Amazing unit in an awesome location. The unit I was in had a separate bedroom and bathroom. All areas were massive and very nice. Balcony off both the bedroom and lounge with great views and heaps of dining options within a 5 minute walk. 10 out of 10 from me. Greg from Christchurch.

Hired last minute for a meeting, very responsive and helpful team, Marina was so lovely! The price was good value considering the timing and much cheaper than many other local options for board room space. The room was lovely and well set out, plenty of light, comfortable and perfect size for our group of 14, with complementary water and mints. We also had access to plenty of resources at a reasonable additional cost, including whiteboard and TV to connect to. We ordered lunch and tea/coffee which was delivered promptly, was good quality and plenty to feed our group. The air conditioning was quite warm but was fixed quickly. The area was nice a quiet and well presented, plenty of parking and a great location right across from the beach. There's coffee shops and a convenience store nearby too.

We had a one bed suite that was a very good size, separate bedroom and huge bathroom with bath. Lots of pillows and bathrobes provided. Room very modern and clean feeling. Great location near the water and great restaurants. Downside was the aircon didn’t seem to work in the bedroom so it was very warm at night and opening the windows meant we were woken by noise in the morning. Only one towel each meant every day I wanted to wash my hair I had to ask for another towel that was then taken away next time housekeeping came. But overall a good stay.

Firstly, the good points!|This hotel is located out of Napier central, so therefore it’s quieter and surrounded by many cute little shops and cafes.|The room was immaculately clean, inoffensive decor and well stocked with plates and glasses etc.|The bed was very comfortable and we had 2 tvs, so no arguments over that.|Only 2 downsides to the room, we were on level 1 and the lovely little balcony with table and chairs remained redundant because if you sit out there it’s right on the street with people walking past so I’d definitely recommend a room level 2 upwards.|The second thing was it being a wheelchair accessible room, the bathroom was a big letdown (no bath) and when you turned the shower on, water pressure was great but it was impossible to not soak the entire floor of the bathroom.|Quite expensive for what it was but would stay again in another room.

This is oldschool Kiwi accommodation.A rambling set of buildings and car parks. A little pretentious and with a bit of frivolity! |My suite was a long room on the ground floor facing the sea, with small seating area. It was clean, smartly decorated and a small kitchenette. |The bed soft, but not uncomfortably so. The shower hot. There’s no in-room recycling and only single use bathroom products. |Staff were efficient. |Plenty of eateries on the surrounding streets.|There was a fair bit of early morning traffic and exercisers noise.|I would recommend- along with East Pier across the road- and stay at whoever is cheaper!

Excellent location. We had a sea view room, and it didn't disappoint. Our room was spacious clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was no breakfast room, but room service was available form the restaurant next door. However, this was very expensive, and my g/f toast was like cardboard. Saying that, there are quite a few local cafes nearby so there are other options. A number of restaurants are also at hand and offer a variety of different dinner options. The rooms were easy to access, with a few different stairways and a couple of lifts available. The hardest thing was finding the entry. Overall, a lovely place to stay. The main part of Napier is about a 10-minute drive and well worth the visit. Full of Art Deco architecture and eclectic shops. The Information Centre was one of the best I have encountered, and the staff were fully versed in all aspects of local tourism.

Fantastic! After 3 consecutive hotels with no A/C, this A/C was welcome! We had a one bedroom “suite”. Not really a suite because it’s just one room, but quite a large room. We were ocean-facing (Room 413, on the corner) and had a nice balcony with two chairs, a card-table-sized table and plenty of room. The room itself is huge: bed, sitting area with two comfortable chairs facing the beach, and a desk. Lots of plugs. More than adequate close and a bench for suitcases. Nice mini-bar/fridge/coffee bar area with a French press and hot water kettle, and cups and small plates. Robes are comfy.||Bathroom is a treat. Separate shower and jacuzzi bath (overlooking the beach). Plenty of counter space and fluffy towels. Hairdryer and iron/ironing board in room.||Location is almost residential. Many condos and houses along the street. Good restaurant downstairs, but probably 1.5 miles from the main tourist area and the port. There are restaurants somewhat close by—walking distance, but maybe 3 blocks. The weather was nice so it was fine. No big crowds in our area but the beach had some activity as the morning wore on.||Free washer and dryer in the parking garage, which was amazing.||I would definitely stay here again.

We were staying here 2 nights 7th-9th April 2025 during our North Island road trip. We are from Sydney with a group of 6 travellers booking 2 bedrooms suite and one bedroom. The room was not special , very basic , the reception didn’t seem very pleasant and the location was not in the center of Rotorua. I recommend to stay near the centre . There are few restaurants and pub within walking distance but everything was quiet, might be Monday night when we arrived. The car park was quite tight , we had 7 seater car & it was struggled to get in and out . The reception person should be improving for customer service. The value of money is ok , price was average . Napier is lovely area to visit for wine and view at Te Mata Peak.
