We have been going to Dog & Oyster for the past seven or eight years. They used to have a very nice location outside the town which was next to their vineyard and offered lots of beautiful outdoor sitting looking at the vineyard. Unfortunately, they lost that place and moved into a much smaller area. However, we still love going there. Their wines are delicious. Their oysters are the best. And their customer service is outstanding. We will continue going there and highly recommend them for their excellent wine & oysters. Our favorite wine is their white Oyster White Chardonnay that is made in stainless steel. You cannot go wrong with that wine.

The property is nice. The prices are not so much. It's a little pricey, so we didn't bother trying the food. Wine was also pricey, but we tried one of the whites. Wasn't a fan. We wouldn't bother coming back anytime soon.

We found Dog and Oyster Vineyard to be charming and relaxing. The Sip and Slurp was such a fun concept. There were a lot of people enjoying the day but it didn’t seem crowded. The staff took good care of us. The wine is lovely so we did not go home empty handed. Our granddaughter was kept busy with decorating shells. Happy to have a nice place to bring kids and dogs.

Could this place be any more adorable?! Came with a friend and sat outside to enjoy a glass of wine and freshly shucked oysters. We didn't do the wine tasting so I can only speak for The Pearl, which we each enjoyed a glass of. It was delightful. Just right for a summer afternoon.

My boyfriend stopped by this winery while in the area for a wine and oyster tasting. Unfortunately on the day that we were there they did not have oysters. Even though we were disappointed we still enjoyed our time at the cute winery. We got a tasting. The wine was good.

The winery was very relaxing. The hostess was very friendly and gave us information on each wine. Would love to come back on Saturday or Sunday for oysters!

Our visit here yesterday will not lead to another, unfortunately. Prices were hefty for a dozen $38 oysters (charged extra for the very limited amount of horseradish and cocktail), $17 hot dog (on a grocery store quality bun and condiments), $15 fries (not dusted in old bay), $16 glass of wine and a $20 Bloody Mary (missing garnishes-no olive, celery, bacon). Those items shouldn’t come with $150 tab. Waiter was kind and friendly but service was slow, assuming to being understaffed. Sad to rate so low but disappointing.

A little pricey is an understatement. The first bill we received was $47—for one glass of cabernet served in a plastic cup and one bottled water. After questioning the charge, a new bill was issued: $21. That broke down to $2 for the water and $19 for the wine in a plastic cup. Yes, owner—I’m aware that local ordinances don’t allow glass outdoors. But charging $19 for wine in a plastic cup, and not having ice when we asked for it, feels like you're taking advantage of tourists. Disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.
