The Dewa Koh Chang

I had an amazing experience here. The resort is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of nature and modern style. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.||The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I love how they always smile all the time. Everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of.||The swimming pool is stunning, and the beachfront location is perfect for relaxing. I especially loved the fire show with a beautiful view!||Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend The Dewa to anyone visiting Koh Chang and would love to come back again!

Shout out my love to the girls at the frontdesk, especially the two intern girls who have the smile that can light up the whole lobby. All of them are incredibly nice and friendly. My friend left her E-reader at the room and the staff called us promptly after we checked out, for that we hold great gratitude🌹🌹🌹||Overall the breakfast is of great selections and it changes everyday. The restaurant is super relaxing and green. The staff who's in charge of the noodle stand is very nice and always show us a big smile, we are happy to see him every morning. I hope that they could always prepare dim sum, it is the best. ||The twin bed room is better than the king bed room. The lighting could be brighter and I wish the bathroom could have a door. When I stayed in the twin bed room the hair dryer power is really small. It'd great if the hotel can replace with a better one. The hotel bedding can be improved becaue the bed liners are not fixed well. ||It is always humid in koh chang but it is tolerable. ||I loved that it is connected to the beach and there's a store in a walking distance where we can rent kayak with great price.

Acceptable, but disappointing in terms of service It seems like this hotel focuses heavily on its visual appeal rather than its service. I must admit, the hotel is indeed beautiful. However, when it comes to service, I was not impressed at all. Compared to the five-star hotel just next door, the level of attentiveness from the staff here falls short. It felt as though, once I paid for the stay, that was the end of their responsibility. The breakfast staff, in particular, made me feel like I was a bother rather than a guest. If you’re just looking for a beautiful place to take photos, this place might be suitable for you. But if you’re looking for real value for your money, I believe there are many other options on the island worth considering.

We were traveling from India to Koh chang for the first time. We decided to book Dewa resort for its Bali style look. We had booked the villa which was beach facing and was very spacious. It had a nice balcony and big bathroom with bath tubs where my child had a very good time.||The food and beverage staff was highly cooperative and took care of our vegetarian meals in a wonderfully personalized way. Since very few Indians visit this place we were skeptical al about food but for all our meals they made sure that they laid the table with different dishes dressing our concerns.|Absolutely friendly front desk manager and the crew. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the same.

It was just amazing. I would give 100 stars.|We stayed 2 nights.|The service people are lovely. The Food was fantastic with a great variety of seafood buffet and the live music. The drinks were well balanced, happy hour is so long total 8 hours . it's worth. ||I would love to come back asap.||Thank you one more time for that wonderful journey!

Due to the monsoon, we had to change our travel plans and not go to this area. Where other hotels which we booked were flexible enough to cancel our booking for free, The Dewa did not and kept the complete amount of the booking. I realize it’s their legal right to do so as we had confirmed our booking in an earlier stage. But they were quite blunt in their refusal to refund. So think twice before you book here, they will not be flexible when things change.

The dewa? More like the diva. Overall, this place is awesome as a resort that's really beautiful in a relaxing style with large space, good greenery, large swimming pools as the main activity, large buildings and room size as the exterior. In the resort room itself is also awesome with relaxing colors and tone overall in cream, grey, and dark brown. The room contains a bathtub, shower head, few beds, lamps, sizable sitting area both in and outdoors (balcony front) of the room. Other than that, the view is great while observing while walking or swimming in the pool, and they have a great breakfast buffet and cocktails you'd definitely enjoy. Would recommend for those who are looking for luxury, but reasonable pricing resort in Koh Chang.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The staff is very courteous and accomodating, and the facilities are clean and luxurious, with a gorgeous pool. The room is truly breathtaking, I am extremely happy with this place. Would definitely book here again, and I highly recommend!
