Where to Stay in Dublin When You Visit in 2025

"One of the hippest places in the area, The Dean offers everything from small pod-size rooms to suites with foosball tables; all rooms include Irish-made snacks, rainfall showers, Nespresso machines, Marshall amp Bluetooth speakers, and Grafton Barber bath products, and I especially love the chill rooftop bar/restaurant with its views over the city." - Matthew Kepnes

Google
Such a great eatery. Was in town for the Kremmling Days, absolutely loved this location, from the burger and fries, to the service. If you’re in the area definitely a must visit. Didn’t get the opportunity to try their local brewed drinks, but if that’s your thing, give it a try!

Alex P.

Google
Excellent service. My 84 year old dad said it was the best BLT he ever had. Onion rings were perfect. Owner told about his 20 year old recipe.. highly recommend

Google
(If you are not from Texas, Tennessee, or some other smoked BBQ culture feel free to skip this review. ) The atmosphere and service is great. The BBQ is meat but it’s not BBQ. They re-pan fry the brisket for example. It’s cut length-wise for some reason. We couldn’t eat the rack of ribs. There was hardly a taste, had the consistency like they’ve been frozen for awhile. I think they might use Chinese five spice in all their seasoning which is just wrong. So go for the drinks and atmosphere and order safe pub food. Skip the BBQ.

Google
Food was delicious! We had a burger with their fries & bbq pork and brisket with the mac and jalapeno corn, everything was delicious!!!! Service was welcoming, we stood out as tourists this is more of a local place. Great selection of beers. Please try the mac! I’m glad we came here!

KC W.

Google
This place was great!!! My son has sensory issues and was able to handle the atmosphere. They have a lot of things for the kids to eat. Our waitress was amazing; she answered all our questions and went with the flow for my son. Overall will definitely be coming here again.

Google
Quick stop on our way to Dillon. Excellent sandwiches and tots. We’ve eaten at their sister restaurant, Idlewild, as well and both place are solid choices. Today was the pastrami (pictured) and the southern chx sando with spicy ranch rub (not pictured).

Google
This is a kremmling must! From the amazing and professional staff, to the chill local vibe! The food is all made in house and tastes delicious! There is nothing bad on the menu! The beer is cold and the mixed drinks are both unique decadent!

robert D.

Google
The food was great! But the service was rough, the waitress looked like she was overwhelmed and no one was helping her which was hard to watch. I still would recommend if you want some good food!

Yelp
My husband and I stopped at Dean West in Kremmling and decided to share the burrito. The portion size was generous, but the flavor didn't quite stand out as much as we hoped. Service was friendly and the atmosphere had a nice local vibe. Overall, it was an okay experience but not one we'd rush back for.

Rich M.

Yelp
Great food good service, 3 if us ate there 2 nights in a row. Good value for the money and excellent food.

Don B.

Yelp
This is NOT a brewery despite what the signage and ads say. Food is ok but major misleading about the beer.

Jessica S.

Yelp
We experienced great service and food on a beautiful patio. The cheese curds were delightful.

Erin B.

Yelp
Great food, friendly service! Fries were excellent and kids loved the BBQ pork and the homemade Mac and cheese.

Yelp
Great find in Kremmling, heading from Denver to Steamboat. Nice setting, helpful staff and best of all, great food! Burgers excellent and thick home style fries were honestly best fries I've ever had.

Yelp
What a great place! Wanted to try someplace new because most of the other restaurants in grand county are just terrible. So so glad we did! Food was fantastic and the brewery onsite had tons to choose from. Got the pulled pork sandwich and the chicken fries steak sandwich. Both were delicious. Every thing there is made from scratch, breaded in house and smoked in house. Even the jalapeno poppers were freshly made and not frozen. Dogs allowed outside and they have an amazing patio area with games. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Another small town, let's Yelp it, choice. And this is a legit small town. Not much cell service to even help us get there, lol. But, The Dean West.... a fabulous place to stop in to. We sat at the bar in The Dean West - not to be confused with the distillery bar as you walk into the building. Turns out the Grand Adventure Brewery (GAB) is also housed here..... and if you're already thinking like me, this means there are plentiful options for craft cocktails, craft beer and then your regular selections. FTW. And, if we weren't driving so far through winding mountain roads, we would've taken the distillery bartender up on the offer of to go craft cocktails. We did sample an amazing drink she had just created as we walked in. Heck out the pic and her fabulous smile. Our dinner? So good. Way above our expectations, honestly. It's always hit and miss with small towns, even with Yelp, so this was such a nice surprise. He had the dry rub wings with ranch along with a bowl of green chili and I had the GOAT burger with sweet potato fries. We had several GAB beer samplers as we narrowed down our orders. The beer tender was amazing, friendly and offered samples unexpectedly to help us fine tune our drinks. Besides that both our food orders were on point flavor wise and cooked to order, the staff were super friendly and personable. If we lived close by, THIS would be a staple for hanging out. We laughed and joked with everyone, as if we'd known them forever. Great experience.

Yelp
Food was exceptional. Service was a little slow, but they were busy. We didn't mind waiting. Love the industrial look from the distillery and brewery. Owner and waitress were friendly.

Sara K.

Yelp
Fried fish was delish. They had a unique tartar sauce which was kinda ranchy/dilly which was so good. I couldn't decide between chips and fries so they gave me some of each which was perfect! Kids tried homemade ginger beer which was nice and gingery!

Gerald B.

Yelp
The green chili was good, we both had it and enjoyed it. It was nice sitting outside. The service was a little slow, but good.

Yelp
It's our first time(and restaurant) in CO and we stopped at this little place to eat(late July). The menu was simple, the prices were decent esp for the kids meals. The food was good, the drinks were ok(we had Moscow mules). The beer was a better choice of drink. We sat outside near the wall and the grass was so tall it was uncomfortable to sit on, and quite unusual for a restaurant. It was tickling my legs though the whole meal, but it was the only area that was completely in the shade. They could do with a bug treatment too but I can't complain too much about it since it was indeed outside. The waitress was from Chicago, not very knowledgeable about the drinks but she was attentive throughout and very nice. The 2 younger ladies that brought food out were nice but one had on a crop top with her belly out, not something I normally see in a restaurant. Being the mother of a pre teen boy, it's not something I appreciated to see in a professional setting. There is a small playground and sandbox that kept the younger kids occupied. The yard was fenced poorly but it kept my 2yo in. Overall the experience was alright. We liked the food and that's what we were there for.

Yelp
Had a recommendation to eat here by our Rafting guide. We came with 4 children and 6 adults. The kids were super hungry. It was a busy time (around lunch hour. There was only one waitress. It took a long time to order and even longer to get our order. The waitress really was trying. One of the people in the party saw the waitress asking the cook if our food was ready to which he replied F**k then. We finally got the food which was ok but missing a lot of things. They took off a burger and a kids noodle but I wouldn't recommend eating there if you don't have 2 hours to wait for food. The chef was so rude. I felt bad for the waitress as she did try to hurry him along

Sheryl H.

Yelp
Stop at this place! I had THE best fried chicken sandwich and fries here. Perfectly cooked, crispy, juicy, and flavorful perfect fries. I don't know what the chef did, but it was simply excellent. My brother had the pulled pork and the plate was licked clean. Great service and cute outdoor seating too. What a gem of a place! Wish I lived closer so I could come more often.

Yelp
Always on the post on FB with amazing looking plates of the day. Finally got a chance to stop here in Kremmling and try the Dean West. Order Green Chili and full rack of naked ribs. Green chili had a weird flavor, I believe it was a lot of cumin. I hate cumin in my food, so it is my tongue. The ribs had no salt, flavor, season, or whatever you need to add. I guess it is also my fault for asking them naked. 5 Stars for their homemade ginger root beer, awesome drink.

Yelp
This place was an unexpected stop but I'm so glad we did!!! The service from the minute we walked in was refreshing. We were offered sampling's after we got settled in and the bartender Jen was a delight and so helpful. The food was delicious and, I mean... go ahead and get the adult grilled cheese and just forget your diet. IT IS WORTH IT, I PROMISE!

Yelp
Wow what a find. Beers are fabulous and the outdoor area is great for our pup and a kid play set. Beautiful location and the staff is super friendly.

Tabitha H.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service in a friendly atmosphere . Teriyaki burger was yum and they serve homemade chips!

Todd T.

Yelp
Great service, food, and beer. Clean and friendly environment. Been here several times for lunch, and they never dissappint.

Yelp
First things first-Jess the bar manager is a Rockstar. Overall, the service was very good, even on a busy ski season Friday night. The prices are plenty reasonable, too. So why the 3 stars? Well, because the food is pretty bad. The drinks were very good though. We had the pulled pork Mac and cheese, fish and chips that were both okay. The wings? Not so much. The big disappointment was the ribs. Undercooked and a low smoke factor and soaked in sauce to cover it up. They were bad. The beer and service alone are worth going. However, even for Kremmling, the food quality need a little work.

Matthew G.

Yelp
It's 7 o'clock in the evening, the place closes at 10. They have a full menu with plenty of options. They won't take call in order, so you have to go in to order. When we went inside to order, the lady says they only serve fried food. Lmao what kind of joke is this. We ordered the nachos and cheese/ chicken wings/ and their speciality hot dog with chili an cheese. Lol they got it on the menu but they don't serve nothing. Bums

Dillon K.

Yelp
The Cheese curds saved our life getting off of the river. Super cool distillery, we were a table of 10 and they took great care of us. Will be back.

Thomas P.

Yelp
We from Denver and stopped here on the way up to steamboat for some lunch. Great food & beers! Fried pickles and cheese curds to start were yummy. Plus the Mac & Cheese for my main slapped. I got the Mac with Buffalo chicken. Get it if you're into Mac & cheese. Defs recommend if you're just passing through!

Patty Y.

Yelp
This is an amazing brewery and restaurant! The flavors r excellent! We started with the pimento cheese appetizer - oh my - the chef came out and he shared that for the bacon jam topping, he cures and smokes the bacon out back - wow! We had the hot Italian - excellent - tender prime rib, peppers and okra! Then the beers - we had the nitro and wheat. Amazing! Then the icing is the staff - so attentive, genuine and knowledgeable of their foods and brewery! We will be back!

Steve W.

Yelp
Great food, beer and service. The philly sandwinch and fish & chips were awesome. Loved the selection of craft beers. Has a indoor\outdoor setting, depending on the weather. Bartender knows his beer and its makings

Sharon C.

Yelp
We always like to stop at a local brewery. Hamburgers were great. Staff very friendly and clean restaurant!!

Shonde B.

Yelp
I have given these guys so many chances but don't waste your time food is sub par. The help is slow. Done with this place

Eric M.

Yelp
Went for supper on a Wednesday at 7:30. Ordered a hamburger med rare. What I got was a thin piece of shoe leather.

Yelp
I had eaten here once before on a week day and it was empty. The food was good for this area, so when in Kremmling again thought I would try it again. It was a Saturday and it was packed. We (party of two) waited upon entering to be seated for probably 5mins. The sign said to wait to be seated. The place was packed but there were two tables available. Waitress kept helping tables and never acknowledged us standing at the door. Finally she comes by and tells us to sit anywhere so we chose a table closer to the bar area in hopes of being served quicker since it was packed! Well we waited 30 mins before I was finally able to get a waitress' attention to please take our order. She rudely responded that they are on a waitlist and when we sat down there was a wait and we would be the next ones in line. No apology or anything! After waiting patiently for 30 mins to be told this we got up and left because their food is not that great to wait who knows however long it would take to take our order plus wait on getting the food. It would have been appreciated if they would have explained this upon us entering or even when we were told to sit anywhere. They just ignored us! They seemed to be under staffed but with this type of customer service they will lose customers very quickly. While we waited at our table we saw the same thing happen to 7 other people who came in. Not a good way to get or keep customers!! They need to train their staff to have better customer service and just explain they are short staffed and would be with us as soon as they can. Don't ignore your customers or they will not come back at all!!

Erin L.

Yelp
Great food! Has a minor mishap with my entree and they recovered beautifully. Great service!!

Yelp
We cannot say enough good things about The Dean West. The food and service were outstanding. We were so pleasantly surprised to find such excellent choices prepared so well. Fresh and tasty. We have not stopped raving about it.

Nick B.

Yelp
The owner was the bartender and server that day. He did a great job keeping up with a busy lunch crowd! The fried chicken sandwich was great! Fries were bad. I will definitely try it again!
google avatar

Heidi I.

Yelp
Fun, hidden gem in Kremmling! Great food, great prices, great atmosphere. Hip lil place that even has lots of vegetarian choices like tomato bisque, beyond burger, portobello sandwich. Patio area with playground for kids. Will def be back

Ron C.

Yelp
Excellent food everything i have tried is fantastic, along with the whiskey and beer the servers are hustling great group of ladys
google avatar

Liz H.

Yelp
The food was literally inedible. Their fries were rancid and floppy, the chicken tenders were dry and the "gourmet" hotdog was burnt and dry and very poorly dressed. I couldn't eat it. The service was friendly but incredibly slow. I cannot believe how awful the food is here. I'm in shock, really.
google avatar

Laurie P.

Yelp
This brewery/restaurant is under new management and you can truly tell. The food is very good and the atmosphere is great. They will soon also offer a distillery. The new owner serves cocktails in addition to beer and also wine. (Before it was just beer or horrible wine). This is the best food in town and a place we will be visiting frequently!

Yelp
While visiting RMNP, we took a day off from hiking and drove the scenic road to Kremmling to see the Gore Canyon and have lunch. A local recommended this restaurant which is a block off the main road through town. What a great recommendation! Every staff member provided warm service and hospitality. The creative dishes on the menu have something for everyone (soup, salads, sandwiches, burgers, bbq, steak, salmon). Our sandwiches, soup, and local beer were delicious. Indoor, patio, and bar seating. Authentic Colorado ambience filled with many locals and visitors. Makes for a great side trip from Winter Park, Granby, RMNP, or Steamboat Springs. We hade a great time!

Jamie M.

Yelp
Pretty neat place. Staff and management is nice. Sometimes if you buy 3 drinks they give you a free sled tubing tour!

Elle R.

Yelp
Great food and drinks, odd service. Stopped by after getting into Kremmling on a road trip. Asked if the patio was dog friendly, it is, so we walked all the way around the property to the gate and sat down. There was another party on the patio so we waited for menus. A waitress for the other party came out 2 times to see to them and did not acknowledge our presence. I then went inside and asked at the bar if it was counter service. She said no and handed me two menus. So we happily sat and made our choices. Another three visits for the other party by the original waitress and another one but still no service for us. Turns out since I talked to the bartender she was expected to wait on us. We eventually ordered the fish & chips and the pub nachos. Great food. Really enjoyed everything. Drinks were good too.

David S.

Yelp
We visited this restaurant on Friday, Jan. 20, 2023. We ordered the fish and chips, which is cod and french fries, $18. The restaurant was understaffed for a Friday evening crowd. I felt sorry for our servers, as they were slammed. The fish portion was small for the price as we each received 4 glorified fish sticks. My french fries had obviously been sitting out for quite a while and they were cold, soggy, and chewy. I didn't bother complaining as I never received a beverage I had ordered, as well. I simply ate what I could, paid my bill, and left...never to return.

Trina C.

Yelp
Killer chicken! Bomb ass food, definitely killing it on the food front!! Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere!
google avatar

Dave S.

Yelp
Great DIFFERNT MENU. AMAZING LOCALLY BREWED beers. Outside terrace, very friendly, kids very welcome with games on the terrace! Distillery soon! More than a mile high in Kremmling and the best for many, many miles! Daily specials, happy hour, flights $9! ASK FOR KATIE or Mark!!!!!! The Philly rocks!
google avatar

Katexas B.

Yelp
We had just finished our white water rafting trip and decided to find something local to eat before heading out of town- so glad we tried the Dean West! We had excellent service, great food (highly recommend the wings!), and even live music on a Sunday afternoon. They were also great with spacing and masks for Covid. We'll be back every time we're out this way for sure!
google avatar

Janet C.

Yelp
Great time outside on the patio , great beer great food thanks for being here. We drove from Granby and it was worth .
google avatar

Tara L.

Yelp
I came here for a special occasion, sat down at the patio for 25 minutes. A waitress came up after 15 min of waiting and gave us 2 glasses of water and said she would be back. She then walked around the patio picking up trash from the ground. Another 10 minutes later, I pulled another waitress aside and said we haven't been helped yet. She asked how many people and we said just 2 people....then she disappeared. After 7 more minutes We then stood up and just walked out and went to subway. At least they know how to serve customers. It's a cute place but the service is disorganized and waiting for that long without being able to order or be recognized isn't good.

J B.

Yelp
Nice place in a small town with not much else to choose from. Had higher hopes with the food and brewery. Only reason for 3 stars, was the people are fairly friendly and the burgers are good. I ordered the "pulled pork Mac and cheese". When you lead with pulled pork in the name, I expect a lot more pulled pork. Got a full plate of Mac and cheese (same as the kids Mac and cheese) with a tiny portion of pulled pork. Both were terrible. Pulled pork was really sweet and didn't taste smoked. Mac and cheese was awful. No flavor. Also ordered a GAB IPL. Tastes watered down. Not very good. Overall was highly disappointing. Outdoor dining is nice.

Helen F.

Yelp
Good atmosphere and good food! Fun place to watch sports games. We love stopping in on our regular trips from Denver to Steamboat.

Garry A.

Yelp
Love the brews. Staff is friendly and attentive! Great place to catch a game. Only complaint is that the oil for fish and chips is not kept hot enough.

Dan H.

Yelp
Place is bangin'! The food way awesome, (I suggest the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese). We came in at a busy time, but the staff, even thought I assume was short, did an absolutely amazing job. Sadly, there are a bunch of Texans in the area that ruin our time.
