When booking, we were told breakfast was included - when we arrived it was a continental breakfast but barely any options..
The first night we went to have dinner at the restaurant, we went to the bar to order some drinks and was asked to take a seat. We sat waiting for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone approaching us to order and we ended up leaving to go and eat somewhere else.
On another occasion we tried to order lunch at 12 noon and were told that the kitchen only opens in an hour.
We tried to order room service the next day and asked for pizzas and we were told that there were no pizzas today as they had no staff… we ordered chicken burgers instead which were inedible.
On our last night, no electricity, no air con, no hot water, no back up generator.
Service was terrible - the best staff member was the security guard who was always very friendly.
Called and asked reception to book a taxi to take us to a wedding, didn’t hear back and we had to follow up with reception 3 times.
Wifi wasn’t working either.
We had a frog in the room and called reception to help, no one answered so the security guard came to help and asked for assistance from the landscaper, our room got turned upside down, mud everywhere from the shoes and then the staff left as they were unable to find the frog. We also had a cockroach in our room and worms.
Would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone, it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
