This is the worst hotel in the Gangnam area. The rooms are small, the windows are suffocating, and everything is filthy. If guests want to cancel or change their room even 4 days in advance, the hotel refuses to give any refund, which feels like a scam. We are a medical tourism company, and we strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel. There are plenty of much better options around this area with better prices—choose those instead.

The location is great, right next to the metro station. Airport limousine bus also stops right in front of it. There is a bunch of wonderful places around. I had an issue with the room, but the front desk manager helped me change it quickly and without any questions. The bathroom was big and spacious, but it was very weird to take a shower in the bathtub without a curtain, as the water got everywhere and the floor constantly stayed damp.There are a bunch of wonderful places around.

We stay 2 night in the hotel. Our room 211 has the pee smell in the toilet. The room is fully booked we can’t change the room. Even 2nd day after housekeeping cleaning still have the smell. I decided to change hotel after 2 night stay.

at the heart of Gangnam district, near the Shin-nonhyuun subway station, the location is great. However, it is difficult to control the A/C because you don't know what temperature you are setting it to. You can only see the current temperature. Also, room isn't cleaned thoroghly and you can see mold right behind and under the tub. It was stinky when we first got there and I had to clean the bathroom floor.

I am utterly disgusted by my experience at this hotel and need to warn others. This is not just about bad service; it's about a complete violation of trust. First, the room was not clean. The bedding had visible black spots and stains, which is gross and unacceptable. The worst part, and the reason for this review, is that the housekeeping staff THREW AWAY OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. It was not a mistake. My personal toothbrush was in a cup by the sink, and my friend's entire, brand-new package of make-up remover pads was left on the bathroom counter. Both items were clearly our property, not trash. When we reported this to the front desk, the hotel management and the staff member categorically DENIED it. They refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution. They threw away my health/hygiene product and my friend's new, unused property and then lied to our faces. This is unbelievable negligence and a complete lack of respect for guest property. Never, ever stay here. They cannot be trusted.

This hotel is a scam and offers the worst service I have ever seen. I had a reservation from August 18 to August 25, but since I had to leave early, I requested a cancellation early in the morning on August 21. Of course, I cannot get a refund for the 21st, but according to the law, I should be refunded for the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. However, the hotel refused to refund and responded in a very rude and unreasonable manner. The room is very small, has no windows, and the service is at a 1-star level. Everyone, please make sure to book at Oakloud Hotel. And the customer service of Trip.com is extremely poor and unreasonable. Don’t book through this app, everyone. Please use other apps instead

Definitely not recommended. Hotel only slightly better looking than it should be. Only a small mirror in the bathroom. Everything is furnished for appearance only. No functionality. No microwave in the rooms. I now know why this hotel is the only one not filled.

The room and toilet area was spacious. The refigilator was super cool. Make my drink freeze in over night lol.The location was great.However, the staff weren't kind even the last moment the we checked out, just only "Thank you" they also didn't speak out which I feel really dissapointed.Also amenity kits they also don't have in a room.
