Rooms are amazing. |Service by staff is amazing. |Happy hour great touch. |Breakfast enjoyable|Location WOW!!||But… the coffee facilities are really lacking!!|There are auto coffee machines available that are up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Do your business a huge favour and please acquire one. That would make the Dairy hard to beat!!

Wow...absolutely incredible place to stay. Close to town and the gondola. The decor is truly amazing. Will definitely we staying again. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and happy hour were a very nice surprise. Very happy

This was a delightful boutique hotel very close to the town centre and all the attractions in Queenstown but also quiet. We stayed twice so tried two different rooms which were very comfortable and had all the facilities required. A good shower and bathroom en-suite. The breakfast room was small but it worked well and the buffet was excellent. A particularly nice touch was the “happy hour” drinks in the evening which permitted a time to relax before dinner and share experiences with other guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the loveliest lady who showed us around and to our room. We loved the decor, and the little touches that made for a special stay - from the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room to the happy hour at 5pm with complimentary wine and a cheeseboard and nibbles… and not to forget the lovely spa with a view. The bed was so comfortable and the room was really quiet. And best of all it was a few minutes walk into the centre of town. It really was the best boutique hotel we have stayed in. We totally recommend everyone stay here.

The hotel was small, intimate, relaxed and friendly. The main sitting area was furnished with snacks, drinks, and laid out for ease and comfort. There was a hot tub which l unfortunately did not have time to use but looked very inviting. The bedroom was spacious, well equipped with drinks and crisps and other quality snacks. The best, for me was the balcony which on the left overlooked the bay and main part of Queenstown and to the right the hill with what the locals call the gondola and l would call cable car which takes you to the top where you get panoramic views of what l think of as New Zealand’s Lake District. Beauty that takes your breath away.

Great location with a lovely warm room and super comfortable bed. Great welcome from Doug. Love the sweet treats and the lounge area. Really nice place to relax. The happy hour at 5 with the wine and snacks is a nice touch. It was our second visit, and we will definitely return.

This hotel was epic. They did not miss any detail. Rooms tastefully decorated and well equipped. Free snacks and drinks a nice touch. Coffee in room, happy hour and jacuzzi all appreciated. Well located too. Highly recommend. Worth the money

Fantastic hotel; friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable beds and superb location. The Happy Hour with free drinks was an extra special touch and enabled us to meet other guests and share experiences and useful information. It was a five star experience in every respect.
