The Deli on Kinghorne

Stopped in for a take away coffee very early in the morning. Only a few other guests were eating in, service was quick and friendly. Delicious Bear Bones Coffee. And I even found a slice of my favourite cake - Persian Love Cake 🍰

I had a fantastic experience at The Deli on Kinghorne! The menu offers a generous selection, with plenty of options to suit all tastes, and the portion sizes are just as generous. The meals are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their impressive menu!

Where to begin! My husband and I can not thank the Deli on Kinghorne enough for their exceptional service and absolutely delicious food, plus outstanding staff! We were so lucky to find them to cater for our wedding this year, and they absolutely went above and beyond all our hopes and dreams! Tonya, the owner, was so unbelievably helpful at every step of the way. We were able to keep within our budget, and have the most delicious, fresh salads for our wedding. They also helped out with staffing, sending us two BRILLIANT chefs to cook up a BBQ as well as make the delicious salads and provide table service for our small wedding. Zaid was a lifesaver! He managed everything so well, we could just relax and know that he was on top of it all. He went absolutely beyond the call of duty, noticing small details that I had not even mentioned to him - like for example he found two blackboards that I had written our wedding menu on, and noticed that the dessert menu was written on the back, so he made sure to display them the right way around, and moved them over to the dessert table at the end of the night! There were so many small touches that they took care of without me asking. They even provided extra decorating touches for the grazing platters I had made up- and added fresh fruit and flowers to them, making them SO much more beautiful than what I could have ever done! The food was spot on- exactly what I had hoped for. My husband and I have now also eaten in at the deli a few times and had several coffees there on our way through Nowra, and we LOVE it! It will be our regular stop anytime we are travelling down the south coast. To Tonya, Zaid, and all the team, a MASSIVE thank you for making our wedding brilliant!

Second visit after our first coffee. Came back to try the breakfast and was not let down. Pictured it the Avo on Toast and Bacon eggs. The chefs attention to detail and presentation is fabulous. Sarah and the rest of the team make you feel like family or old friends everytime. Definitely will be back.

Recently opened for dinner, which doesn't seem to be well known yet. The food is generously portioned but won't be winning any awards for refinement or unusual flavors, the home made focaccia style bread was nice but a bit cakey. You can sit outdoors but we got flooded out by a storm. Staff all friendly and attentive.

This place has something for everyone. The deli section has a huge selection of cakes, sweets, sandwiches, quiches, rolls and other items as well as a great menu. The flat white ( normal size) was great and I had the Armenian cake and my partner had the chicken burger with fries. Both were excellent. Service was really quick, really nice atmosphere with seating inside and out.

I hade came in for valentines dinner, the menu was amazing, the food was beautiful, staff had amazing customer service, despite the weather turning, the staff still remained helpful and professional

Stopped in here for lunch ordered a delicious Caesar salad loved the presentation delicious bacon and plenty of Parmesan would return here for lunch again!

One of the yuppie-est place I've ever eaten, but I've certainly seen worse. I do give them props though for their milkshakes were nice. The place was crowded, it was quite a squeeze to fit all the customers in but they tried. Nowra's infamous for its swarm of tourists it gets every summer and as a local I have to inform you, there are better places to eat.

Not bad place for breakfast. Had the eggs and pork sausage. good servings and service is good. Definitely recommend this place. Try it for yourself!

Stopped here for breakfast early on Sunday morning. Great find, staff were cheery and attentive, food was delivered in good time and very tasty. Coffee was exceptional.

We stopped off at this place last year whilst on holiday and loved and so went back once again. The food and coffee was exceptional. If you go after the breakfast menu cut off time - the menu is quite limited. That said - we all found something we fancied and I had a corn fritter, bacon, avocado stack with home made tomato relish. Better than anything I usually get in Sydney !
