The Derby West

It is a shitty freaking bar! I ordered a drink at 12:00. They called last call 10 minutes later. That alone is shitty customer service. I guess they don't like customers.

We play pool leagues on Sundays. We occasionally play here at The Derby. Service isn't great... but we always enjoy playing their in-house team. Nice team!

Cold beer and warm faces. 3 years ago I gave a one-star review. I don't know what happened there I must have been drunk. The bartenders are great... right on time with the drinks. It's definitely a five Star bar. And it starts with the owner... great guy.

It’s an ok place to drink. Overall experience is not good, period. A lot of fights happen here, the furniture and carpet are worn down to the bare minimum. The “manager” comes in and gets drunk but doesn’t really seem to care about the overall quality or safety of this bar. Cops usually sit in the parking lot of this location due to the bartenders don’t know when to cut someone off from drinkin, and they cause a lot of disturbance, overall would not recommend this place to anyone.

Last time I gave this bar a 1 star review due to the actions of certain people. I decided to give this bar another chance and I must say I found myself thoroughly impressed with the staff,Gage especially. Very personable and nice guy, also didnt close the bar at 1am like the other bartender did.

A decent place that could use some updates. However if you go in here and the blonde bar manager Ashley is working you better hope her motorcycle boyfriend isn't there because you will be waiting for your drinks while she hangs on him and kisses him. She is also has a very unprofessional attitude and is not welcoming as a manager/bartender should be. I highly recommend visiting this place when Gage or Jason is bartending.

Didn't get food but service, T.T.? The music was a mix of multiple genres, the pool tables were smooth and updated. Drinks were perfect.

We love this bar all the way. Steve this is our goto Myself and my husband Matt when we go out. We love the staff though the new Friday night girl needs some work for real. She always ask if I want my jack and coke as a shot all 4 Fridays in a row I must add, we really dont get that one , but Jason ,Holly and magnificent Gage are our favorites. We would have to say xoxo to this bar Cause we love the derby West always a 5 ⭐✨✨✨✨⭐ bar for us....
