Great service and plenty healthy choices. So glad to have found this “safe purchasing” store. The North American market is poorly regulated in terms of cosmetics and such store is such a game changer. Friendly staff and lovely clientele.

Products: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Staff: 0/5 The staff here (on multiple occasions - not just once) are incredibly rude. I don’t know how they get business treating their customers like second-class citizens. Most importantly, my first visit here I was recommended product X for my acne by staff. After I completely broke out and returned to the store, a different employee told me that product X is not for acne and causes breakouts and recommended me product Y. The staff not only need customer service training, but also should be more knowledgeable about the products that they sell!!

I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions and am always very happy either the experience. I have been struggling with my skin for some time, and it has been an amazing relief to have found a place that cares and doesn’t see you as just another sale. With the help of the staff, I have been able to transform my skin to what I have been wanting for quite some time, and I am so happy to have turned onto using products that are more natural and less harsh on my skin!

I do not understand how the store is getting such amazing reviews. My daughter and I have come here three times, and each time we have been completely ignored by the staff. They just stand around and don’t interact. When I’ve asked for help they just quickly help then walk away. I find them snobby. I work in a health food store and I understand the importance of healthy nontoxic products and I’m all about that. I’m also all about customer service and making sure that my customers are taken care of with the best customer care that I have. That’s all I have to say about that.

The staff are incredibly kind, the products are clean, and the space always smells amazing. I really value their commitment to slow beauty, quality products, clean ingredients, and zero-waste packaging. This isn’t a place driven by influencer-based selling or fast consumption—it’s thoughtful and intentional. I purchased the MOB blush and highly recommend it.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They're also super patient, kind, and friendly. I took foreverrrrrrr to make a decision and they were so nice about it. Also, I love the items I ended up purchasing, so I'm super happy with my experience here and very appreciative of their help.

It was my first time visiting and I'm not sure why I haven't come sooner! So many options for clean products all in one spot. Staff were wonderful (thanks, Annie!), very knowledgeable, and so helpful in finding all of the products I needed. I walked out happy and excited to try out my Three Ships skincare, Innersense toner shampoo, and Ere Perez Carrot Colour Pot. Looking forward to my next trip back!

Great store with a vast variety of products. Very knowledgeable staff ready to answer any questions you may have. The atmosphere was relaxed and trendy. The perfect place if you are not sure what product you would like to get, every product has a tester available. 100% recommended.

Came across this store and was very happy with the products being marketed here... all clean ingredients and gives me comfort for what I put on my skin. The ambiance was great and they offer complimentary tea as you shop. Kat was super helpful and took the time to explain the products to me which I appreciated. I learned so much and am grateful for the educational information. She had great tips and answered my questions well. I am excited to try the products she recommended.

The Detox Market is so unique for its curated selection of natural, non-toxic beauty and wellness products. I love that they focus on transparency, customer reviews, and eco-friendly initiatives. Their staff is knowledgeable, and they frequently offer promotions which is so helpful for discovering new lines and products!

Second time I've been disappointed. Yes, it's a pandemic, so things are not normal. But. First the product I wanted was out of stock, so they tried to sell me another one. Next time, again, they were out of stock and this time, I did buy another product to which I had a bad reaction. Tried to return it, all I could get was a lousy gift card. I'm not returning to this store. They have testers out for products which not only are out of stock, but have been discontinued. One saleswoman in particular is insufferably chatty and talks up every product - except the one you came in for. Wearing your customers down with endless chatter isn't the way to sell products. Sephora now sells many of these brands and is much more pleasant to deal with.

I can't believe a beauty store like this exists! All the products are all natural and some vegan. They carry a variety of make up and skin care products and brands. This store is quite big and I enjoyed looking around and bought a few things for myself. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back! The shop girls are very nice too :)
