Fantastic location and spacious rooms, with the added bonus of having a kitchen—though the limited utensils make cooking a bit tricky. The jacuzzi and pool are quite small and often crowded, which is a downside, but the sauna was a great perk. If your room faces the main street, be prepared for some noise at night, but the unbeatable location makes up for it, especially if you're here for skiing!

The hotel itself is really nice with lots of amenities and an unbeatable location just a few steps from the lift and all of the village amenities. We booked pretty far in advance and it felt like a great value all things considered. The room, while relatively newly updated was small and pretty basic. It had very little space for storage.||The hotel itself is quite nice with lots of amenities. The central location is amazing. 2 minute walk to the lift and central to all the shops and restaurants in the village. The room felt relatively freshly renovated and overall we felt the Crystal Lodge was a good value. The room was basic and small, lacking in space to store clothes or room to maneuver. But, hey, ideally you are just sleeping in your room so not a big deal. We did like the glove and boot drying racks although probably two per floor would have been better. ||I will say the trade off for the central location is that it's just busy. The alley behind the hotel (low number even rooms overlook the alley) is constant garbage and delivery trucks. The heavy windows block this out but our room was consistently hot so we often had the windows open to keep it comfy. Odd numbered rooms look over the village stroll and then you get revellers to the wee hours. ||

Brilliant place and location. Premium ski hire are excellent, great advice and equipment under the hotel. Great cup of tea too, which really helped. Hotel is clean, quiet and well positioned. 2 minute walk from all the lifts and great restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. Had I known there were guest operated washing and drying rooms, I would have packed half what I took. Really good facility.

We just came back from a 4 night stay here and we cannot say enough good things about this place! The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are modern but cozy, very spacious, LOTS of storage to keep your belongings. I find it’s very common for hotels to have limited storage space to keep your things and I really appreciated that we were able to put away 3 suitcase full of items in their closet and storage space.Several areas to hand your coats too (I alone had 3) Bathroom also has tons of storage space. We had a big window to look at the mountain side and watch the snow come down. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Great location too! So close to many good restaurants and pubs. Prices were very reasonable. We’d definitely return when we come back to Whistler. For reference we stayed in the Deluxe studio King room.

The guy with the man bun at the reception desk is super rude and has no idea how to do his job. We had a room booked through a company I contract with for two nights, and because the my last name wasn’t registered under the booking he just said he can’t book us in. Not looking to o solve or look for solutions what so ever. On top of that he repeatedly mentioned that it’s for security reasons, insinuating that I’m trying to rip them off for a two night stay. I guess if you’re in construction clothes you are seen differently than if you’re outfitted in expensive ski gear. Rooms were nice but I would never go back or recommend a his place.

My wife, daughters, mother-in-law, and I rented two rooms from 1/1 to 1/7/2025. Check in process was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, plenty of toiletries, and a nice small selection of drinks and snacks in the in-room minibar. Whistler Dine-In for ordering food in your room if you don't feel like socializing out and about. The central location on the village stroll, ease of access to both mountain's gondolas, tons of food options, and shops. We flew into Vancouver and took a shuttle direct from the airport to our hotel in Whistler. We did not rent a car, and we didn't need one. Most of our planned activities would pick us up at one of the hotels around us. We did a helicopter ride, ziplining, snowmobiling, and the peak 2 peak gondola. I highly recommend the Crystal Lodge and the Whistler experience as a whole.

Great hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms and suites. We had a great two bedroom suite overlooking the village walk. A bit noisy at night but worth the minor annoyance. The Crystal Lounge is vibrant and fun and offers great wings and burgers. Very lively at après times.

We absolutely love staying at the Crystal Lodge in Whistler! The rooms are always cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Whistler Village—close to all the shops, restaurants, and activities, making it so easy to enjoy everything the village has to offer. Each time we visit, our family makes new memories, and it’s always such a joy to return. The staff at Crystal Lodge are incredibly sweet and caring, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable Whistler experience!
