The Dairy by Mungalli

I walked past a couple of times, and couldn't resist trying the ice cream puff. The home made puff, with delicious ice-cream, salty caramel and almonds ia the best combo. I really enjoyed it, as a dessert after dinner. It's a bit expensive, but worth trying!

Wow an absolute must-try in Cairns! So glad I stumbled by this spot. Admittedly three scoops is a lot for one person but the fact that I finished it all and feel so good afterwards is a testament to the quality ingredients and amazing flavours. Highly recommend all three that I tried: ginger, raspberry and fennel, and Daintree forest.

This place has the best ice-cream I have ever had. I tried the blueberry and basil and liked very much that I came back the next day. The milk used is locally sourced. Highly recommended if you are in Cairns. Friendly service as well.

Absolutely delicious and worth the visit! The Dairy Mungalli Biodynamic is hands down the best spot for organic ice cream and milkshakes. You can really taste the difference in quality – everything is so fresh, creamy, and full of flavour. I love that all the ingredients are organic and biodynamic, and you can tell everything is homemade with care. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe of the place makes it feel warm and local. My favourites so far are the vanilla bean ice cream and the passionfruit frozen yoghurt – but honestly, every flavour I’ve tried has been amazing. It’s so nice to support a family-run business that’s sustainable and passionate about what they do. If you’re in Cairns, this is a must-visit spot!

Excellent lactose free ice creams with great texture and taste. They have a limited but quite original list of flavours. Nice café area available inside and tables outside to rest and enjoy the goods as needed.

OMG, they are all lactose free!!!! 😁😁😁 Joyous!!! ...And the flavours!!! 🫶🫶🫶 The staff were super friendly and the cafe/icecream parlour was super cute!!! IDK if it was the biodynamic milk, or the love in it, but I was able to eat a scoop and no tummy issues 😊😊 They have so many drink options too, that we didn't even get to look at, we were so excited about the icecream 😅 I had the choux icecream puff with ginger icecream, butterscotch sauce and shivered almonds. Chef's kiss 💋
