Great boutique hotel in old house. Loved the decoration, colourful, layered, warm. Really great location, so close to everything but just removed enough to be quiet. Lovely living room with happy hour free drinks and snacks. Love that all amenities and breakfast were included.

Room was very comfortable, if a little small. We had a private balcony which was nice. The private hotel experience meant it felt like staying at a good friends house, who told you to help yourself (complimentary happy hour drinks, breakfast included, complimentary lollies and soft drinks). Location was great, right near the gondala and just up the hill from the centre of town.

Staying at The Dairy Hotel was such a treat. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of downtown Queenstown but still peaceful and cozy. The team was amazing, so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.||Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like a warm, inviting home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Queenstown.

I was at The Dairy twice. 3 nights before my Routeburn Track and 2 nights after. It's one of the loveliest places I have stayed at. Excellent staff, comfortable bed, 24 hour access to tea, coffee and snacks, as part of stay. A happy hour between 5 and 6 p.m. and decor that is subtle, yet warm. A 2 minute walk down to the heart of Queenstown. - super convenient to everything. I highly recommend The Dairy.

A charming and cosy place. The decor and vibe are quirky and interesting. Beds are comfortable and very little noise can be heard when in your room. The happy hour features free eine, beer and soft drinks, plus a selection or savoury and sweet snacks. Brilliant! The free mini bar in room, and old-school pint of local milk are nice touches. Loved our time here!

Great hotel with fun artististic decor and convenient location - just a short walk to town center. Great amenities including hot tub and a nice happy hour. Staff was very friendly and helpful making our check in/out process easy. Close to meeting point for a number of tours / adventure groups and short walk to the gondola and bird sanctuary (where you can see Kiwi birds).

Cool boutique hotel in a great location. Bonus: the snacks in the room are "help yourself". What a nice touch! The afternoon happy hour was also a very nice surprise: good wine and yummy snacks. The room was quiet, beds comfortable, reception easy and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel!

What a beautiful find! Perfect location and the whole ambiance of the place was homely luxury. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for our first visit to Queenstown and we were very pleasantly surprised by the decor and hospitality. We loved the shared lounge space where you can relax by the real fire with a wine and mingle with other guests; or keep to yourself. Lots of lovely complimentary touches included in your stay make it feel special. The bed was very comfy, the place was clean and had all the facilities you’d need. We would highly recommend and would stay here again if in Queenstown.
