Chef JJ Johnson’s Grub Street Diet

"A cocktail lounge noted for rum-forward drinks and playful presentations; the author enjoyed a Li’l Darlin (rum, velvet falernum, hibiscus, guava, and lime) served in a novelty shark mug, accompanied by snacks like honey-mustard pretzels, ginger-pork bao buns, and kettle chips." - Zach Schiffman, Sarah Kilcoyne

Our favorite bar in the Bahamas! Drinks have interesting names and are super creative. The glassware is super fun as there are sharks, commemorative smurf cups, parrots, pigs and some are available for purchase. The service is next level as we stepped in prior to dinner to get the vibe and were immediately met by Amir. After dinner we stopped in and couldn't pick a favorite. You can't go wrong here! Get over here right now!

Had several of the best cocktails of my life here. Every single one was truly craft and amazing. The veggie bao buns were unbelievable. Our server was awesome. This place is in the Paradise Island shopping plaza and the people who come here are ridiculously uppity for absolutely no reason. The prices reflect that attitude and are very high, so brace yourself for that 🙄

This hidden gem is a must-visit! The cocktails and rum list are incredible, and the espresso is top-notch. The cocktails are truly craft-made, and the friendly and fun wait staff makes the experience even better. Happy hour prices were a great surprise! The appetizers were also great and shareable.

This was an awesome Bar and Cafe! We went with a large group of 16 people and the staff quickly accommodated us and prepared 16 drinks fantastic drinks in less than 20 mins. The atmosphere was tropical and quaint. Although I did not personally eat the food many in our group did and said it was great. The prices were reasonable, about $20 each, considering we were at Atlantis Marina. I would definitely go again and would recommend. There was also easy access to the Marina.

We went into the Dilly as a member of a large group for some cocktails. The service was magnificent, the drinks themselves were made with quality ingredients. The food was really tasty and the decor put you in a place of zen. They do have some merchandise you can pick up as well. Will definitely go to again if back in the area.

Dilly Club initially caught our eye as we walked past, but we decided to save it for the way back. I'm glad we did because from the outside, it’s a charming hidden gem that instantly piqued my curiosity. The moment we stepped inside, we were transported to a relaxed, tropical paradise with a fun Florida, pink flamingo vibe that created a super chill atmosphere. The interior design was playful yet inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Despite the fact that it looked popular and I could see they had a good number of staff on hand, my sister and I arrived in the late afternoon around 2 pm. We came in primarily to do some work and enjoy a casual break. I ordered a macchiato, which was just right to keep me energized after a long morning, while my sister opted for the Mama Maggie, a drink that the server mentioned was very popular among customers. It definitely lived up to the hype and came in a cute piggy cup! We loved everything about the place—the vibe, the friendly service, and the overall atmosphere. Before heading to dinner, we decided to share a snack: Ginger Pork Bao Buns. They were bursting with flavor, very satisfying, and had a nice balance of spice and sweetness. However, I felt that the dish could have benefited from a touch of freshness—perhaps a few greens or herbs to brighten it up (peep the pic for reference). All in all, Dilly Club has become one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m at Atlantis. It’s a cozy, laid-back place to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy some delicious bites. Definitely a hidden treasure worth discovering!

During my six night stay I was in there daily for either a coffee or a nightcap. Such a great environment. Both the coffees and drinks were amazing! Friendly staff, great music and overall wonderful place! Can we get one in Dallas?
