Beautiful & boho space. Very clean, well curated desert theme home. I had my own room & bathroom. Jenn is great host. Will stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Beautiful place. Good place to realize there's millions of coyotes around.lol. The surrounding areas felt like empty Disneyland and somewhat spooky air lurked; saw a poor little rodent having a seizure or something, A knick knack suddenly fell off the windowsill while I was in the shower and shattered all over the floor, the wall frawns felt attacky, I got into it with my guy &he ended up leaving but only after I went to the wrong place a couple times via GPS prior to arriving. Highly recommended 🌺😺👍

We stayed in the very charming Built'more cabin. Our 14-year old twins loved the upstairs bedroom with their own space and bathroom. We all enjoyed the cozy downstairs living and kitchen area. There is an ample selection of DVDs to watch. || The balcony is perfect for stargazing and the hammock chairs and table in the patio area are great for morning or afternoon relaxing in the shade. The property and views are beautiful. The location is super convenient for enjoying the park (off the road into the West entrance) and a short drive to town. We loved our stay and will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights while we visited Joshua Tree National Park. The property was very conveniently located to both the park, visitor center and town. However, it was remote enough to get great views of the sky and stars at night with cactus and mountains on the horizon. Everything was well maintained, surrounded by beautiful cactus gardens. From the fresh cookies and chocolate in the common/breakfast area to the patio and fire pit, complete with wood and kindling, there was more than we could take advantage of during our short stay. The room was cozy and well decorated. Carrie was a wonderful host and a wealth of information about the park and surrounding area. Breakfast was different both days and it was all delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we certainly plan to stay at the Desert Lily.

This is a lovely guest lodge with nice separate guest rooms with private bathrooms. Beautifully decorated with traditional furnishings and spectacular setting and views. Highlights for us were sitting in the courtyard watching the full moon rise, and sitting in the great room reading some of the books on native plants, animals, and the Joshua Tree National Park. We were able to cook a lovely meal in the fully stocked kitchen. This is a great location for exploring the park and I highly recommend the Desert Lily Lodge.

Awesome place to stay! Came to Joshua Tree with my coworker and her partner for a meeting and then some fun, this was perfect for our needs! They stayed in the larger suite and I stayed in one of the single rooms. Super comfortable with amazing common spaces, not to mention the beautiful gardens and desert views! Slightly bumpy drive up and down the hill without 4WD but totally doable. Would definitely stay here again!

I will always stay at the desert lily lodge while in Joshua Tree. The desert gardens on site are beautiful. I could tell there was thought and love that went into designing our room. The community area was spacious and clean and it’s most kitchen amenities. The sunset over the mountains was breath-taking. We even saw a rabbit and a little quail family. Very quiet. Peaceful.

We stayed at the Desert Lily on a recent California road trip. The room was adequate given its central location, in the heart of Joshua Tree, but represented a lovely spot location with individually appointed items hand picked by the proprietor, Carrie, reflecting her love of the place. The actual highlight came during breakfast, which In itself was a delicious meal, but the 2 1/2 hours my wife and I spent chatting with her was a wonderful treat. She’s a very special person!!! Definitely recommend the experience, Joe
