BULA... We (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children) have had a Great experience ☺️ over the last 10 days. The service was fantastic with friendly and professional staff. The food was delicious 😋 with a big range for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 🍺 🍹🍸🍷🍾🥃🥂🍽🥗🥣🍲🥘🍳🥚🍒🥥🍌🍕🍤🧂🥞🌶🍍🍉 The meals are very generous but not over priced. Tables service but when busy, please be patient and enjoy the view 🌞🌊 Remember FIJI TIME, BULA. Rooms are adequate with cleaning service every day, which includes fresh towels and beach towels on request. The rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The pool is great for all ages 🏊‍♀️ 😌 and there is big grass area for family gatherings and to let the kids run around. It is in a great location for with a lot of activities close by. This includes 🐎 riding on the beach😎. While you are here don't forget to visit Lagilagi Spa for a massage. We will be back soon thanks for the great memories. BULA VANUKA ❤️ from Hollister family.

Restaurant Review Only We visited the restaurant around lunchtime and found it completely empty. Despite that, it took sometime for someone to take our order. After placing it, we waited nearly a hour with no update. When we finally asked about our food, we were told they had just started preparing it. At that point, we canceled the order and left—only paying for the drinks we had. Very disappointing experience, especially given how quiet the restaurant was.

We were visiting Fiji and happened to hear about this hotel. We visited it. Service was excellent and we got to know the chef Rilshad and Krishna the cook. They catered a fantastic dinner for us which was a Sri Lankan special. Gladwin the GM was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back to the Crows Nest. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We stayed here over a weekend while attending a nearby function. ||Quite a peaceful place and the rooms are alright... be weary of the steps from the top and bottom levels in the rooms. ||Restaurant and pool located at the top of the premises. Nice views.. some decent meals.

Room was lovely and the aircon was brilliant. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very very helpful and looked after us so well. Thank you to the housekeepers that helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The only thing I would say is the shower is a bit smaller than we are used to. We ate breakfast and dinner most days/nights and it was always lovely and fresh. The dinner menu is extensive and even when we turned up with 6 extra family members for dinner everyone found something delicious on the menu and there was no issue with us just "turning up!" The pool was enjoyed by everyone and it was beautifully clean and pretty quiet most of the time. The Lagilagi Spa was great and the 1 hour relaxing massage was worth much more than the $65 fee. Also the internet is free! This was a very pleasant surprise as the other places we have visited all charge by the day (which is a rip off in this day and age) I would highly recommend this place.

-Staff are really nice and polite. -We absolutely love the view to the sea and palm trees, especially from the Villa on the highest ground (we don't really mind the climbing and stairs). Resort is pretty quiet after 8pm and woke up every morning with the sound of the waves. -The Luxury Premium Villa is very comfortable with a lot of space, one king-bed & one sofa bed. a, However, it's quite rundown and need some upgrades, especially those rusted metal barriers at the balcony which is quite dangerous. b, The shower area is too small comparing to the size of the bathroom. c, No Internet in the room and TV has no channel. d, See-through curtains, even though nobody (expect one gardener during our entire stay) will pass in front of the balcony but still, the resort should put some blackout curtains for guests' privacy. -Internet in the public area is quite bad, the mobile data (Vodafone or Digicel) doesn't work in the resort. However, works perfectly fine at the traffic roundabout which is 100m away from the resort so go figure out why. -A nice swimming pool, we really enjoyed doing some laps or relaxing, but sunbeds are limited and some are already broken. -The breakfast is barely the minimum. -There is also a construction site in the resort, noises and dusty! -Location is okay, there are few restaurants within walking distance. Sigatoka is about 8km away, you can take public bus for 2.0FJD per person (don't really know the schedule, and the bus comes when it comes), or taxi 8-9.0 FJD by meter. There is a rugby team staying in the same resort for about 2 weeks, it basically turned supposed-to-be a quiet & peaceful retreat to a sport training camp. Globally, we had a good stay but just wish it could be better!

We ate at the Quarterdeck Restaurant on 23rd of May 2025. To say the food was below par is being generous. We ordered from the Indian/Sri Lankan menu. Each curry was served in a variant of the same tasteless sauce, the only fish available was frozen, the parathas were a doughy, undercooked mess. The vegetable korma curry consisted of frozen peas and carrots and looked like baby food. The roti was tough, thick and doughy. The mushroom curry contained 5 - 6 (tinned) mushroom pieces and was in the same generic sauce. The service was patchy with meals arriving at different times. The best thing about the meal was the Fiji Gold beer. A total waste of money and time, very disappointed.
