We had a great stay. Beautiful decorated room and every day the cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment. Too bad that some people do not leave the bathroom as clean as it was, but unfortunately these people are also guests. The staff is absolutely amazing. The have given me a lot of information and we have seen some great things. We will come back for sure.

We had a great stay at The Viktoria Inn. The owners gave us all the information that we needed during our stay. The rooms are very big and super clean. The location is amazing. The Viktoria Inn is 2 minutes walk away from the metro station Victoria and from there it is only 2 stops to Monastiraki. We will come back for sure !

Horrible owner and hotel. We try checking in after a long day of traveling and they couldn't find our reservation that we had booked through Expedia. Later on they charged our credit card and told #Expedia that we did not show up! Nor the hotel or Expedia took responsibility for this so we ended up paying for the hotel even though we didn't stay there. Well done #Dionysos Inn!

I received a request from the hotel for a copy of my ID for "verification" purposes. After they received my ID, and TWO DAYS prior to my arrival, they requested to cancel my booking with no explanation why. When asked why via email, they never responded. I'm assuming they did this do to my ethnic background they gleaned from my ID. Bottom line they are racists and unprofessionals.

Nightmare. Round the clock a horrible noise from the street, leaky window lets in every sound. Noisy Asian neighbors next door also very well audible through the door between the rooms. The only trump is unbelievably low price plus very friendly personnel.

The room doesn't have an air conditioning, no decent table and chair and you can feel the springs when you lay in bed.

to be clear for me its not hostel its just a room and thats all , i rent a room there is no one who work tjere in the reception there is not reception then the photo in Booking are not the same photo there , i give to this place 2 stars
