The Dolphin Hotel & Restaurant

Booked into the Dolphin Hotel the night before work the next day. As I was arriving on the late ferry & getting to the hotel in the early hours, it was arranged for me to collect the key in the foyer, which I did without issue. |My room (No 1) was spotlessly clean, modern, with plenty of towels & tea/coffee making facilities too. The bed was very comfortable making for a great nights sleep. |Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. You get an £8 allowance included in the B&B rate (which is more than enough) to choose from the breakfast menu + a free tea or coffee. |The staff are really attentive, happy & helpful, and the whole Dolphin Hotel gives off a very friendly vibe. |I’ll be booking in here again when I return to Pembroke again next month for work. |Many thanks, Keith C, Northern Ireland

My first visit to the refurbished venue. Wow! How different. Clean, contemporary design. Plenty of seating, catering for differing group sizes. We went for a breakfast/brunch meeting and were very happy with the place. Service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly. Hot & freshly prepared. There is a licenced bar also. Although it was a bit too early for us, there was a good selection of drinks available.

Room was clean, warm and pleasant. Nice soft clean towels and plenty of tea, coffee and sugar in the room. The bed was very comfortable we slept well. Food was lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed for 3 nights visiting family. There is some noise of a night but nothing different from many hotels we have stayed in. I would describe this hotel as quaint.

What a lovely place to stay, the staff and landlords were is pleasant and nothing was to.much trouble. We stayed in the new cottage which wS very very nice and new.|The evening meal was outstanding, best sea bass I have tasted, for a very l9ng time.|Definitely recommend staying here

Stopped here 4 times now and it's not a bad hotel to be honest given 4 stars due to the music is pretty loud in the restaurant so pretty hard to get a early night and the second thing is not the hotels fault but other people blocking you in the car park, as an engineer I set off early and I have been waiting for over an hour before for someone to move there car. If you do stay and need to leave early park on the lane or the hotel could mention to other customers to not block people in as there is no signs in car park. End on a good note the staff are polite and friendly and the food here is good 👍

Stayed here the last 2 nights while working away. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is something else.

Booking.com and Dolphin Hotel was a poor combination. I entered the incorrect dates, completely my fault, and then did not realize as I received no confirmation email. Booking.com stated I have no reservation yet the payment was taken and the hotel will not allow me to change the dates even though I've reached out three times and am in another country. Enjoy the room I paid for, I'll never use Booking.com again nor deal with this hotel.

Great for the single traveller and was conveniently located for my buisness visit. Staff are really friendly. Some of ensuites are quite compact but good showers.
