Mahima is an extremely polite and professional waitress. Her smile and courteous attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. She carries out her duties with great attention to detail and always ensures every customer’s needs are met. Her service is excellent, and she consistently provides the best experience.

The hotel is on an a great location and close to everything. Very clean and well designed rooms. Good gym and training area. Above all great venue and excellent service. I have to showcase Arya at VIP lounge for her professionalism and outstanding work ethic. Your business is lucky to have her.

Perfect appartment. Mind you they don't have any cutlery inside the appartment but can be requested. Can do with multiple options of tea. Otherwise it's perfect. Rain shower in washroom are great. Good place to rest and relax after a hectic day of meetings and adrenaline rush.

The Staff was very professional and courteous, I was there on the days of Bahrain's National Day and the staff was passing out Dates and Tea for all visitors. I had their executive lounge package added on during my stay and the lounge's breakfast, lunch and dinner was pretty satisfying. Their gym was very well equipped and clean. The food from their restaurants attached to the hotel was delicious service was very attentive.

Beautiful 1 bed apartment with the sea view. It came with all the facilities like micro, fridge , stove . Really spacious living area. Great for familes when travelling with a baby. Lovely variety of restaurants at the ground floor. They have a kids club where you can leave your baby to play, supervised by a lovely lady who looked after the place. Everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Shakil is a very cool guy and great service in the Hotel at all! The hotel is really good, definitely 5 stars. Food is great, GYM HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED for a proper training except the rake but it’s fine. Two restaurants: Italian and Pan Asian : both good. Prices are high but the service is high as well.

My experience at the hotel was amazing by all standards! The place is clean and elegant. But what I liked most was the professionalism and kindness I felt from the receptionist Lamis. She was very friendly, responsive, and made sure to make our stay comfortable and special. Thank you Lamis and the hotel management for this experience.”

This hotel is really good for families. They welcome you with warmth and the staff are very accommodating. Staff at the breakfast restaurant are very polite. The best thing of all is the Lounge experience. It is a child friendly lounge with good food and drink options. The service at the lounge is top class with staff members Fatima and Ayra pushing the limits to make each and every guest feel special. From knowing guest names to remembering your drink preference night by night. I would highly recommend booking a Suite at this hotel with Lounge access. You will not regret it!
