This hotel is a scam and offers the worst service I have ever seen. I had a reservation from August 18 to August 25, but since I had to leave early, I requested a cancellation early in the morning on August 21. Of course, I cannot get a refund for the 21st, but according to the law, I should be refunded for the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. However, the hotel refused to refund and responded in a very rude and unreasonable manner. The room is very small, has no windows, and the service is at a 1-star level. Everyone, please make sure to book at Oakloud Hotel. And the customer service of Trip.com is extremely poor and unreasonable. Don’t book through this app, everyone. Please use other apps instead
