Overall an amazing vacation!

Rooms are large and clean. UK plugs do not need adapters.|Swimming pools are large and clean and overseen by lifeguards as is the large sandy beach.|There is a variety of food from restaurants and snack bars, all well prepared, cooked and presented. Portions are large so it is easy to eat more than usual!|Staff are well trained, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble in order to make your holiday memorable. Hedra even rushed to return the bag I left behind in the bar before I realised it was missing!|Buggies are available for those who find the large areas between rooms, restaurants and pools.|The hotel provides a shuttle service to Dubai but it is popular (and can take between an hour to an hour and a half each way).

Really enjoyed our stay here, spacious with rooms that are clean. Plenty of amenities including bathrobes, beach towels and buggies to take you all over the resort. It is possible to walk if you’re able to, at peak times there was a queue for them. We were staying in separate rooms and balcony views were gorgeous. ||We hired a car but there are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance if you need anything. Good location and there was evening entertainment but we kept missing it because it was around dinner time. It would be good to have tables and chairs near that area to enjoy the entertainment while you eat or drink. ||More than one pool available too, one catered to kids and the other is an infinity pool overlooking the beach. Beach is gorgeous although the buoys are set out in a very small area which isn’t helpful if you want to take photos without people in the background. ||We didn’t eat at the restaurants but breakfast was lovely and bar staff were great when getting drinks. Seher served us and he made sure we were happy with the drinks we’d chosen. ||Really friendly staff who do all they can to make your stay comfortable. I know I’ll be back soon! Had a great stay. Go for an all inclusive package as it's worth the money and saves you from a lot of extra expenses at such places. Staff is helpful and the massive resort itself is wonderful though it's a bit aged now.

Ambience, service and food in the resort was amazing. We were first greeted and attended to by Rossel which gave us the room and answered all our inquiries with regards to the hotel. She was very professional and kind. After, Nabeel with the buggy was kind as well to tour us around. Had a pleasant time conversing with him. Overall experience was great. A few comments, pillows were really flat, not really fluffy and comfy.

We have just finished our stay in the hotel. The place is really lovely, rooms are perfect, very clean. Also, they have very good food. The best place in the whole hotel was the lounge bar and Hedra!!!! We really loved to spend time in that bar. ♥️♥️♥️♥️😍
