The Crestwood Condominiums

What an amazing place. Beautiful location. Slopeside in Snowmass Village. The lofted ceiling condo with a very comfortable and classy look. All of the amenities you would find in your own home. Zach at the front desk is a pro. Housekeeping was in and out and did a perfect job. Couldn’t be happier.

This place has the best staff of any hotel/condotel I’ve ever been to. Across the board great people, super enjoyable to be around. They go out of their way to be helpful.

Stay here. You will love it. We had a guys trip out here for 10 of us, and rented a 3BR + loft and 2BR condo. The condos were great. Peter in reservations listened to my request on number of beds we needed and got us set up perfectly. The location cannot be beat. You literally walk a few yards, depending on your location in the complex, and are right on the snow. And the service? 5 stars! We put in a request for an early check in on one of our condos - which is not guaranteed. Even so, when we weren’t able to get it, they gave us a gift card to the Stew Pot in town. I’ve never had a hotel or lodging compensate me for not getting a non-guaranteed request fulfilled. Shuttle service was also great, anywhere you want to go in Snowmass Village, they’re on it and super fast. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, listened to your request and acted to quickly to resolve any concerns. Give this place your business, you won’t regret it. In today’s service industry, there aren’t many places like it. Thank you to everyone at the Crestwood that made our trip amazing. We’ll be back!

The location is so crazy amazing! The apartment is big and cute full and furnished with all things with a family need we passed a nice christmas over there with our make foods and we do market before go there because in crestwood dont have nothing to eat just expensive pizza, burguer and junk food there. The things i dont like is rude front desk girl and information about nom smoking balcony out of the apartment and have a big ashtray in the balcony out of the apartment used but you not allowed smoking have a built of 500 dollars with someone see you smoking. And the place is a firepit to smoking out of the buildings who is frozen when smoking at wheather (-5 celsius) with snow. And if you like or wanna try sky or snowboard in snowmass you need make a class and the charge is a 1100 dolars (class) + 236 dolars (to use the lift a day)and the free ride is just a professionals sky and snowboards. You need be a high skills of sky and snowboards to use the snow tracks and is very very slippery the track.

we stayed in Dogwood 1306. It was wonderful! Great condo with everything you need and the location can’t be beat! Will definitely be back.

This could not be more convenient for skiing. Ski to the rack, drop your skis, go inside, drop off your boots. Come back the next morning your boots are warm, pop your skis on and a minute later you're at the Gondola. The guys in the ski shop help you put your boots on!!!! and couldn't be nicer.||I read some of the negative reviews about specific units and noise. I realize that the units are individually owned, our two bedroom deluxe was great. You can get a suite at the Four Seasons with pot smoking noisy neighbors. This is a Condo Hotel, not just a condo rental. You get all the services of a hotel, the space and conveniences of a condo.||All the staff we interacted with were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted you to have a nice time. We used the shuttle service for grocery shopping and getting to dinner. Plus a very short walk to the village. Kudos all around- to a well run establishment that understands hospitality.

We traveled with a group of almost 50 during the week of February 3 - 10 and we were very impressed with both the accommodations and the staff. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our needs. I didn't personally utilize the ski shop, but heard raving reviews from several in our group of the assistance received there. Our 1-Bedroom Standard Unit was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.

Great location- our unit was facing the slope and the gondola. We didn’t use the ski storage facilities as our unit was literally beside the hill and we could use the ski storage lockers just outside the unit. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and updated and kitchen well equipped. Couldn’t ask for anything better. We will return.

My family came into town and needed a place to stay. Booked a room with them over the phone. Great prices in prime season. Couldnt have been happier. The fitness room was amazing. My room key gave me access anytime of the day and the equipment was all in nice shape. Stayed in 2111 and it was a great condo. Nice and close to the slopes. Hot tub less than fifty feet from the front door. Nicely supplied condo. and the staff was top notch. Wish I could give more than just five stars.

The condo and facilities are nice and well kept but the concierge is hit or miss. Something they are helpful other time's extremely rude

Stayed here for a week on a group trip. The best feature of the condo is it's slope side ski in/out near the gondola and village express lift - depending on which building you are in it'll be a bit more or less walk (we were in the Hickory building which is just steps away). There is a condo ski services center right by the slopes where you can leave your boots/shoes should you prefer not to walk in your ski boots at all. Skis can be left on racks there too and will be stored indoors at night (there is also storage right outside each condo). The condos are ok, although being privately owned decor and furniture will be different. Most are designed for families - big master bedroom for the parents and small twin rooms for kids although there are rooms with two double beds (some in lofts with ladders). So if you care about bed size you'd want to make sure you get the right condo. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas fireplace is great and so is the gas grill out on the balcony. Three hot tubs - two near the reception and one next to ski services by the slopes - they open at 2pm and not too crowded between 3-4 pm. There is also an outdoor heated pool but not large enough to really swim in. Transportation is convenient - the scheduled #2 Snowmass village shuttle stops right in front of the lobby/reception, and staff can also take you to the village/mall on request.

Condos are conveniently located right across the street from snowmass base village. It's about a 20 minutes drive to downtown Aspen, so location is great. We got here right at check in time which was at 4pm. The front desk told us our room wasn't ready because of a staffing shortage. They said it would be about an hour longer. Ok no big deal, they were nice enough to take my groceries up to our room and store them in the fridge for us while we went to have lunch. They told me they would text me when the room was ready, no text. Also the manager asked if they could do anything for us since we were patient about the wait. He offer me beer or wine, I was traveling with my kids so I said how about something kid friendly like a dessert? He said he could do that!! Well he didn't, we never got a thank you for our wait. We went back at 5, luckily the room was ready. It's a beautiful place, lots of beds. There are a few downfalls: lots of stairs up to the 3rd floor room, no elevators. Also the parking can get tough. We had to park away from our building both times we left. Then the biggest issue was we came in the summer and there isn't air conditioning. I'm sure you don't need it all the time but when we were here it was in the 90's, so so hot! All in all it's a great place to stay but could be better.

Very difficult getting in touch with property managers as many have stated prior in the reviews -hopefully, the place gets better management soon- sad to find out after purchasing; This community is not what I thought they would be. Its ashame that many of us feel we're paying too much money for nothing to be fixed or addressed. It is continuously getting worse and I haven't even been here Long. Many of the members are constantly complaining about The quality of life here and the managers do not seek to rectify any issues for their people. Very shameful.

Was stranded in Denver, due to flight cancellation (we were enroute to Mammoth, CA). The Crestwood staff salvaged our vacation by finding a room for us for the week on zero notice. From the moment we arrived at Crestwood, the front desk staff (Julio and crew) could not be more accommodating, from procuring a room for the week on 2 hours notice to driving us around to where we needed to go. The room was neat and clean, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The hot tub and steam room are both inviting after skiing all day. An added bonus, the room we were in had a framed wall poem written by one of the staff in elementary school! Thank you Crestwood Staff, you are the best!

I stayed for a week at the Crestwood Condos. These condos are located slope-side in a great location on Snowmass Mountain. Well, maybe great is an exaggeration. It's ski-in/ski-out, but the walk to the transportation center, the base center and the grocery store is a long one. These condos come in a variety of quality. Some are very nice and others are dated. We booked through a travel agent with a large group and some us of got much nicer rooms than others. The hot tubs are very nice and the condo has it's own ski wax and tune shop right by the slopes. The prices there are excellent.

We had a fantastic time in room 1119. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and the balcony opened right out to the garden. We stayed 2 night and the room was cleaned between nights. The first thing we noticed was the flags out the front of the reception. There was an Aussie flag! There was also some beautiful flowers all around the walkways. There was a cute little package in our room with some tea, coffee, mints, granola bar, sun screen, lip balm etc in it. The room had pretty much everything, no oil spray for the fry pan but they were non stick so it was fine. There was a locker out the front of the room for skis etc. We stayed during summer so we used the pool and spa, they were great. There's 3 spas around the place, 2 at the pool and one elsewhere. Fresh towels for use in the lobby. I can imagine how parking would be tight in the winter, no one parks properly in the snow anyway and the parking is slightly limited as it is. We never had an issue even though the condos were quite busy. We accidentally left something in the room and the staff were very good. They went in, found it and posted it to us. Not sure what the charge on my credit card is yet but grateful for the service.

The best customer service ever! We bother them so frequently as we had 3 demanding kids with us. They have ALWAYS been there for us! Moreover the unit was super comfortable, with immediate access to the slopes. Laundry, ski service, ski storage and outdoor hot tubs were a few steps away. Everything super clean. The shuttle would drive us anywhere at anytime. If we come back no brain we will choose Crestwood! Thank you guys!! You were awesome!

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. If you are staying here in the summer the rooms are flat out hot. Know that the fitness center is only available by appointment and competition for the booking is fierce currently. Stayed in their top tier room and even tho the appliances are new the decor was very dated. Location is good. Traffic to and from Aspen is slow. The staff at the desk was super. They get the stars. May be 4.5 stars in the winter but 2 stars in the summer.

The Good: Wow this place is awesome! Nice, modern and clean condos with great amenities (coffee maker, mugs, glasses, full fridge, oven & dishwasher, flatscreen TV in each bedroom and living room), patio, pool and hot tubs. Nice showers, daily housekeeping,...what's not to like? The Bad: Nothing!! We'd love to stay here again. I just wish they had a restaurant since we stayed in the off-season and most restaurants in Snowmass were closed for the season. The Service: Professional, polite, accommodating and helpful! Everyone we spoke with was super nice.

There is not enough characters on this page to say all the good things about the Crestwood Condos. But still, we try...The highlights: Condo 1212 was beautifully updated with wood and tile accents, and a new granite-accented kitchen. All the appliances were brand new and the place was spotless. Although the owners had some photos on the walls, there was very little to show that this place was family owned (which it is). Our balcony was furnished and equipped with a gas grill, all of which overlooked the main Village Express lift just a few steps away. We were directly behind the lobby area, which had heated pool and two steamy hot tubs, all three of which were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The lobby area had television and newspapers from all over the country, which was convenient. Best of all, in Snowmass, these condos were ski-in/ski-out near the bottom of the main life and gondola lines. Further, the Crestwood had partnered with Incline Ski pro-shops for a satellite office for storage, rentals and sales. Joey who manned the office was an excellent resource and handled both tuning my board and my girlfriend's rental ski setup. As a native and long-time resident, his help was appreciated getting ski, board, mountain, trail and even restaurant tips. He found us some great trails despite the snow conditions not being ideal. Take advantage of Joey's help to take your Snowmass experience to the next level. The front desk staff (too many to mention by name) were extremely helpful, courteous and prompt. We took advantage of the shuttle service all over the town, and enjoyed the variety of wonderful people on the staff. Everyone from those that came to CO for the summer rock climbing to a beautiful young lady that moonlights for Elite models were represented, and all were super. Best of all, the desk staff was so attentive that several days after leaving they called to tell me that they found my (monetarily worthless) lucky hat -- you know, the one I have NEVER been injured while boarding -- and sent it back to me in Miami Beach. While the condo was lovely and convenient, it could not compete with the quality of the people. It is they that made the experience move from a fine vacation to an unforgettable stay. It is simply impossible to exaggerate the good experience, and when I return to Snowmass there is nowhere else that will get my money.

99% of the time I'm in Snowmass, I stay at the Crestwood. This past visit, I didnt stay there and I really missed it. The Crestwood is the most conveniently located condo....walk across the street and you're on Fanny Hill....walk across a different part of the street and you're at Base Village. The workers there are always so helpful too.

Cool spot on Snowmass resort with a convenient ski in/out location. The concierge are extremely outgoing. One worker even offered to let me use their shop after seeing me waxing my skis in the stairwell. The pool and jacuzzis are in a neat spot too and are a perfect spot to relax the bones after skiing hard all day.

Not the fanciest place as our condo (#1118) is a bit dated. BUT, the location is great. We walk out our back door and it's less than a five minute walk to the Snowmass Base Camp Village area. From there you can jump on a free gondola to the Silvertree Mall area (Venga Venga is here - great Mexican you've got to try!), take a gondola up the mtn, eat or shop a little, as well as watch the skiers on the slope. Back to the review of the condo, it's clean, but dated. Also, our humidifiers don't work and the sample shampoos, etc. are terrible. But we are talking about Snowmass, not Whistler :).

After a horrible experience from a resort (that I will not mention) in Snowmass Village, I found Crestwood Condominiums doing a simple Google search. Upon arriving, I new this place would be a lot better. It seemed more professional yet casual. Modern, yet cozy. Matt Donnelly was a rockstar receptionist. He made sure I was satisfied with everything, including the views from my private balcony. He went above and beyond and for that I will be coming back for some more stays and recommending this to my friends. My room had a loft and 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, full kitchen and private balcony. Can't beat the location and the price is better than any other place in Snowmass. Just make sure to respect the other occupants!

10 stars!!! You really know what people are made of during times of crisis. We took a chance coming to Snowmass during the coronavirus fiasco. We knew that we were taking a risk and sure enough, our accommodations fell through. The people at the Crestwood booked us last minute, at a great rate. (I realize that they were happy to get another reservation, but they were already in crisis themselves and they were so calm.) After one amazing day of skiing, the mountain closed. I called to see if we could check out early and get a refund. Matt at the front desk was so helpful. Not only did he say that they would give us a credit (and maybe a refund), he walked me through returning my skies and gave me the rundown of the decisions being made by ski shops around town. He told us "Please don't worry about any of this. Just worry about your flights, and we will work this out later." He even said that it may be best to leave my rented skies with them and they'd return them for me. Amazing. These people are angels. When this blows over, we will be back. Thank you!!!!!

Stayed here in January 2014, great ski in ski out location, condo had its own ski locker just outside the door and an easy walk to the base village or the grocery store. My condo appeared recently updated, was very clean and the one problem I did have was the shower, which was fixed on the day I reported it whilst I was skiing. As a bonus I was able to order some grocery shopping which was waiting for my arrival. Would love to go back.

It can be tough to know what you're going to get when booking a room online at a smaller property. That uncertainty makes experiences like what I had at Crestwood even better! While the location is ideal and property is perfect for my needs, what really stood out for me was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was bend-over-backwards helpful and extremely friendly - with that in mind, I'll definitely look for vacancies at Crestwood the next time I visit Snowmass Village.

Dr. Larson is at a yelp event and it is a great time and we are all having a lot of fun!
