The Crow's Nest Resort

Quite an old place- Can benefit from a renovation. Most of the things in the room are old. The rooms also don't have any black out curtains. The showers are quite small as well. The connections are poor so you will need to connect via wifi- unable to use normal Vodafone calls. Otherwise nice location.

Great food and an overall great experience. Staff were great with actually very good service. We have been staying here for over 30 years so know it very well. Extremely handy location on the Sunset Strip

When booking, we were told breakfast was included - when we arrived it was a continental breakfast but barely any options.. The first night we went to have dinner at the restaurant, we went to the bar to order some drinks and was asked to take a seat. We sat waiting for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone approaching us to order and we ended up leaving to go and eat somewhere else. On another occasion we tried to order lunch at 12 noon and were told that the kitchen only opens in an hour. We tried to order room service the next day and asked for pizzas and we were told that there were no pizzas today as they had no staff… we ordered chicken burgers instead which were inedible. On our last night, no electricity, no air con, no hot water, no back up generator. Service was terrible - the best staff member was the security guard who was always very friendly. Called and asked reception to book a taxi to take us to a wedding, didn’t hear back and we had to follow up with reception 3 times. Wifi wasn’t working either. We had a frog in the room and called reception to help, no one answered so the security guard came to help and asked for assistance from the landscaper, our room got turned upside down, mud everywhere from the shoes and then the staff left as they were unable to find the frog. We also had a cockroach in our room and worms. Would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone, it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Went to restaurant only. Very good meals at reasonable prices. The curries are excellent. Great view as well. Take some card to play though as service can be very slow.

We didn't stay here but the restaurant was fantastic, great prices, amazing view, exceptional Indian and Sri Lankin food ... kids gave it a 5 * (9 and 15 yo) ... we had so much we took leftovers away ... cocktails were ok ... just ok, amazing setting looking out over the Coral Coast

DO NOT STAY HERE! service was terrible food was terrible. I spoke with a couple staff and even they said they wouldn't recommend staying here the owners are very cheap stairs are dangerous wifi absolutely sucks food took over an hour to be cooked the amenities in the rooms are very old outdated and mostly broken and barely work the spa only had a night shift worker so no day time massage I asked why and was told the owners do not want to hire another staff member for the day shift. It's clear the owners don't care about their customers stay elsewhere fiji hideaway is 15 mins down the road much better please will never stay at crows nest again

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. All of the pictures we viewed must be very old - all of the pool furniture is broken and the pool is literally mouldy. Do not waste your money staying here. We left feeling so disappointed.

The accommodation was basic but basic, however the fridge was broken, the staff didn’t seem to care, which is very unusual for Fiji which is known for its hospitality. |The breakfast was definitely the poorest I have ever experienced anywhere on this beautiful planet of ours. It was so bad I went to a resort along the road for breakfast.
